    PROYECTO EUROPA IV has been the 4th edition of the mobility Erasmus+ programme promoted by the City Hall of Soria, in consortium with seven local VET schools ((Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Soria, CIFP La Merced, CIFP Pico Frentes, IES Virgen del Espino, IES Castilla, IES Politécnico e IES Antonio Machado). With this Project, the City Hall has aimed to exponentially improve the employability of the students from these schools, contributing directly to the development of a professional experience in the specific academic field of the participant, as well as to the acquisition of a series of transversal cultural, social, and linguistic competences that will help the participants to integrate in the labor market and in a more just and sustainable society.The consortium offered to 20 young people, between 17 and 35 years old, who were undertaking the last cycle of middle grade vocational training and had passed the first year modules in one of the schools mentioned above, the possibility of making a 90 days long-training ErasmusPro in a company in an EU country (Italy United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria or Portugal). The internships has been part or not of the FCT (according to the center), distributing 15 scholarships for FCT and 5 scholarships for practices without FCT. In addition, the participants performed an online language course through the tool of Erasmus+ program OLS, from the linguistic point of view, and a series of activities organized with the aim of preparing young people before mobility so that they could get the most out of their training stays.•publicity campaign for the project•reception of applications•candidates selection process•preparatory meetings•linguistic and occupational preparation•evaluative meeting•evaluation and dissemination of resultsIn this sense, the project has satisfied the needs detected both in the Consortium Institutions and in the students, achieving the following:•The students have enriched their vocational training•They have known other models of teaching and learning•They have strengthened the learning of a foreign language•They have discovered their capacity for adaptation and coexistence•They have developed interpersonal skills, motivation towards achievement, initiative and entrepreneurial spiritAt the same time, the staff of the Consortium institutions have improved their linguistic skills thanks to the joint work with international organizations, have increased their interest in the internationalization of learning, have analyzed with criteria the clarity of other institutions and organizations and their own, have allowed an exchange of knowledge and technology transfer, have created alliances with international organizations opening the way to future collaborations in educational projects and have strengthened relations between the educational and business world at a regional, national and international level.The professional families of the 20 participants have been: Hairdressing and aesthetics, Electromechanical maintenance, Interactive graphic product assistant, Joinery and furniture Making, Commercial activities, Health emergencies, Nursing Assistant, Preparation of Foodstuffs, Electrical and automatic installations, Cooking and gastronomy and Pharmacy and Parapharmacy. The stays have been organized in three flows:•March - June, 2019•September/October 2019 - December 2019/January 2020•March – June, 200 (mobility interrupted due to COVID19)The consortium has also had the support of international organizations that have helped in the monitoring and management of the mobilities in each of the countries involved in the project. The communication and contact has been constant with the project coordinator via e-mail, telephone calls or skype:•Accademia Europea di Firenze (Florence - Italy)•ETS (Birmingham - United Kingdom)•Partnership International (Cork - Ireland)•Amadeus (Vienna - Austria)•Euroyouth (Lisbon – Portugal)For the evaluation of the stays, the questionnaires, the evaluations of the participants by international organizations, as well as the internal evaluation of the participating organizations have been taken into account.The impact, both on the participants and on the Consortium’s organizations, has been positive in terms of improving linguistic and professional knowledge, better professionalism, improvement of social skills and cultural knowledge as well as the enrichment which it provides to work with European organizations, learning new methods that may be applied in the future.All this brings long-term benefits: higher quality of the educational system, development of entrepreneurial culture, innovation in different sectors, development of new technologies, increase of European awareness, so on.

    Alcobendas is a city placed in the Autonomous Community of Madrid, with a population of 112,188 inhabitants, has a high rate of youth unemployment, while an imbalance between the number of unemployed by genderaffects more women than men.The city, committed to the welfare of its people and concerned about the high rate of youth unemployment decided to present the mobility project, through the City Council, as coordinator of the consortium, together with the Virgen de la Paz school (which was part of the consortium last year) and the CIFP José Luis Garci.IMAGINA CON EUROPA II was aimed at a group of 15 young people (the finalnumber of grants covered was of 10) between 18 and 35 years old from this city, following a course of vocational education training or training for employment with professional certificate, obtained in both cases in one of the schools of the Consortium. The training didn't replace but rather complemented FCT.The sectors and professional groups that the project addressed correspond to the training offered by members of the Consortium and were as follows:- gardening- electromechanical of vehicles- camera man- Administration and management.- television production assistance- assembly and maintenance of audiovisual production systems and radiofusionThis project offered an opportunity to improve the training and preparation of the 10 participants who benefited from their scholarships, thanks to this mobility placement experience, articulated by practical training stays of 3 months in the cities of Florence (Italy), and Cork (Ireland). These stays resulted in an increase in their skills and employability levels, while contributing to a reduction in youth unemployment figures, as well as a higher degree of social and economic development of this Madrid suburb.These were the specific objectives of the project:- To combat the high rate of youth unemployment, preparing participants for entry into the workforce through quality training and work experience.- To achieve a higher level of professional expertise. - To promote multilingualism with the intention of enriching individual skills that will drive their future prospects.- To acquire a range of transferable skills (communication skills, use of ICT, working in multicultural environments, initiative, responsibility, decision making and response, etc.) that will help greater youth involvement in local society. - To promote equality and inclusion through the access of students to scholarships regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.Besides their own mobility programs, IMAGINA CON EUROPA II offered, as added value, a comprehensive personalised program of employability pathways, making employment guidance services available to the participants upon their return from their stays, supported by this city.Ultimately, through IMAGINA CON EUROPA II participants have been able to acquire specific mobility training experience in their sector, thereby improving their employment prospects either looking at entry into the workforce in a public or private company, or working on their business concerns.

    FOR THE STUDENTS ´ TRAINING PRACTICESThe goal of the project is to bring the professional world closer to vocational students and to enable their integration into the working world in the European Union. Meka Vocational School has sent 9 students to Europe to complete their Training from different vocational programs: Business Administration, Automobile Electromechanics and Welding.The activities that has been acrried out in the host country´s work centers have been determined between the tutor of the educational center and the company instructor. In any case, these activities have corresponded with the professional needs of the program that is being studied. Before beginning these activities, the students will have completed training practices by means of theory classes as well as practical experience in the workshop of the educational center. They will have completed their training with participative methodology and the completion of small projects which aim to include the knowledge imparted through different subjects. These students have also received English classes in the educational center, with the goal of reinforcing their knowledge and thus facilitating their integration into the host country.The expected results can be divided into the following categories:1. - On a professional level, the student has acquired work habits which are different than those adopted in their normal environment.2. - On a personal level, the student has learnt about other cultures, languages, and customs, gaining a rich experience.3. - Meka Vocational School has been able to compare the training that it offers to its students with training offered abroad, and share that training with citizens of Elgoibar.FOR THE STAFF MOBILITY PROJECTThe purpose of this project we have presentied has been to share good practices between different European Vocational Training management teams.Good practices through sessions/workshops that bring together: entrepreneurship, services to companies, teaching methodologies, personal motivation and involvement, management in the organisation and dual system.That is why a host partner has been chosen with significant experience in European projects and which has choosen the centre with the best practices in the aforementioned fields for action.The objectives of this project have been, among others, the following: to understand the successful practices of a German VT centre, to share and obtain value from the workshops, and to make contacts for other possible collaborations. The areas and needs that we wish to cover in this project are SHARING, LEARNING, PUTTING INTO PRACTICE, TRANSFERRING AND DISSEMINATING the topics discussed in the workshops.There have been 13 beneficiaries of this project, six from the management team, five heads of department and two European project managers.The host partner have been responsible for the logistics of the stay, in addition to the organisation of the workshops. The sending partner has been responsible for taking out insurance in addition to actively participating in the work sessions.The working language has been English .Communication between the sending members is simple as they have had weekly scheduled meetings, where, once the project has been approved, project development and preparation shall be a point of order of the day at the meetings. Communication between the host and sending partner have been carried out between managers both by telephone and email.The assessment and identification of improvements for future projects have been carried out by means of a satisfaction survey; this has measured the organisation provided by the host and sending member managers, the workshops and logistics (flights, accommodation, meals, etc.).The approval of this project for the applicant centre, such as the Berlin education centre, has made it possible to initiate good practices discussed in the various workshops, in addition to widening the network of collaborating European bodies.

    The MOVINVET project targeted two main groups: training center's staff (short-time job shadowing in training centers) and young graduates that have obtained an accredited training certificate during the previous year to the departure (3 month internships). Hosting countries are Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. Job shadowing activities for staff took place in the Netherlands and addressed themes such as the integration of migrants and other groups facing social exclusion through professional training.48 mobility actions were undertaken. Participants' mobility were in the summer of 2015, and spring and summer 2016. Several activity areas encompassed by the MOVINVET project: Administration and Finance, ICT, Trade, Industry, Health and Social Services. MOVINVET benefited 6 professional training centers located in Seville that are part of the consortium as well as the Teacher Training Center of Seville, a public entity responsible for continuous training activities for teacher in the province of Seville. The project is divided in several stages, namely:- selection,- preparation;- mobility period;- evaluation;- dissemination.The project's main goal is to improve the participant's employability skills through the development of a broad training itinerary that upgrades trainee's professional, language and personal skills. Furthermore, the project addressed the quality improvement of training supply, bridging the gap between participants and the corporate world, the European entity knowledge and the establishment of international working networks.The consortium created strengthens sustainability. Plus, including reference teacher training centers in this project ensures that its outcomes will impact on other training centers. This presents the need for strong communication activities and the transfer of acquired knowledge.MOVINVET project emphasizes on the quality of procedures and results. The project includes the use of several tools previously developed through research projects and that emphasize key competences such as interculturality or the use of languages through efficient resources. Furthermore, INCOMA has developed a platform aiming to manage participant's mobility, which will ease the processes of communication, follow-up and evaluation.

    The Second Edition DUAL ROAD TO EUROPE is a project funded by the European program ERASMUS + KA102 and promoted by 10 vocational education centres of Seville’s province with the Collaboration of FICA (Traders and Industrials Federation of Alcalá)DUAL ROAD TO EUROPE is a multisectoral program that has offered to 24 students recently graduated the possibility of complementing their studies through an experience abroad.The project provides for 2 different types of mobilities:- Mobilities for students. 24 students had the opportunity to practice for 9 weeks in Italy and Ireland.- Mobilities for trainers. 10 people from the teaching team of the different centres of the consortium have travelled in observation period to Germany and Austria. The group of participants had the opportunity to observe during a week how the dual system within vocational training becomes effective in the destination countries.The project has aimed to respond to the needs detected in the territory: to promote the internationalization of educational centres, to improve the labour insertion of students, to modernize current educational systems and to strengthen staff skills.
