"PRO.CO.DE. (PROfessional COmpetences for local DEevelopment) is a two-year international mobility project which has provided for the granting of 48 scholarships to as many new graduates of technical institutes with a computer, electronic and aeronautical orientation, aimed at completing internships lasting 120 days at companies located in Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom. It has been proposed by a national mobility Consortium made up of the Municipality of Baronissi, as Coordinator, by the VETS ""Baronissi"", ""Galilei"", ""Mattei-Fortunato, and"" Guido Dorso "", with a computer, electronic and aeronautical address, from the BCC of Fisciano and the Istituto Iride of Angri (SA), the project idea was born from an analysis of the territorial and sectorial needs, realized by the Consortium members from which it emerged that, in the Campania region, unemployment rate among the highest in Italy, companies operating in the IT, electronic, and lastly also airport sectors, maintain a positive growth trend and therefore represent, for our graduates, a good catchment area. that these graduates, out of the school system, have serious deficiencies in practical-operational skills and transversal skills, especially linguistic, especially when graduates are to work in companies operating in foreign markets. As a result, in the first few months of joining the company, the activity of the newly hired person is rather unproductive. The aim of the project, therefore, was to ensure that, through an internship abroad in companies of the reference sector, the new graduates would perfect their training, achieve the skills and the technical and transversal skills required by the companies that offer them work. , and ultimately, access the World of Work more easily and competently, which in turn, benefiting from young and already qualified human resources, would have seen their performances improved. The recipients of the mobility action were first-class graduates who came primarily from the Consortium's Technical Institutes, selected after participation in calls issued by the Municipality in collaboration with the schools of origin. The project has been biennial and has been selected for new graduates in 2016 and 2017, with selective criteria that have privileged the motivation, the knowledge of the foreign language and the diploma grade, requisites considered essential for undertaking successfully and effectively an experience both electrifying and intense for eighteen-year-olds who, for the most part, have never experienced life experiences far from the family context; experience that, therefore, required tenacity, perseverance and adaptability. The selected beneficiaries, after a phase of cultural and pedagogical preparation concerning the country of destination, and after the signing of the Learning Agreement, have undertaken their internship experience, lasting 4 months, at selected European companies, participating simultaneously and for the entire duration of the internship at the on-line language training course on the electronic platform prepared and made available by the Program. During the internship they were constantly monitored and assisted by tutors, both in Italy and abroad, who evaluated progress and progress in learning at the end of the internship. This allowed the beneficiaries to get back once they were back in the country of origin, the Europass Mobility, the Europass CV, the Passport of the European Languages, the Certificate of participation in on-line language training, with indication of the level achieved, certificates that can be used for entering the world of work. Municipality of Baronissi was the beneficiary of the funding, General Coordinator of the project and contact person of the National Agency, the partner schools were sending bodies, responsible for the selection, referents for the definition of the Learning Outcomes, The Istituto Iride intervened in the dissemination and dissemination of the project results. The BCC was incorporated by Banca Monte Pruno and the subsequent change at the top resulted in delays in taking on the role of sponsorship assigned to the Institute initially. charged, in case of difficulty in ratifying the commitment made by the Bank, the planned awarding of the 4 most deserving trainees through training vouchers at an accredited training body. Thanks to the project, benefits have been obtained on the direct recipients, the new graduates , which have seen consolidated technical-professional, linguistic, practical-operational knowledge, developed relational and organizational skills and increased the sense of European citizenship. Also benefited from the project, the Italian and foreign partners who will develop their Development Plan European Union, and companies that can rely on a more competent workforce."

"""E.A.S.Y. VET - Experiences Abroad for Staff and Young graduates in VET"", promoted by Essenia UETP, has foreseen the carrying out of: N°70 mobilities lasting 122 days (120 of traineeship and 2 of travel) addressed to recent graduates that have performed a traineeship in companies located in: United Kingdom, Spain and Ireland; No. 20 mobilities lasting 14 days (12 of training and 2 of travel) addressed to the staff of VET Institutes and organizations. They have carried out the jobshadowing in companies located in Spain. The professional sectors in which the traineeships and the training/job shadowing activities have been performed are: Tourism Fashion Industry; ICT, Communication&New media; Marketing, Commercial Services, Administration Electronics Mechanics/Mechatronics; Socio-sanitary field; Engineering, Environment&Territory. Therefore, beneficiaries of the mobilities have been, respectively, recent graduates that have obtained the school diploma in one of the aforementioned sectors, and staff members from Institutes, entities and VET organizations operating in those fields. The projects was born to meet the training needs- in terms of practical experience- of recent graduates, and to favour the entry (and the permanence, in the case of the staff) in a globalized labor market that requires the mastery and the updating of knowledge, competences and abilities both sectorial and personal as well as transversal (intercultural, linguistic, IT, entrepreneurial). The needs of the VET world and of the job market have been noticed by Essenia UETP starting from the debates occurred during the informative and training meeting that the company periodically realizes at National level. The analysis made highlighted the need of implementing actions of transnational mobility for strengthening and updating competences, both of recent graduates and staff, in the sectors identified in the project. The sectors chosen are: extremely relevant for the Italian economy (tourism, fashion, commerce), constantly increasing (ICT, electronics/electrotechnics, marketing), and in which the request of specific competences has grown (social field, environment and territory). Objectives of the project were: improve the technical and professional skills of new graduates by offering them the opportunity to experiment ""on the field"" what they learned during their school path, by carrying out a traineeship abroad; update the skills of the staff of VET institutions, giving them the opportunity to carry out job shadowing activities within Institutes and companies; reinforce, in both graduates and staff, the EU identity and improve intercultural, linguistic and digital skills, allowing the development of a set of personal and transversal skills indispensable in the current labour market. At the end of the project, there was a positive impact on all participants, in terms of: strengthening of sectorial skills and soft skills, enhancement of the competitiveness of the professional profile and increased opportunities of job inclusion. The carrying out of the project is part of the internationalization strategy of Essenia UETP, that foresees the implementation and the development of activities aimed at improving the quality and increasing the quantity of transnational mobility projects.Besides the transversal phases of monitoring and dissemination, the project has seen the implementation of the following management activities, carried out according to procedures and methodologies already experimented over the years, and that have guaranteed high quality standards: Information and sensitization; Selection of participants; Linguistic and pedagogical preparation; Logistic and practical organization of mobilities; Evaluation of the Learning Outcomes and of the project; Dissemination of project results. The quality procedures adopted are constantly improved and updated, also thanks to the use of new technologies and to the professional retraining of Essenia UETP’s human resources, that occurs also through the participation in training activities held in the framework of Erasmus+ KA2 projects. Over the years, Essenia UETP has further broadened its already wide network of European partners, identifying entities and companies able to offer mobility experiences meeting high quality standards and preferring, among them, the ones of proved experience. All over the National territory relationships with VET Institutes, public and private entities, companies have been consolidated to assure congruence and coherence between the activities proposed and the needs of the users. At local level, Essenia UETP has enhanced the cooperation with the bodies in charge of implementing the approaches and of adopting European methodologies and tools for the certification and validation of the competences (ECVET), in order to make the formal and informal competences acquired during the mobility more spendable on the labour market"

"""Overcome"" is going to implement the strategic plan for internationalization dell'IIS Sarrocchi in the version of January 2015 (see page 76 of PTOF), considering transnational placements as a key tool to ""contribute to the promotion of a genuine European labor market"" (03.10.2014 of the Council Recommendation on a quality Framework for traineeships) in which: - The skills of the outgoing students respond to the real needs of local and international companies; The skills of their staff are constantly updated and permeated by a European and intercultural dimension Through the project, the Institute will develop the following two macro-activities for the realization of its strategy of internationalization: mobility for a period of 37 days internship for 80 students of classes IV of the mechanical and mechatronic sector, computer, electrical, electronic and electrotechnical, chemical companies in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Malta. Possible areas of performance and LO have been identified by the partners mentioned in the relevant sections C. This action will respond to the strategy of improving the quality of training and prepare students adequately for entering into the job market or university; enhance the certification of skills in the informal sector (see training); improve the personal growth of the individual paths. international mobility for a period of nine days for 7 teachers and expert in guidance and mentoring in international training centers in the UK and Malta. This action will respond to the strategy of enabling a new way of ""doing school"" through the continuous training of teachers and technical staff of the school; raise the quality of mobility experiences of the students and their certification of skills. Both macro-actions will contribute to achieving the objective of consolidating the local network, regional and international level between the worlds of education and employment. Since the implementation of the internationalization plan in 2015 the Sarrocchi Institute established the relationships with training centers and international companies, (eg Foyle, Cap Ulysse) and created new contacts with companies able to identify the quality of training paths in accordance with the professional figures in output by the Institute. The Institute has consolidated relationships with local companies, available to participate in the candidate selection process and moments of the final evaluation of the project and its impact. Finally Sarrocchi identified the alternating training of teachers in tutoring and counseling for 2018-2019, supplementary to the mobility actions. The project management actions correspond to established practices as: - Signing of the MOU for single professionals; - Information and selection of candidates and staff through the procedures included in the request for Vet Charter. For staff the selection criteria are as follows: experiences related to international mobility 50%, 20% language skills, 30% motivation and ability to impact at the return. Definition of LA in collaboration with international partners - Mobilities for students and staff as following flows: 25-06/ 2018: 25 students in UK, 10 students in France 01-10/ 2018: 4 staff in UK and 3 staff in Malta 24-06/ 2019: 15 students in UK and 15 students in Malta 02-09/2019: 15 students in Spain Evaluation of the results, recognition and certification of skills and ECVET points. Development of Europass certificates and review of CV for students and staff. - Dissemination, project evaluation and impact by developing a survey to gather feedback from students and the participating staff mobility to be used to reprogram and center more accurately other mobility initiatives There is no change of purpose than envisaged in the strategy of internationalization. Primary goal is to improve the professional skills, language and key to all the participants. Secondary objective is to improve the practices and the educational offer of the school. It confirms both the learning objectives for individuals and for the Institute strategies and its international partners. The numbers of participants in mobility have been expanded: 80 students and 7 staff. It was predicted 5 leaders (1 for flow) for 10 days to facilitate the insertion of the students in the company and especially to facilitate their first contact with the international environment and intercultural aspects, according with new styles and customs."
