Minutoli, aims to improve the quality of education and vocational training, giving a European dimension to the educational paths and thus providing the young participants the opportunity to test and improve their skills: professionalism in the specific areas of vocational education (agricultural and agro-industrial sectors), cultural knowledge and linguistic preparation. This general objective, in line with the ET2020 strategy is pursued through a mobility experience that consists of a learning mobility internship abroad of 1 month for 104 students/learners (including 10 with special needs students) and internship of 15 weeks (ERASMUSPRO) for 78 recent graduates from the 13 participating VET schools. The training programme includes an internship in selected companies in the agricultural and agro-industrial fields, to acquire knowledge and skills within the sectors and compare the various professional techniques, and activities aimed at the inclusion and integration in the context and for the improvement of language skills and to better know the culture of the hosting country. The main expected results from the project include: the rise of the personal and professional skills of the participants and the promotion of key competencies related to the real exercise of active citizenship; increasing the employment potential of the participants, the introduction of innovative training methods as a complement to existing practices and pathways and the improvement of the educational level of technical and vocational schools, the development of relations between the transnational partners and the promotion of processes of cooperation and exchange of good practices between the partners involved, with a significant impact in improving the educational and vocational guidance. The construction of a permanent network of transnational public-institutional organisations and not only, therefore, is one of the main objectives of the project and allows the exchange of experiences and best practices at various levels (technical excellence, best practices in educational policies and governance of the system). The Consortium, with this proposal, therefore, aims to give momentum to the internationalization of institutional relations and cooperation at European level. The opportunities for economic and social growth cannot be separated from the desire to create strong interdependence and synergy between educational and training institutions and strong partnerships with local and foreign business realities. The project is, besides, implemented in an European context considering the European priority and thematic approached such as ""ECVET for transparency and recognition of learning outcomes and qualifications"". The development of ECVET began in 2002 after the Copenhagen Process emphasizing the need for a credit transfer system for VET. ""AGRINNOVATION"" is a project based on the concrete responses to the questions of developing ECVET in the European member States and corresponding to the 2009 EU Recommendations on the establishment of the European Credit system for VET. The project works in particular to realise an European area for Lifelong Learning in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors. The whole activities are implemented by regarding a strong European perspective which is reflected in all project activities and results. The project aims to increase the knowledge of ECVET and its technical specifications and ensuring that the added value of ECVET is understood and perceived all over Europe."

Young people participating in VET schemes are the focus of the commitment of the Member States that had recently set a target of enabling 6% of all learners in initial VET to have completed a period of VET study abroad by 2020. In line with these objectives and European policies, through ""Agro-Start Mobility"", Regione Molise, the 6 VET schools for Agriculture and Environment involved (IIS ""Pertini"", IIS ""Pittarelli"", IIS ""Larino"", IOS ""Riccia"" and IPSEOA ""F. For local agricultural companies it is strategic to rely on staff on the one hand with a knowledge of organic farming and on the other with good intercultural and language skills and international contacts (preferably in emerging markets). Therefore, for the development of local construction companies is strategic to recruit staff with knowledge and experience in the field of sustainable construction and strong capability to interact with foreign companies. At the moment, ITGDV graduates do not possess these specific and soft skills and this results in low employment rates (36% agrarian sector, even 24% building sector) and a very low coherence between the educational qualification and the field in which one has found work (41.6% agrarian sector, 6.3% building sector) [data eduscopio.it]. Based on these data, the present project aimed to increase the employability of students, in particular the ones with fewer opportunities and to support the advancement of the agricultural and construction sectors especially that of the Cesena area. Detailed objectives was: - Increasing the % of work-based training with particular reference to work experience abroad and to the field of sustainable development - Supporting the advancement of the agricultural sector in terms of internationalization / export and organic agriculture and the construction sector in terms of internationalization / export and sustainable construction - Contributing to a greater alignment between the output competencies of graduates and the needs of the sectors - Increasing the employability of the graduates of the consortium schools with particular attention to disadvantaged young people, immigrants and in general to people at risk of marginalization and deviance - Contributing to the spread of ECVET in the agricultural and construction sector and to the increase of transparency of the skills learned The project is in line with European priorities for FP such as Riga Conclusions (promoting WBL), the New Skills Agenda 2016 (promotion of intra-EU mobility). In particular, it contributes directly to the ET2020 goal of 6% of FP graduates with experience of training abroad, and the dissemination of ECVET. The project also helps to drop below 10% early school leaving. Finally the project is in line with European priorities and EAFA about the involvement of migrants in active WBL as it is expected that about 15% of students participating in the project are refugees, migrants of first or second generation. The project lasted 36 months from 15/11/2018 to 14/11/2021. The project developed three activities:1) Work placement in companies abroad lasting 1 month for 87 students e 13 accompanying people in Spain and Poland2) Mobility for ERASMUSPRO internships lasting 3 months to 15 new graduates of the school in Spain, Portugal and Poland3) Advance Planning Visit for the ErasmusPro mobilities in Spain, Poland and Portugal The participants are from the courses ""Agriculture, agribusiness and agro-industry"" and ""Construction, environment and territory"" (CAT) in particular young people with fewer opportunities. About half of the participants had fewer opportunities (including social, geographical or economic barriers), especially immigrants. The reached impact on the participants is as follows: - greater prospects of job placement. - job prospects more consistent with their studies. - better job prospects. - Increased motivation to study. - Better performance in the study and learning of languages. - Increased knowledge of the European project - Increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship The reached impact on ITGDV is as follows: - Better employment rate of his graduates - Greater attractiveness - Better students’ results in languages - Use of ECVET - Strengthening staff skills in internationalization and European projects At a local level, the project had a systemic impact on the agricultural and construction sectors, which will be able to count on a workforce that is more able to meet the challenges and needs of the sector in terms of emerging trends and internationalization. The impact of the project in the Cesena community is multiplied by the presence in the consortium of the Municipality of Cesena that informed citizens, schools, teachers and companies of the territory about the project and its results in order to ensure a stronger dissemination."
