    PROJECT CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND. The GreenS&Co project was created to strengthen and improve green skills within Southern Tuscany (provinces of Siena, Arezzo, Grosseto) in order to provide businesses with innovative and updated professional figures, who have acquired effective knowledge and skills that, combined with a proper development policy, may result in raising the quality of life standards of the entire area. The socio-economic approach to the Green is, indeed, shared by very different sectors: from agriculture (organic products, short food supply chain, etc.), to industry (waste cycle, innovative technologies, etc.), to the tertiary sector (green products, green and tourism marketing, education, etc.).In order to adequately meet the needs of different types of business, the GreenS&Co project provides opportunities for YOUNG STUDENTS and HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES / QUALIFIED to experience learning and working mobility abroad, thus allowing them to develop technical and professional expertise in different fields relating to green economy, such as: Alternative Energy, Energy Efficiency, Waste cycle efficiency; Organic products and short food supply chain; Ecological Products; Green Technology; all technologies and processes related to the creation or enhancement of products / services of the territory that could lead to the development of a green economy (tourism marketing, promotion of natural and cultural resources, environmental education, etc.). OBJECTIVES. The project’s main objective is to carry out mobility actions for young people in the field of Green economy. The planned activities are aimed at improving the participants’ life and soft-skills that will help them to be included in the labour market and hard skills related to their curriculum, which could be also useable ACROSS the GREEN ECONOMY sector.Finally, the project will make use of skills and credits recognition methods and tools through Learning units, which can be capitalised and turned into education and / or training credits, in order to recognize and validate the LO through linear and clear procedures in compliance with the ECVET.NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS80 STUDENTS. 16/19 years old students attending Arezzo, Siena and Grosseto State High Schools.20 HIG SCHOOL GRADUATES / QUALIFIED. Young people who have obtained a vocational qualification or diploma consistent with the theme of Green Economy, by not more than 12 months. ACTIVITIES. The activities of the project shall be as follows:- Project management (divided into four main documents, enclosing the four key aspects of the sound management of the project: Control and Coordination Plan, Learning and Assessment Plan, Communication Management Plan, Dissemination and Valorisation Plan).- Trainees preparation (language, technical, educational and cultural training)- Internships identification and activation (following the selection of participants, the candidate-company MATCHING will be held in collaboration with the foreign parties, which will evaluate the participants profiles according businesses availability).- Ongoing monitoring and ex post.- Final assessment (outcomes, project, good practices).- Dissemination and exploitation beyond the boundaries of the participating territories.METHODOLOGY. The activated methodologies are, essentially, practical and they are all aimed at achieving effective, efficient and repeatable models.RESULTS AND IMPACT. At a general level, the project will have impact mainly on school and training worlds (VET) thanks to: learning outcomes of participants in mobility; acquired skills (life, soft and hard skills); recognition of credits. The dissemination strategy will support the overall objectives and the specific activities of the project: in particular, the publication of the project OUTPUT (materials), but also OUTCOMES (results) and OUTREACH (impact).LONG-TERM BENEFITS. In the long term, we expect: greater attention to Green jobs and to activities related to environmental and energy benefits within the reference areas of the project; extension of the partnership abroad, both in terms of territories and Green jobs skills; ability to implement exchange and cooperation projects thanks to the use of other funds (eg. H2020, Private Finance for Energy Efficiency, other); as the Consortium, the opportunity of exerting influence over mobility management as well as over the adoption of EQAVET framework and ECVET credit recognition system.

    The EPAR MOVE 2 project has allowed the international development of the EPAR (started with EPAR MOVE) to be extended, allowing it to go beyond its horizons, making it a school distinguished by the guarantee of an excellent offer and the good interpersonal relationships it promotes By providing a healthy growth space for students and professional satisfaction among the school staff.Through this project it was possible to send in mobility for curricular and extracurricular internships:• 7 graduates of 11th grade, from the courses of: Management - Human Resources and Tourism Variants• 10 recent graduates from the following courses: Reception, Tourism and Psychosocial Support• 3 students of the 2nd cycle of studies of the courses of Learning of the Multimedia course• 8 staff: Professor of Portuguese, Coordinator of the course of Reception, Coordinator of the course of Tourism, Coordinator of the Multimedia Course; Coordinator of the Management Course - Human Resource Variant, Coordinator of the Learning courses, teacher of mathematics and Pedagogical DirectorThe destinations for the internships were: Spain (Seville), United Kingdom (Derry), Malta (Mosta), Ireland (Cork).The destinations for the job-shadowing program were: Spain (San Sebastián and Madrid), France (Collonges-sous-Salève), United Kingdom (Essex), Greece (Glyfadas) and Sweden (Mjölby)The objectives of the project were as follows:- To create training and personal development opportunities for EPAR students and alumni at European level with a view to their employability and their affirmation and integration- Strengthen the EPAR educational project in the creation of networks and actions aimed at training professionals and citizens with equal opportunities, regardless of ethnicity, nationality, age, gender or geographical origin- To lay the foundations for networks at European level for a greater dialogue and relationship between Vocational Training and the Labor MarketAfter completing this project we can say that it was a great success for both the EPAR and the students. The results achieved were as follows:Students- Consolidated CVs- Higher level of employability- Fluency in foreign languages- Domain of specific ICT and software- Know how to be and be in a social and work context- Notion of the importance of lifelong learning and participation in international mobility projects- Creation of networks of social and professional contacts- Adoption of healthy habits and behaviors- Strengthening European valuesTeachers- Knowledge of new teaching-learning methods and new management skills and innovative pedagogical practices- Feeling of professional and personal appreciation- Knowledge of new methodologies of relationship between school-business and family- Experimentation of methodologies different from those applied in Portugal, especially at the level of work with students with higher rates of school failureEducational community:- Creation of new partnerships at international level- Faculty and non-teaching staff with greater interest and willingness to continue to improve and to know other ways of educating and training- Reducing failure rates and dropping out of school- Students with more structured life plans in relation to the future, international mobility has become for many a goal to materialize- Adoption of new, improved or adapted working methods in the organization of the educational project- EPAR participation in new international projects- Use of ICT as a working and relationship tool between partners and working communities

    BACKGROUND AND BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT.GREEN-APP responded to the development needs of the GREEN ECONOMY of Umbria, Marche, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna and specifically in the territories of the Apennine arch where the 9 sending Institutes are located, which due to the fragility of some territories affected by the earthquake they are closed to 8 institutes in the implementation phase. In these territories over the last few years strategies for the enhancement of natural resources, the maintenance and protection of the territory, the promotion of sustainable tourism, quality agri-food systems, local branches and renewable energy from different sectors, have been implemented. orientation of young students or newly graduated and newly qualified studentsAIMS:Through the implementation of mobility, students and graduates within 12 months of graduation have acquired TECHNICAL-PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, SOFT SKILL and have strengthened their language skills. Through the application of the ECVET procedure the RECOGNITION OF THE ACQUIRED SKILLS was guaranteed.Indirect objective was the INTERNATIONALIZATION OF SCHOOLS AND PARTNERS, but the encounter between the world of VET and the world of work was encouraged and the DEVELOPMENT OF THE SKILL OF EDUCATION TO RESPOND TO THE NEEDS FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLS EXPRESSED BY THE MARKET OF GREEN WORK.NUMBER OF PARTICIPATE PROFILES106 STUDENTS / ESSE of the IV classes of which 44 females and 62 males from the above mentioned addresses (against the 90 provided by the project) carried out the mobility experiences between 35 and 37 days in destinations such as: Spain (La Coruna and Jerez) , Germany (Leipzig), Portugal (Braga), England (London), Malta,16 graduates / QUALIFIED, (against the 30 planned by the project) who have earned a degree consistent with the theme of the green economy within the last 12 months. The group consisted of 8 females and 8 males performed 92-day mobility experiences in the following destinations: Spain (distinct in La Coruna and Jerez) and Portugal (Braga). The ACTIVITIES implemented were the following: START-UP -Publication of project mobility opportunities and MOU drafting; PREPARATION, information and selection, matching participants - host companies, linguistic, intercultural and professional preparation IMPLEMENTATION OF MOBILITY ACTIVITIES welcome in the territory, hospitality at the host companies, monitoring of internships and training experience, ongoing assessment of the learning path, assessment of learning outcomes and certifications. follow –up, recognition of learning outcomes.ASSESSMENT OF ACTIVITIES and DISSEMINATION.METHODOLOGIES applied in all activities have been in line with the EQAVET principles and the European Quality Charter for mobility and have been defined in the Management Plans, assessment of learning, monitoring and evaluation and communication and dissemination shared by the Consortium.It is emphasized that the ECVET system has been applied to all mobility with the use of European instruments (Europass mobility) and national / local ones (recognition of ASL credits).RESULTS AND IMPACT Participants:Acquisition of competences foreseen in the Learning Agreements (Soft and Hard Skilss) under posse to evaluation and validation processes and recognition of training credits. VET system Insertion of innovative contents and methodologies in EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS also in planning PON School alternation abroad. Application of the ECVET SYSTEM to MOBILITY PATHS and ALTERNATION EXPERIENCES Acquisition by the school staff and management of skills essential to pursue internationalization strategies with presentation by the partners of the Consortium of new projects (Erasmus KA1 and KA2) JOB MARKET Raising the quality of human resources entering the labor marketSharing of procedures and certification tools and making skills transparent in a perspective of recognition in the production and mobility context SOCIAL FABRIC participants' mobility has an impact on the family system, allowing the use of processes and tools to be disseminated ( Europass Mobility) through the creation of a new generation of European citizens.

    In 2014 the first project was presented in the scope of the XPTO + Consortium and the success that demosntrated its implementation was born the desire to give it continuity, presenting a new project in 2015. The entities that participated as sending entities in this new project were: Agrupamento de Escolas de Santo André, a Escola Profissional de Fafe, a Escola Profissional de Rio Maior e a Academia Total-IEDP. EUROYOUTH acted as a mediator between schools, providing the human resources and expertise needed to coordinate an ERASMUS + project.The project was defined around 4 objectives:- FAVOR EMPLOYMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALIZED AND QUALIFIED CAREERS OF NEWLY-DIPLOMATED PERSONS IN THE SEARCH OF THE FIRST EMPLOYMENT- GUARANTEE THE QUALITY AND UPDATE OF THE TRAINING OFFER AND VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION- PROMOTING ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNATIONALIZATION- CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF PORTUGAL AND EUROPEThe participants of this project were 60 graduates of the sending schools: Grouping of Schools of Santo André, IEDP - Total Academy, Professional School of Fafe and Professional School of Rio Maior, of the following training courses, level 4:Agrupamento de Escolas de Santo André - Management Informatics, Graphic Design; Receiving; Child Support- Academia Total-IEDP - Tourism; Electro-technology; Child Support- Escola Profissional de Fafe - Multimedia; Electronics, Automation and Computers;- Escola Profissional de Rio Maior - Renewable Energies; Health Assistant; Environmental and rural tourism; Electronics, Automation & Computers & Transportation & LogisticsThe students were between the ages of 18 and 24 and were mostly males (33), compared to 27 females. The students came from the municipalities or from the bordering municipalities of the sending schools, being, in the majority, students with a medium-low socioeconomic strata.Through this project, students performed their first professional internship with a duration of 68 days, with the students of the group 1 countries having access to the OLS courses and the participants who went to the countries of group 2, allowed the accomplishment of a Language course at the destination.The host countries were: the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Malta, Germany, Austria, Greece, Slovenia, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic.The impacts achieved were:The impacts achieved with this project were as follows:Participants- Strengthening of language, personal and professional skills- Knowledge / approach to the European labour market-Opportunity to know new cultures and acquire a greater cultural awareness- Higher entrepreneurial skills and competences- Approaching Europe by strengthening the sense of European citizenship, participation and identity and the interest in what happens in the different countries of Europe and the worldEducational and school communities- Greater proximity to the international market- Increased motivation and dynamism of work teams that acquired competences in the scope of the capacity of teamwork, ICT domain, structuring and planning of work- Coordination between institutions or organizations offering learning opportunities- Greater appreciation of the benefits inherent to professional, personal and linguistic experiences in an international context;- Knowledge of the opportunities and advantages of mobility in Europe;- Improvement in the quality of activities to be carried out and projects to combat school drop-out- New and different ideas to complement the training of graduates with European-level programs of excellenceConsortium partners- Reinforcement of skills at international level through networking and constant cooperation- Reinforcement of knowledge at the level of international projects, for example with the introduction of the ECVET recognition system in the XPTO + IV project, approved in 2017- Increased networking between vocational training schoolsInternational partners:- Increasing the network and networking at international level- Higher working capacity- Updating of working methods and techniques
