The project from Call 2018 was intended for 2 groups of 16 pupils of the Secondary Vocational School and the Secondary Apprentice School in Jindřichův Hradec, who were intended to carry out their internship in the north of Portugal in the city of Braga. Departures were planned for June 2019 and June 2020. Together with the first group, two trainees were to travel for a three-month program within ErasmusPro.The first internship to Braga went according to the plan in the previously planned period in June 2019. However, there was a change in participants, as there was not enough interest in the planned 3rd grade students, and therefore only 15 positions were filled by 3rd year graduates (IT and Economics with a focus on Tourism). One position was later filled by a recent graduate of the 4th year of Traffic Operation and Logistics. The graduate originally planned to participate in the ErasmusPro, but due to family reasons she preferred a short-term mobility. Nevertheless, the ErasmusPro programme was implemented in the planned number of 2 pupils - one pupil was, according to the original plan, a graduate of the field of Traffic Operation and Logistics and the other one was a graduate of the field of IT. The school preferred the participation of recent graduates because it recognized that this experience would be very beneficial for students and younger students would have this opportunity in the following years. The second group of the 2018 Call had a planned internship to Braga for June 2020. However, this internship had to be postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, the school requested the maximum possible extension of the project period. More favorable conditions did not occur until May 2021, and therefore the school decided to set the departure for August 2021.The internship was primarily offered to those students who met the conditions and were already selected for the original date of the internship in June 2020, when they were still 3rd year students. Despite the epidemiological situation pupils wanted to participate. It was planned that the second internship from Call 2018 would be combined with the first internship from Call 2019, so that 3 students of the new field of Mechanics of Machines could also take part in the internship. Due to the one-year postponement, the original third-year students became recent graduates. Pupils were very interested in the internship even after graduation, which was also the reason for choosing the August date, because it did not conflict with a possible start at university or employment. The school wanted to give students this unique opportunity to gain new experiences before the next stage of life. The remaining places were offered to third-year students who had to meet the same conditions of the selection procedure (English test, writing a cover letter, study results, etc.).The goal of the internship abroad was met, as the students applied their theoretical knowledge gained during the study and gained valuable practical skills, which they will apply in their future practice. The content of the internship corresponded to the principles of ECVET and Curriculum of individual fields. Thanks to the deepening of knowledge and strengthening of self-confidence, the interest of graduates in further studies has increased, which is evident among pupils from the internship in June 2019. Due to the date of the 2nd internship (August 2021) this cannot yet be objectively assessed. Pupils gained rich experience for the rest of their lives, joined the work teams and tried to establish themselves in them. They tested their ability to work independently and make decisions in an unfamiliar foreign language environment. They also got to know another culture and, thanks to independence, were able to deal with new situations. They have also changed their attitude in the perception of other cultures. At first, the pupils perceived other cultures and people of different skin colors with contempt and apprehension, because they had not met them in the home environment of the small town. After a few days, people took the diversity without any problem. As expected, the intangible outputs prevailed among the outputs of the practice - experience, knowledge, skills. European tools are considered to be material outputs of the placement: eg. Europass Mobility and Europass CV, which pupils have developed for the placement and can then use it in their job search. During the internship, the photo documentation was used to promote the project, the school and the participants themselves on social networks, after returning from the internship to produce promotional materials that now decorate the corridors of the school.

The developments that take place in the economic sphere in the world have led to linking the country's economies to meet the common accounting principles in the preparation and reporting of the financial statements and to prepare the financial statements based on the same criteria. The necessity of sharing and comparability of information on the international scene has brought internationalization efforts to standardization. The increase in the number of businesses currently engaged in cross border activities, the developments in international markets and the concentration of capital movements accelerate the need for a common language of financial reporting on the international scene. Participant students will be selected from among the 102 students who have reached the 11th and 12th grade of basic theoretical education. Participants will first learn what international accounting standards are as a result of project activities. Participants will have the opportunity to directly examine accounts held in Portugal according to international standards. Employability of our participants will primarily be increased. The professional experience they have achieved at the end of the internship will increase the chances of employment in the accounting departments of many international firms operating in our province After the internship activity in which our participants will be attending abroad, expectations for the future will increase and their willingness to improve themselves will increase. They will be working on different agendas, especially in EU countries. We hope that the project will increase its motivation in this regard. In addition to working abroad, our participants will understand how advanced competition is and understand the importance of developing themselves. Participants will have increased their foreign language proficiency during internship abroad. Our host partner told us that the English speaking person is sufficient for the internship. In this context, their use for 2 weeks will increase their proficiency in English. Especially the most important problem of foreign language education in our country is that it is grammatical and not directed at speaking. In this way, our participants will have the opportunity to speak English and they will improve the English language. They will also learn some Portuguese for daily life. A total of 24 students will participate in the flow in 3 streams.

"The second edition of the MOVE4TRADE project was carried out in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Veneto, three regions very similar to each other in terms of entrepreneurial and productive composition, manufacturing vocation and export activities, which however share the need to stimulate internationalization processes for their SME systems. In fact, although Made in Italy is recognized internationally in the most diverse sectors, Italian SMEs are still among the least internationalized, both because of the limited economic and financial resources to be invested and due to an inadequate supply of trained and competent human capital .To this was added the need, shared by the national consortium of the project, to train young people who are able to face the challenges of the labor market and manage the professional and relational complexity of ""life in the company"".With the realization of the MOVE4TRADE 2 project, it was intended to contribute to responding to these needs, offering participants the opportunity to improve their employment potential through the acquisition of a set of skills useful to support business processes. internationalization of the companies in the territories involved thanks to a professionalising experience in various European destinations: UK (London and Bristol), Ireland (Tralee), France (Bordeaux), Germany (Leipzig), Spain (La Coruña and Valencia), Portugal (Lisbon and Braga), Netherlands (Amsterdam). The project, carried out between December 2018 and January 2020, was promoted by the Scaruffi-Levi-Tricolore Institute of Reggio Emilia, which established a national consortium distributed between the territories of Reggio Emilia, Arezzo, Siena, Grosseto and Verona, involving other 15 economic-commercial schools, local authorities, training agencies and representatives of the economic world. The participants involved, 132 students of the 4th year and 50 recent graduates, were able to carry out an experience of training and professionalizing mobility, respectively of 35 and 92 days, in international learning environments, which allowed them to equip themselves with a mix of interdisciplinary and interconnected skills: linguistic, communicative and relational soft skills, intercultural skills, e-skills and transversal managerial, managerial and organizational skills, but also specialized skills directly related to internationalization, such as knowledge and evaluation of foreign markets, the use of international contracts, the execution of customs and tax obligations, the strategic planning of foreign investments."
