This youth exchange took place in Czech Republic in a small village Krásensko, where came 31 young people from Czech, Macedonia, Turkey and Romania and spent here nine amazing days together. During their stay, the participants had possibility to remember their dreams, to visualise them and to think how to make them come true. How to make from a simple dream our goal? And how to finally achieve it? This is a job for professional dreamers and all participants from this projects who were in the beggining „just dreamers“ and than became „professional dreamers“.This project helped participiants to find their dreams. But first, we had to calm our minds down and find inner peace, inner voice. Only like this we can hear the voice of our heart, our secrets wishes and dreams. So we were trying different kinds of meditations including creativity, sport, guided meditation, dancing meditation. We were practicing yoga and we were trying to connect with ourselfs, to slow down, to relax. Ii is difficult to be focused on one thing, because the world around is so fast and we are going through many stressfull situations. The aim of this project was to help people be more focused on one thing, on her/his dream. And go for it, make it real. Without stress, relaxed and open minded, we can achieve our goals, because the way to them is clearer.Everybody was enjoying the relaxing time far away from the rest of the world and the civilisation, at the place where they could be focused only on themselfs and new international friends. Various programme activities helped participants to find their peace or get closer to themselves. In the end of the project, we all had idea what to do to escape the stressful situations and how to find the peace in normal days and daily routine. We had written our dreams and how to achieve theme step by step and we discovered how to find this „step-by-step way“ for every single dream and goal, which will be useful in the future life.During this project, we could see how the participants becomming more calm and open, how they smile more, create new unforgotable friendships, how they enjoy the life without stress and with clearer vision about their dreams, goals, lifes.
