The aim of this further education activity is to bring well-educated teachers to a higher level of knowledge – especially in the subject project management and media – and to gain experience in managing media projects in the context of European projects. The objectives of the training project are:• Best preparation for the training’s participants by attending an advanced training course at the Pedagogical University (PH, basic knowledge)• Study the practical work at a big international teaching and research institution• Get involved in practical work in the frame of an international media project at a big international teaching and research institutionThis is going to be done by a three-phase strategy. The first phase is executed by attending a special course of studies at the PH Baden. The second stage is a job-shadowing in the host organization to become acquainted with the working methods and the training’s environment. The third part of the training is focusing on practical work in the team of the host organization.As host organization, the DigiLab of the University of Rome La Sapienza is chosen. Here intensive research work is combined with students’ teaching. Furthermore, the institution handles the media projects of more or less the entire university.
