During this period the Robert-Schuman-Institut is also receiving organization for the students of our partners. It's a mutual exchange. The students do a 3 weeks practical training abroad in a company, institution, organization or specific school to do their first experiences in the labor market. At the same time, they learn about other cultures and mostly also another language. We chose the students following their motivation and suitability, regularity at school and attendance in the additional language course, organize regular information meetings about the course of the trip and stay, we undertake all preparation tasks and take care of the agreement with the partners. The partners receive our students, organize the accommodations and take care of our students during the stay. They organize also cultural activities. For the teachers of the Robert-Schuman-Institut an exchange of one week is organized with colleagues of the partner countries, job-shadowing in different lessons will be organized and cultural activities as well. They can make a look into the companies, where our students are doing their practical training. The teachers who are doing a practical training, are mostly teachers of the vocational field of our sections. They will receive the possibility to learn about the teaching methods and teaching contents and also compare with the colleagues of the partners. But there are also other colleagues of general courses, because everybody should take some of the experience into his classroom. The partners receive our students and teachers, find the accommodation and a work placement and take care of the guests. They organize as well cultural activities. Our students travel in company with two teachers of our school. In the partner country, they will be picked up from our partners and they will be brought to the accommodation or to the hostfamily. As orientation they will be given information and the person of contact will tell them all they need for the first days. The students will be accompanied to their work place and our teachers as well. Our partner will be disposal in case of emergency, but the students have to find their way to get independent. The hostfamilies and the employers and at the first days also the accompanying teachers are ready to help. The partner will stay in contact with the employer and will be informed. Some times our students have some activities with students of our partner schools. The teachers follow the program which has specially been made for them (exchange, job-shadowing, cultural activities, ...) The aims of the whole project are: - To open the mind concerning other cultures, work methods, and languages. As we work in a small cultural community, it's necessary that our students and teachers enter in contact with other cultures and learn about it. This improves the understanding and helps to get off prejudices. - To support the students to get more flexible and selfconfident. By the work placement and the experience abroad, they will have more chances at the labour market. -T o support the interest for languages. In Europe it' a must to know 2 or even more lanuages. That improves the chances on the labour market. - And to improve experiences in the vocational area. The students will receive the possibility to combine the training at school by the work experience. The teachers will learn other methods and technics. To open this perspective seems us as school instution important for the best education.

The SN2D, serving its 600 DDF members, has drawn up a strategic plan for internationalization. The international openness it develops relies on its European network and allows to build this project by soliciting the members of the network to work on the theme of Education for All.During the previous mobility, the study of Education for All appeared very relevant and was recognized as a priority. This is why, in order to improve the skills of Deputy Heads within the framework of their Mission, the objectives set in this project are:- To know the vocational training systems in each EU country eligible under the Erasmus + program,- If appropriate with the Education for All theme, to understand the different approaches of each of the project partners and the implementation of teaching methods and associated human resources.- To put in place tools and innovative actions to be able to transfer these methodologies and adapt them to the French context,- To propose these tools, from Mobility's experiences, to management teams for implementation by teachers for the benefit of all students,- To measure the results of this work of inclusion of all the learners on simple criteria by using a comparison of the quantified initial observations and of the evaluations practiced downstream, making it possible to display the margin of progression upstream,- To measure the impact of the project and ensure its dissemination to the largest number of Deputy Heads and other educational managers,- To improve the communication skills of the Deputy Heads through adapted and targeted linguistic preparation,- In this way, to affirm the Deputy Head as the privileged interlocutor with regards to the international opening of their Vocational College. In order to reach the objectives set by this program, the planned activities will be located within the framework of observation courses. The mobility flows will of course be adapted to take into account the experiences of the partners as well as their availability. The observation must be based on a preliminary analysis of the national, regional and local specificities related to the theme. It must be comprehensive and integrate policies such as social protection, youth, family, health and employment.Targeted countries all have recognized experience and expertise in Education for All. Participants will observe strategies related to the methods implemented, the courses provided, the means available and the results obtained.A focus will be made on the systemic strategies by focusing observation on the following processes:• prevention: avoiding the introduction of conditions leading to exclusion;• intervention: addressing learners' difficulties as soon as they occur;• compensation: providing education and training opportunities for all.The training followed by the teams will ensure the success of the device. As part of the implementation of its European development plan, the SN2D uses Quality tools (GANTT, AMDEC, , 5W, SWOT, Brainstorming) during all phases of the project from its initial idea to the measurement of its impact. This quantitative and qualitative measure will be implemented:- on the Deputy Heads, by a better understanding of the problematic of Education for all and a will to impulse devices to increase the success of each learner,- on students, apprentices and students, by a tangible improvement in school success rates,- on the pedagogical teams, so that they find strategies which make it possible to control better the pedagogical levers making it possible to solve the problems and their environment are facing when in charge of these learners with specific needs,- on the institution in which each Deputy Head works, so that Education for All is a priority and that the Principal and the entire management team approve the proposals of their Deputy Head and can impulse and accompany the measures implemented.A dissemination plan using all vectors for a very large target group is the guarantor of the sustainability of this project.

The topic of the Education for All appeared as a priority. To improve the Deputy Head Managers’ (DH) skills in their work fields, the objectives of this project are : - Know the systems of vocational education trainings in every country of the widened U.E, - Appropriating the various surrounding areas of each of the partners of the project and the implementation of educational methods to take into account the Education for All, - Set up tools and innovative actions to be able to transfer these methodologies and make more effective the elaborated proposals previously built in ""a French way"", - Proposing the implementation of these tools, experienced during Mobilities, to students, teachers and management teams, - Spread out these experiments to the largest number of DH, - Improving the skills of communication of the DH by an adapted and targeted linguistic preparation, - Assert themselves as the choosen interlocutor in regard of the international strategy of their high school - Measure the impacts of this will of inclusion by analysing simple criterias and to proceed on assessments focused on the margin of progress, - Ensure dissemination of the project. In the framework of its European development plan, the SN2D uses tools to measure quality like Gantt chart. To reach these objectives, the activities planned will be on observation internships. Targeted countries (mentioned in the chapter C) all have an experience, a recognized expertise within the framework of the Education for All. The participants will observe the methods, the courses based on curriculums, the means and the profits. Observations during the Mobilities will concern the local strategies to create the conditions for Education for All. They have to be based on an analysis of the national, regional and local specificities of the phenomenon. They must be global and integrate policies such as social welfare, youth, family, health and employment. These strategies are systematic and based on : - Prevention : by avoiding the introduction of conditions leading to exclusion; - Intervention : by tackling the difficulties encountered by learners as soon as they appear - Compensation : by providing education and training opportunities to all Therefore, by being proactive, the DH must be trained and shef light on the practices of their EU partners. The international openness of the SN2D, based on its European partners network, allows to build this project by soliciting them on the theme of the Education for All and to make the DHM observe and exchange views on: - the set up of the means to encourage the Education for All - the human means and equipments they have, - the innovative and developing assessment methods, - the training provided to the teams to guarantee the success of the project. Finally, the impact and the results expected from these Mobilities are measured by the assessment of the objectives set in the application and the organized learning activities put in place. The impact will consist on changes directly produced by the activities on the participants (individuals, structures and systems) in short, medium and long terms, being direct and\or indirect Consequently, they have to be expected and reals real. The impact will stress on : - the DH, by a better understanding of the problem of the Education for All and by a will to impulse devices for their high schools, to allow the increase every learner‘s success, - students, by a tangible school improvement of the success rates, - on teaching staffs, so that they find strategies which allow to master the educational levers a better way to solve the problems in the structures in charge of these learners with specific needs, - educational establishment in which every DH works, to have Education for All considered as a priority so that the Headmaster and the whole management team can impulse and go on with the implemented measures, proposed by their DH. The flows of Mobilities will be ajusted regarding the experiments led by the partners as well as to their availability."
