Our partners abroad are in Italy, Finnland, Great Britain, France, Malta, Spain and Ireland.The organisators of the project help the participants before the actual start of the traineeship, between the traineeship and after the traineeship in various fields of needed organisation (contracts, memorandum of understanding, learning agreements, preparation, monitoring, evaluation) At the end of the project a big presentation with representatives of the schools as well as the media is going to take place.Description of the activities: The participants do a traineeship abroad.As Europe is in the need of workers with international experience and linguistic competences this project is going to give international expercience to the participants. Also the linguistic compentences can be developed in the traineeship. One more aim of the project is do develop open-minden European citizens.The project is going to take place in: AT, IT, UK, FI, MT, IE, FR, LIT from the 1st of June 2015 till the 31st of May 2017.

The main goals of the Project is: learn how to use vegetables (beets, carrots, cabbage, etc.) in the field of confectionery, to determine their compatibility and be able to basic theory into practice, to develop and deepen practice work skills of cooks, waiters - bartenders, confectioner, lean on examples of good practice from the host organizations, learn to work with modern kitchen and bar equipment, develop the creativity of project members, wish to work in a team, the sense of responsibility; motivate students to do work in a qualified and qualitative way, to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and training, to promote active citizenship, inter-cultural dialogue, social inclusion, solidarity, self-esteem, internationalization of gaining competencies. Results of the project: -set off an international internship as a practical part of the training; -Project participants will be assessed and recognized on a European scale. Will be awarded the Europass, ECVET certificates and international organizations host certifications; -will be improved knowledge of English language as well as professional English language; -will present concrete proposals for the improvement of educational content, new recipes, learn to cook Spanish, Italian, Polish, German cuisine and beverages; -to find out new knowledge about other countries' culture, history, religion, the people and the work environment. Traineeship and practice will be held on pre-configured programs from June in 2017 up to June in 2019. When the project will start treaties will be signed; enforcement activities plans will be coordinated, participants will be selected and trained, distribution of functions and responsibilities of partners will be modulated. National and European certifications will be issued for members for their gained competencies and qualifications. Dispersion of the project will be publicized: -organize a final workshop and competition ""Beetroot controls"", there will be invited participate not only partner institutions participants and teachers, but also representatives form companies that cooperate with the school. All the gathered material: announcements, photographs, experiences of participants (written into CD or other medium) will be used as auxiliary methodical material spreading the experience to other students. During the competition between the members of the partners school will be produced and served in sweet product from vegetable, where it will be visible direct knowledge from the placement and will be assessed by the Commission members; - all information material will be published in our school and sending organizations, the stands are distributed impressions from practice places; -to prepare and distribute questionnaire to determine the degree of satisfaction of participants; -publicity in our Center and our partner organizations websites ((www.kprc.lt, www.ktvm.kretinga.lm.lt, www.prc.taurage.lm.lt and other); - experiences with photographs and reviews will be placed on Facebook accounts; -announcement to press about project’s process and its results will be sent at the end of the project on local and regional level (redakcija@skrastas.lt, aktualijos@ve.lt, info@kurjeris.lt)."

This is a legacy of our ancestors. The aim of this project was - what is beautiful - is not foreign, but it is close to our roots, not to vanish in highly developed modern technologies age. It is important to join our heritage into interior, exterior and today's lifestyle. Teachers' goal is not let to forget traditions, deep national roots and cultural heritage. We believe, experience gained during the project will inspire cultural storage. Today, for young adolescences, it is very important to have critical thinking, to see ahead than it is required in the lesson, expand their knowledge and develop in a practical way. The economical situation in the country reveals creative person is welcome in the labour market, and there opens wider opportunities and career abilities for him.Teaching of entrepreneurship helps students not only gain more and better theoretical knowledge, but also develop their practical skills, what allow to be more innovative in thinking and technologies.It is important to state that teacher in briefly development of his professional skills can create innovative, creative, entrepreneurial young generation. Maintaining the spirit of the cultural heritage which is reflected in the classroom for a young person, teacher can get the highest result - it is history of survival.The aim of the project - to provide an opportunity for the practical training teachers in carpenters and construction industry specializations to improve knowledge in the vocational training, professional and technological competencies, develop creativity, innovations and entrepreneurship.The tasks of the project:- Acquainted with the use opportunities of traditional crafts in interior, exterior, and today's lifestyle; - Understood and embraced of the traditional craft of conveying the possibilities in the building - construction sector; - Presented to the grounds of traditional motifs in architecture; - Introduced integration possibilities of carpenters and construction specializations in creating modern interior, exterior, and home environment; - Established and strengthened the close cooperationship between Lithuania's, Malta's and Austria's educational institutions. Participants of project “Rendering of the traditional crafts on the professional training lessons” - 12 teachers of practical education of carpenters and construction specializations: Mazeikiai polytechnic school, Kelme professional educating center and Kursenai polytechnic school, who wanted to interested in seeking and developing pedagogical, professional and technological competencies and qualification in Malta and Austria.The project was implemented in Malta's and Austria's professional teaching institutions and enterprises.Duration of the project - one week: in Malta - on November, 2014; in Austria - on October, 2014. On the project period 12 teachers of practical training: - Improved and deepened the educational, professional, technological competencies, raised professional qualifications, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in analyzing Malta's and Austria's teaching experience;- Improved the sociocultural skills: teamwork features, mutual understanding and communication skills in a new environment;- Improved their foreign language skills in professional and everyday situations; - Acquainted of Malta's and Austria's culture, customs and traditions; - The experience and knowledge gained from the project was presented to their school colleagues during vocational teachers' methodological group meetings and to students on lessons;- Project participants prepared a methodological material on “Traditional crafts in the modern interior, exterior and today's lifestyle in taking over the EU experience” in optical storage media. - The participants prepared a slide show presentation from Malta and Austria, which was presented in the final event “Opportunities of using traditional crafts in modern interior, exterior and today's lifestyle” in Mazeikiai Polytechnic School.- Cumulative course material was and will be used as an additional material for vocational teaching; - Collected and systematized material from the project was posted on schools' web sites, information boards, libraries, in Mazeikiai Polytechnic School's newspaper “Zvilgsnis”."

GOALS 1. Give the oppornunity for 3 center learders, responsible for professional training,6 profession teachers and 28 sudents to participate in mobile internships in Austrian, Polish and German SVV institutions where acquired professional knowledge, skills and competences would contribute to the improvement of professional training, applying the experience of EU countries – AT,DE,PL dual training and internship. 2.The understanding of international technical, methodical, social and specific professional competences use as one of the means to stimulate dual education and internship in the center, acknowledgment of qualifications, increase the busyness, decrease social exclusion in business, working process and community. 3. Raise innovative skills and abilities in the center, which are important for present and future jobs, diverted towards the needs of the state, municipalities and economy , education of future employees oriented towards the prognosis of future economy development, which would guarantee long lasting employment relations and the youth’s decent income . 4. Motivate students to improve skills and obtain new ones, show initiative,presenting professional skills , creativity , ability to work and achieve good results for future employers. 5. Create conditions for project participants to get foreign specialists‘ assessement under the mutual understanding memoramdum- general agreement about their practical professional preparation level, according to the criteria in the internship country, which will be aproved and acknowledged by their school. 6. Get acquainted with the activities of SVV institutions, their requirements for the students, to learn more how to stimulate mobility abroad, and later to apply ECVET in qualification systems. 7. Seek , that ECVET would serve in applying professional education mechanisms inside the school and would guarantee the transference and acknowledgment of their achievements in non- formal studies abroad. 8. Develop students‘ and teachers‘ professional, language , social and personal skills, creative thinking, which would allow to integrate themselves in the labor market and make decisions individually according to present and future impacts from outside environment , would help to educate young specialists for European labor market better. DURATION -4 weeks for students, 1 week for teachers in Austria, Germany , Poland. FINAL OUTCOME 1. Enduring value documents and visual material: a) didactic- methodical text and video material „ Develepment of educational competences for profession in the Center through dual education“, b) recommendations for teachers , school shareholders and founders „ How to organise and start applying dual education and internship in the Center faster and in better quality, c) In order to guarantee the quality of internship for profession teachers and students, the mutual understanding memoramdum and appendixes,according to professional qualifications , applying elements of ECVET system in partnership, keeping quality principles and criteria from both sides, is prepared , d)Profect Information display : information about the project, its goals , target project group. e) Electronic photo albums , showing internships in Austria, Poland and Germany . The albums will be demonstrated in the Center Internet page . f) CD about the interships. 2. The information about the project in interships will be placed in Kelme PTC and participating institutions websites. 3. Final conference „ Development of competences in dual education and internship in EU countries“ 4. One article in local newspapers. 5. Valorisation of project achievements. Center leaders , responsible for professional education , profession teachers and students will learn about dual education and intership system of European countries. After they get experience and knowledge about the forms of practical professional training, models of dual eduaction and internship in Austria, Germany and Poland, will be able to organise practical training better in the center. It will improve the education of future employees for labor maket. Enduring value is that after the project is over, new knowledge and skills will generate new ideas, strategies for future activities and projects, trying to improve organizational educational , administrative and management skills, preparing qualified specialists for constantly changing labor market, will learn how the system supports mobility of European citizens and contribute to the all life learning process.

Give opportunity for 3 center managers, 32 students who have less opportunities to participate in internships in companies in Austria, Germany and Poland. Using the experience from Austria, Germany and Poland about modern professional innovations, internship forms, dual teaching and internship models willbe able to organize practical training, update PE programs, which will contribute to education of students who will feel confortable in thedeveloping labour market. There will be a direct contribution in the preparation of the center strateg plan. Enduring value is that after mobility activities and new knowledge , it would be possible to develop new ideas, strategies for future activities and projects in order to improve organizational, administrative and management skills which will contribute to preparation of qualified specialists for labour market, will learn how the system supports mobility of European citizens and makes it easier to learn all life.
