The school has gained experience in the practical training of students by working in educational and training establishments; manufacturing practice conducted in small and medium-sized companies in Blagoevgrad and region and a participation of students in the project ""School practices"" of MES (The Ministry of Education and Science). We have some experience of working on projects funded by HRDC, which we have successfully adapted and included in the educational process.A partner of Vocational High School of Economics ""Ivan Iliev"" is Training Vision Ltd. with headquarters in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. More than 20 years, the organization deals with the planning and management of international projects for mobility and training of students throughout the EU. Over the past four years Training Vision has implemented more than 250 projects and has organized more than 2050 job placements in various sectors such as administration, marketing, accounting and others.The main aim of the project is upgrading and improving main practical knowledge and skills of students by providing practice in real working multicultural business environment.The project intends the participation of 42 students from class XI and XII aged 16-18 years enrolled in ""Business Administration"" and ""Economics and Management"". The project activities will be implemented through 48 mobilities 14 days, organized into three streams, including 14 students and two accompanying teachers. Mobility will be implemented in November 2017 through March 2018 and in the month of November 2018.The role of Vocational High School of Economics “Ivan Iliev "" for implementation of project activities: the contract HRDC; a preparatory meeting with the partner organization and signing a contract with the partner; a memorandum of understanding to conduct the procedure ECVET and specification of the final program for the practice; selection of candidates; conducting linguistic, cultural and professional training of participants; contracts for carrying out the practice with students and training agreements; preparation for the trip - conclusion of insurance and conducting a briefing on safety when traveling; conducting ongoing monitoring of the project and keeping appropriate records of all streams into it; preparing the final report; disseminating the results of mobility; follow strict implementation of the project budget.The role of Training Vision Ltd for the implementation of project activities: provision of host companies for the practice; provide mentoring and support to students in the workplace and beyond; assistance in preparing the European instruments and certificates - Europass, ECVET and certificates etc .; a final meeting for reporting the results of mobility.The students will acquire and improve professional and personal competences:- expand professional knowledge, skills and competencies for business communication in international environment, standard form documents, conducting business correspondence, organizing business meetings and human resource management;- improving knowledge of business terminology in a foreign language - English;- the validation of professional competence in the EU;- improvement of social skills for interpersonal communication and effective communication, active listening, empathy and understanding of others, teamwork, initiative, adaptability;- expanding knowledge of the European labor market.Teachers will improve teaching competence, their skills in teamwork, communication and language skills.The results achieved in the implementation of the planned activities will affect PGI ""Ivan Iliev"" in terms of: establishing partnerships with training organizations from other countries; cooperation between schools and business; enrich teaching methods and curricula manufacturing practice meeting the changing needs of learners and businesses; increasing the effectiveness of the partnership with the business community in Blagoevgrad and the prestige of our school, which deals with innovative education methods and principles for the presentation of professional experience."

Vocational High School of Economics "Ivan Iliev", Blagoevgrad applies for the key activity in Educational mobility for citizens, type of activity: Mobility of students and staff of professional oriented education. It is a part of European program for education, training, youth and sport "Erasmus+”.Application form will be submitted to the Centre for human Resource Development.Project "European mobility for successful professional start" is initiated by Vocational High School of Economics "Ivan Iliev". It has gained huge experience in the practical training of students through in-school training companies; practice carried out in small and large firms, the implementation of activities under the project "One way ticket to professional life" -Comenius Programme and the project "Students practice".UEAG gGmbH is a partner of Vocational High School of Economics " Ivan Iliev", headquartered in Jena , Thuringia , Germany. The organization works in the field of vocational training and integration of young people. UEAG gGmbH has expertise related to mobility in Europe, consistent with the objectives of the " Erasmus +" . The project aims to: application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in vocational training in a real working environment; to build a relationship between education and business; increase the interest of students to the profession they study; develop social and language skills; form European consciousness.The mobility is aimed at a target group of 48 students aged 16-18 years who are studying in XI and XII grade in the field of "Business Management and Administration", "Economics and Management" as well as "Accounting & Tax" and " Accounting ". Some of them have practical experience of the activities in the inter-school training companies; Project for school training; Comenius project.Project activities will be implemented through 56 mobilities organized into four streams, including 12 students and two accompanying persons. Duration - 14 days .The role of Vocational High School of Economics “Ivan Iliev” for the implementation of project activities is:- To sign a contract with the National Agency, ÜAG and students involved in the project.- Selection of project participants- Providing the participants with language and cultural training - Creates a program project together with the German partner (ÜAG)- Preparation for the trip - take out insurance for mobile students, conducting safety briefing about the travel in collaboration with the German partner (ÜAG).- Conduct ongoing monitoring of the project and keep adequate records of all flows into it.- Preparation of a report.- Dissemination of the results after mobility finishes.Jobs for the practice in the host companies will be provided by the partner organization UEAG gGmbH: - Preparation and signing of a contract between Vocational High School of Economics "Ivan Iliev "and ÜAG. - Provide host companies. - Provide mentoring and support to high school students. - Conduct final meeting for reporting on the outcome of mobility.As a result of the implementation of the project, students will acquire and improve professional and personal competences such as theoretical knowledge and practical skills in vocational training, language skills in a foreign language, communication, initiative, ability to work in a team and adaptability.The results achieved in the implementation of the planned activities will affect Vocational High School of Economics "Ivan Iliev" as an educational institution in respect of contacts with educational organizations in other countries, the establishment of partnerships, collaboration between the school and the business and recognition of the results of the practical training in the EU.Impact on target groups: -expansion and application of theoretical knowledge in vocational training in real working environment -validation of professional competences in the EU - improving social skills- overcome the language barrier- motivating participants to further learning.

""Ivan Iliev"" Vocational High School of Economics has gained experience related to the realization of a number of projects under the Erasmus + program. Our mission is to prepare students with good general education and professional training, capable of effective professional and public realization. High school teachers have a problem with the use of innovative learning methods, the increase in the motivation of our students and the extent of the acquired school subjects. We are looking for ways to increase activity, develop skills and self-orientation in knowledge, teamwork, and development of cognitive abilities in students. The need for the project ""Entrepreneurial, motivated and creative at the 21st century international school"" stems from our European development plan. It is necessary to increase the competencies of teachers and students in the field of applying modern methods and approaches to teaching, mastering new strategies for improving learning, managing conflicts, using creativity and the latest tools in the classroom to improve quality of education, enrichment of learning content and introduction of innovative educational technologies and methods in the learning process. The project will give us the opportunity to gain experience from other European countries. The main objective of the project is continuing qualification and constant training of pedagogical specialists in connection with the constant changes in the school that is crucial for both the upbringing and the education; increasing the students’ motivation for learning; preparing teachers leaders who apply new techniques and strategies for teaching in every classroom, learn ""by acting""; preparing teachers to be able to develop and coordinate European international projects, in particular Erasmus + KA2 projects which will help the internationalization of the high school and increasing the intercultural education of the students.The project includes the participation of 11 teachers in training courses in the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy, during which they will acquire knowledge and skills useful for their teaching work. With the implementation of the project, we aim to increase the competence of the participants in the field of innovation, soft skills and creativity, conflict management and learning strategies for quality improvement of education, enrichment of the educational content and introduction of innovative educational technologies and methods in the educational process; to develop language competences and skills; by using new approaches in the lessons to improve teacher-student interaction; to find partners for the development of future European projects.The role of “Ivan Iliev” Vocational High School of Economics for the implementation of the project activities: signing a contract with HRDC; signing contracts and quality commitments agreements, and a memorandum of understanding with the training organizations; selection of candidates; monitoring the implementation of activities and keeping relevant mobility records; disseminating mobility results; tracking budget implementation; preparing a final report.The role of the training organizations for the implementation of the project activities: providing a work program for the training period, papers and electronic media, as well as logistical support of the participants.Upon completion of the mobility of the participants in the courses, the following documents will be issued: Europass Mobility, Declaration of Participation, course certificates, Europass Language Passport.As a result, the learners will be able to: actively use interactive methods in their work; to apply innovative training techniques; to increase motivation for learning; to develop creative competences; to promote active listening.The results achieved when implementing the foreseen activities will have an impact on the staff and “Ivan Iliev” Vocational High School of Economics in terms of: sustainable learning outcomes of the new methods and their application in teaching; assessment and self-assessment in teaching; teamwork; preparation of future Erasmus + projects; the motivation and it will make learning more effective “by acting”; qualification of pedagogical specialists and school management.The project results will be disseminated through: information on the site of the High School; presentation of the project activities at pedagogical meetings; trainings, courses, seminars and open lessons in the school; publications in local electronic and print media; holding a reporting meeting with the teachers from “Ivan Iliev” Vocational High School of Economics and other high schools in the area."

PGI has accumulated experience related to the realisation of Erasmus+ program projects. The international dimension of our mission is included in the following aspects of activity: ensuring contemporary preparation of qualified, competitive personnel in the field of economics; preparation of students for working in national and international companies. The problem connected to the usage of innovative teaching methods, improving students' motivation, the level of learning in mixed education, creating favourable school environment is a current one for the teachers. We are looking for ways to increase activity, to develop skills for independent orientation in knowledge, team work, development of students' cognitive abilities. The necessity for the project stems from the identified needs of the school in the Strategy for Internationalisation 2021-2027.<< Objectives >>PGI plans to send 7 participants for training mobilities in Finland and Spain. The courses are selected so that the teachers can acquire new knowledge and skills which they will use in their practice.The qualification is part of the Plan for Internationalisation and it will be beneficial for the whole school community.
