A strong host partner implementing the internationalization strategy will help to warrant the successful using of ECVET system.; - appointment of apprenticeship in the institution - taking good practice. It is the support of the good practice. - opportunities for student apprenticeships, collaboration with employers and other social partners: good EU experience in expanding school cooperation activities. There is a school form of vocational training in Lithuania. Therefore, the aim was to give as many as possible opportunities to take practice in enterprises. It is difficult to find employers who will provide students with high-level training practices in Lithuania, and especially in the small Kupiskis district. -the using of innovative teaching methods and IT in classrooms remains important for teachers. Completed projects have a positive effect on a new- look of the educational process. The spread of information at school helps to take over the good practice. So this topic remains relevant. -support for good practice when modular training programs are implanted: the content of new educational subjects, pedagogical assistance for teachers, also module layout and scheduling is relevant; -innovative forms of vocational orientation: improvement of the prestige of vocational training; -innovations in the quality management system by applying the standard requirements of the new ISO 9001: 2015. Identifying risks and stakeholders, audit principles, and managing corrective actions. IMPACT: the aim is to ensure that the Kupiskis Technology and Business School will ensure an ever-increasing level of vocational training, the transition to modular curricula will proceed smoothly, the pedagogical community will feel strong, feelings of satisfaction with their work and the school will feel the strength of the school as an organizational culture; new forms of vocational guidance will be applied at the school; developing cooperation with foreign partners through the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET); as well as the purposeful support of the Quality Management System. DISSEMINATION will be conducted on the school's website (published summary articles of the project activity, as well as articles on each mobility flow), in the school's Facebook account will be published moments of visits and short descriptions of activities, Erasmus + projects will be published through major school events, meetings, information published in vocational guidance activities in Kupiskis and surrounding districts. Accompanying persons need: The majority of vocational school students live in rural areas, are from socially vulnerable groups of people - live in low-income families with a single parent or guardian does not have the motivation to learn, they lack a sense of responsibility. During the discussions with potential participants in the project, students have expressed fears that they feel fear to go to practice abroad, they believe that it will be difficult to adapt and orient the large city, most of them are neither immediately flew an aeroplane. The students argued that they much bolder and more confident would feel when combined with an accompanying person from the school. Requirements for accompanying person - the necessary English language skills. This will ensure greater cooperation and communication with the host organization. The attendant will help students reside, settle down, handle everyday life, learn about and familiarize students with the practices of the host organization and local leaders. The first-week internship with students will take part in workshops, to monitor and control their progress. Project coordination experience shows that often the visits take place underage students, so they need the help of an accompanying person.
