Although initially stood in the street Policarpo Sanz corner calle Colón, currently the Center is located in a position which allows the output to two main streets such as Prince and Policarpo Sanz. The location allows students easy access to the Centre, as it is near the maritime station and connected with numerous lines of both buses and intercity. Our vocational school is composed of 20 teachers, which taught class to 309 students in computer science, health and administrative branches, being the number of students corresponding to 145 middle grade training cycles and the top-grade 164. Our educational centre considers that the coexistence of people of different nationalities in a single institution favors the integration of foreigners in Galicia. Among our students, 274 people have Spanish nationality, while the 35 remaining come from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, United States, Italy, Paraguay, Peru, Switzerland, Uruguay and Venezuela. Regarding cycles of medium grade, and in relation with this project, students who participated in it were from Pharmacy and Parapharmacy, and Care Assistants of Nursing in the health area, and Administrative Assistants in the administrative area. Mobilities in WOGUN I project have had a great success at Colegio Vivas so we were able to cover all the mobilities offered. On the one hand, recently graduated students participated in internships at foreign companies and, on the other, teaching staff made stays abroad to improve educational qualitiy of the center.Regarding students, their curriculums have been improved by adding a professional experience period related with their new degree. They have more time of experience than other students that just did the Training in Work Centers module so we hope to see a positive impact in his access to the labor market. Our students were able to learn or improve languages such as English, Italian and Portuguese at the same time that they knew new cultures that allowed them to integrate into their host countries. They also knew other business cultures and ways of working so they could compare with what they had previously experienced in Spain institutions. All this, and the fact that several people had never traveled beyond Spain and Portugal, made them gain awareness of the European Union as a framework within which they can move and establish freely. The students affirmed that the experience helped them gain skills such as autonomy, and self-confidence. In addition, when they returned from their internships abroad they shared the experience with their colleagues, both from the professional and personal point of view allowing the whole Colegio Vivas to participate in this experience, and not only those people who had lived in first person.Regarding the teaching staff, only 2 of the 3 mobilities have been covered, because one of the persons who asked to be part of the program was a father during the present course and he was not able to be absent. Although the mobilities to centers were initially envisaged, finally one center and one company were carried out. In the center the Hungarian educational system was known, different teaching methodologies (related to English in the classroom, special needs and the balance between theory and practice in the classroom) and English proficiency were improved, as the contact language. In the company the way of working in an Irish pharmacy was known, where it was possible to observe both the work with clients and the internal organization, in addition to improving the English (especially related to the sanitary field), which will be applied during the next school year by the teacher in his classes.Students and teachers checked the applicability of their professional and personal skills abroad. The participants were chosen according to established and publicized criteria, forming a committee for this purpose for students and dropping the appointment of the teachers in the director. Before making the mobility, the beneficiary students received pedagogical, cultural and linguistic training, explanations about the objectives of their practices, about the labor market and about the society of the host country, taking actions to improve their linguistic skills, among other things .In the host country they carried out internships in companies of the sector that were sought by the sending center, as well as the institutions where the faculty members stayed. The beneficiaries were tutored by host institutions and the sending center during the total duration of the mobilities.

The level of satisfaction among our participants is around 90% and the receptiveness of the program Erasmus+ among our students and educational community in general is very positive. The students attending our center come from middle-class families who, in many cases, cannot afford their children an international training, so the integration of Erasmus in our curriculum has meant the opportunity, for economically disadvantaged students, to complete their Training in an international context. We believe that the main objectives set out in the proposal have been met and summarized in the following points:- To promote student training based on innovation- To consolidate over time, collaboration and cooperation agreements with European organizations in the field of training and labor entities, that favor a mutual enrichment of both our students and teaching staff, and consequently give a greater European dimension to our center- To improve language proficiency of students and teachers- To improve the climate of coexistence and avoid the high level of absenteeism- To reduce the percentage of students leaving the education system11 students of the center participated In this project, out of 7 were recent graduated and 4 were in second year course, these latter were able to validate their last course module (""Training in Work Placement) with the period of work practices as the main activity planned in the project.Mobilities were offered to all the VET professional families taught in the center, finally the participating students have been 5 of CFGM Nursing Auxiliary Care, 4 CFGM Gardening and Florist, 2 CFGM Pharmacy and Parapharmacy. All the participants were in ages ranging between 18-25 years old and it was the first time for all of them to perform an internship in a European company. The program has meant an unforgettable experience both professionally and personally, beside the linguistic competence achived in a second language spoken in the EU, in this case English, Italian and Portuguese. The impact of Erasmus + in our educational community, throughout these years, has been very positive and can be summarized in these 3 essential points: - Greater motivation in our students resulting in a reduction of school absenteeism - Higher labor insertion rate, around 80% - European dimension of our training processes - integration of Erasmus + in our curriculum"
