    "This Project is a follow up to the OSCUS DUAL project that was approved in the last Leonardo da Vinci call of proposal, whose aim is to help our students differentiating their curriculum which is essential when entering the labour market today. The main objective of this Project has been to facilitate that our students enter the labor market and to create a professional network at a European level to improve the quality of education and training amongst our students. 40 students of the following educational fields have been involved:- Administration, Hairdressing and hair cosmetics, Nursing Assistants, Personal image and aesthetics , Characterization, Pharmacy and Parapharmacy, Home Care Assistants.These students had previously completed a theoretical training period in our center and have completed now with this training period on other organizations from different countries of the EU, and more specifically in Italy, Portugal, France, Ireland and Malta. Mobilities have been divided into 3 flows: From March to June 2015, from September to December 2015 and from March to June 2016. The mobility period has lasted for 90 days, supplemented with a language course that was done before departure. These have been the activities completed by each flow: 1)First phase: Before departure: Opening and Information day, encouraging students to participate in the program, selecting candidates, looking for companies in destination countries according to candidates profiles, language course and cultural preparation, , defining training agreements, writing training agreements, cv, mobility logistics2)Second phase: Mobility: Information meeting, departure to destinations, students follow up, solving eventual problems and incidents. 3)Third phase: Evaluation and dissemination of project results: Meeting with participants once they come back to analyze results and impact, labour market insertion, evaluate program as a whole, writing a quality report and financial justification, closing day, and dissemination of resultsThe results of this program have been:For the students: gaining professional competences that are specific to their labour sector, completing a fist professional experience, acquiring a versatile professional profile with the capacity to adapt to the specific needs of each enterprise, developing language and cultural skills, knowing and using different applications and new technologies in the working environment, getting to know production and organization systems, increasing the quality of their education and training to be more competitive, obtaining the EUROPASS, differentiating their cv in order to have more chances when entering the labour market, obtaining the corresponding academic degree. For our training center: Enlarging our ""Working Network in Europe"". Developing this project has reinforced the relationship between our Centre with other training centers and international companies, which has enabled us to get new agreements that focus to the internationalization of our training center. The impact of our project among our students can be clearly appreciated in the interest they show for their own education, as the academic path is essential when applying for the grant. Besides , in the long term we expect to integrate these programs in our educational program, so that we can offer it to future generation of students, which will be a benefit for our students."

    The project has been designed for students of sector vocational trainning studies: Transport and Vehicle Maintenance, Management of Sales and Shopping Areas and Administration and Management.We try to aim two objectives: on the one hand, to achieve that our students get in touch with the new tools and ways of working, related to their professional areas, on the other hand, to make students aware of European Work Environment, to help them eliminate barriers and open new cultural, social and professional horizons.The students will integrate themselves in the city of Ascoli Picenso, Italy for ten weeks to do their internship taking into account their professional profile where they will be totally autonomous at the time of developing their everyday life in order to improve their skills and abilities.We hope their stay of 10 weeks in a new environment will let them develop the ability to understand cultural differences, to get involved with a new culture and to let them learn how to deal with different situations.To carry on this project, we count with a intermediary partner and the host companies. By means of fluent communication of all parts, we hope to achieve the adaptation of our students as well as to help them to aim the different tasks assigned by the companies.This experience of mobility opens the possibility of taking part in other contexts and of knowing other cultures in order to improve independence and wishes of overcoming difficult situations as well as to widen their professional perspectives. Futhermore it increases their tolerance and ability to make new friends and to accept others, it improves their self-esteem and confidence.That´s why we hope to aim a great impact in their whole training process.Mobilities for training and for overcoming situations is possible and opens new horizons for our school in order to become international and foresee a better future for our students.Wee would like to finish saying that we believe in our project because we believe in the potencial of our students, in our future professionals because a team of enthusiastic professionals speaks for them , preparing them for professional success.

    The challenge of this project was to raise the rate of employability among our students, and at the same time, we wanted to create a network of international partners and improve the quality of the training that our students are receiving in our educational center. Number of mobilities: 17Age of participants: 18-35Profiles: Dependent people care assistants, Administration and Management, Commerce, Nurse Care, Pharmacy and Parapharmacy, Hairdressing and aesthetics.Duration: 12 weeksDuring the stay: Participants have completed the vocational education they had previously received in our Centre with the completion of a training period in a European company. Objective: The project purpose has been to give participants the chance to acquire the professional skills that will guarantee their insertion into the labour market. Destinations: Italy, Ireland and PortugalMobilities have taken place from March 2016 to June 2016, from september 2016 to december 2016 and from march 2017 to june 2017; Mobilities have consisted of 12 weeks of training in the specific field of each participant.The project has been divided into 3 phases:1st phase: prior to mobility: launch of the project and information day; dissemination of information among potential candidates; selection of participants; search for companies in country destination according to the profile of the candidates; preparation of linguistic and cultural aspects; drafting and signing of the agreements, creation of the learning paths, preparation of CVs, support for logistics flows. 2nd phase: briefing; departures; monitoring of trainings and resolution of incidents.3rd phase. Evaluation and dissemination: meeting with the participants on their return to analyze outcomes and impacts; evaluation of employability; overall assessment of the project, final qualitative report and financial justification; day of closure, dissemination results.Results and impacts:By means of this project we have increased the interest of our students in their vocational training, as their educational records are essential when applying for a mobility grant. In the long term we expect to integrate these programs as part of our vocational offer to future students of our Centre.Outcomes for the Participants:- Participants have had a first work experience - Participants have enlarged their professional skills enabling them to be more competitive and differentiate themselves positively when becoming job seekers. - Participants have acquired a professional profile suitable to adapt itself to the specific needs of individual companies. - Participants have acquired or improved their knowledge of another European language and cultural background, by using the applications that they have found in their work environment. They have also had the chance to know other production systems and other types of company organization. - Participants have obtained official recognition (EUROPASS) through validation and accreditation of the skills acquired in the training period. - Participants have got the academic qualification they needed.Outcomes for the Center and staff:- European contacts with other professionals and companies- Opportunity to compare different educational European systems, to erase the differences and to unify efforts so that these differences will disappear- Enlarge the vocational offer that we give to our students. - Motivate students to go on with their education- Reduce school drops off. - Increase employment possibilities for our students

    The project was designed for young students, the professional families of half of our grade, so that these young people can expand their vocational competence, and its field of work beyond the area of the island in which they live, or their own country of residence. Mobilities were Finland and Italy, in principle 15 flows to each country, the homologous partner in Finland had trouble getting companies to 8 students, which in those eight students had to put us in contact with our partner in Italy and sought them companies in the profile of students, found and ultimately flows were 7 students to Finland and 23 to Italia.Nuestro main objective was to get our students to be integrated into a real environment work, applying the acquired technical training, improvement of their qualifications, enhance their personal abilities, skills and individual competencies relating to entrepreneurship, support the development of content, services, education and lifelong learning ICT-based and innovative practices. Another need was the improvement of their language skills and knowledge of new innovative techniques and forms of work through the FCT in different European cities.Specific objectives 1. Facilitate the development of innovative practices in the initial vocational training, as well as its transparency and communication. Students will conduct their training in centres (FCT) works in a city europea.2.Conseguir the student increase their professional qualifications since this will strengthen your professional resume, due to high competitiveness in which we are immersed in the world laboral.3. Make use of the new technologies and promote the use of idiomas.4. Strengthen the network of labour transnational by contacting our companies with Italian and German companies and meet the European labour market, especially in those sectors related to their training, such as innovation and creation of new jobs, cooperative, economic aid and management of empresas.5.-establish the basis for possible future stays cooperation / exchanges of development between the countries of the European Union which make up the network , and not only with schools but with the companies of the sector, promoting the mobility of young people and teachers between different countries not only enriching them at level professional, but cultural, and linguistic.Mobility involved 30 students of the different professional families of our grade medio:cocina and cuisine, pastry, catering services, administrative management, with systems and networks, care for people in a situation of Dependencia.Las ages of these students were included between 18 - 45 years, the older ages, is due to the current crisis that has left many people unemployed and they have dedicated themselves to form in other areas that were not that previously they were dedicated. Participation in the project of students, and with a language level low, will serve to enhance their level of professional and language; since they have a medium-low social level, which under normal circumstances not allowed access to a training abroad.Main activity and the most important, was the education of the student in different companies assigned to his training at centres of works (FCT), which ended with a results good enough since the bulk of the Group has been very pleased with the experience acquired in their jobs. Then students on their own in Italy conducted various cultural activities of visit to the Capital and other towns near the city of mobility with other Erasmus students. Those of Finland partner organized les time activities which coincided with students from the center of the partner and others as bowling Championships, visit other cities, trekking, etc...The results we believe are very satisfactory, since the objectives achieved since conducted follow-up host companies have spoken very well preparation that had the students to perform the encomendables duties at a rate of learning outcomes to achieve. Many company offered students rely on them in the future, that for other students to be part of future mobility is an incentive to be part of these.
