During our current pandemic situation many of us lost jobs. According to “The Guardian” “Young workers have been hit the hardest by rising unemployment during the Covid pandemic, with those under the age of 35 accounting for almost 80% of jobs lost in the past year.” Our world has changed. Virtual activities gained more importance. Not to be left behind, we feel we need to follow the change and adapt to the new world situation. But how? Should we wait until restaurants and caffees are opened again so we can get our jobs back? What if pandemic won’t be over next year? We need to take the future in our hands. Improve skills that will help us to face unemployment and live a life we want to. The main goal of e-ntrepreneur 2.0 is to tackle youth unemployment problems that occurred in the pandemic situation, inform, motivate and enable youngsters to work on that topic in their countries, as well as equip them with experience, knowledge and skills, especially digital to easily enter the labour market. The project targets youngsters who lost their jobs due to Covid, face unemployment, had bad experiences with job interviews or want to start working on youth employment projects within their organizations. The main objectives of the youth exchange are:-to reflect on unemployment situation of youth in Europe in the pandemic situation;-to develop skills (especially digital) and knowledge of youngsters in the process of getting a job;-to encourage youth’s entrepreneurship with a focus on digitalization;-to encourage the creation of future projects within the Erasmus + Programme, which will target unemployed youngsters.<< Implementation >>The main theme of the project is Youth Unemployment in the pandemic situation. This project will provide participants with the necessary skills and confidence to enable them to flourish and share their experience. Therefore, meeting their commonly misunderstood and misinterpreted needs, young people from around Europe will join and be actively encouraged to share, learn and participate.During 8 working days the participants will share opinions and ideas on unemployment and will be involved in various activities. They will learn CV and Motivation Letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, how to use activism as a way to the labour market, what Youthpass is, how to get a Europass Skills Passport, how to work with career centres, etc. “e – ntrepreneur 2.0” project will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork.2 mobilities are planned during the project duration: Preparatory Visit and Youth Exchange. Both activities will be organized in Agrigento - city in Sicilia, Italy which is characterized by one of the biggest youth unemployment rates. Partner organizations will be represented by participants and team leaders from Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain, France and Greece. There will be 7 team leaders that will take part in the Preparatory Visit and 6 participants + one leader from each country that will participate in the youth exchange. Half of the participants are youngsters with fewer opportunities.<< Results >>We are confident that in case of support for our project, we will reach significant and sustainable results. First, our youth will get valuable information and gain necessary knowledge and practical skills to transfer to peers in their local communities. We expect them to organize some workshops for small groups of young people from their hometowns and also spread the received information through their personal networks. We'll provide them support any time when needed. Second, we believe that the YE will be a further step towards building a transparent, informed and responsible European society. We hope that at the end of the project the participants will work towards specific employment projects to be implemented back home, and, as mentioned before, have the opportunity to pass on their new skills and knowledge back to their home country to help other young people.Last but not least, participants will learn CV and Motivation letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, what Youthpass is, how to create a Europass - European Skills Passport (CV and Europass Language Passport), how to work with career centres, etc. YE will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork. Each participant is supposed to teach 10 more young people back in their country. During the evaluation of the first edition of the project the participants agreed that it was a success and they learnt how to implement youth initiatives but what was definitely missing is the experience on how to implement virtual youth initiatives and virtual projects. After Covid-19 pandemic our reality changed a lot. According to the survey made during “Make the change” 90% of the participants agreed that they spent more time online and they would more likely join a digital event rather than in person event with big number of people (most common reasons: “you can connect from everywhere”, “precautions related to pandemic”, “saving time on reaching the place”). Implementing a project to be organized in a virtual reality is very much different than a usual one. Therefore, the participants decided to create an opportunity to learn about it together. “Make the change 2.0” will be innovative as the focus will be on the virtual reality/digital world. The aim of youth exchange is to encourage young people to take action, providethem with opportunities to acquire new skills and knowledge, and strengthen their ability to create and implement projects aimed at raising and solving problems of the local community. Practical experience in the subject of change leadership will be possible through a balanced combination of theory, practice, individual reflection and dialogue. The project will meet the objectives of the Erasmus + program for the promotion of active civic attitude among young people.Project goals:- providing participants with knowledge and skills for implementing digital/ virtual youth initiatives / projects that will allow participants to act as disseminators of active citizenship ideas and face problems of their local societies, - providing participants with tools to develop leadership skills in order to motivate them to become active citizens (developing specific skills such as decision making, team building, communication, public speaking, etc.);- intercultural education of participants,- supporting young people with fewer opportunities, struggling with geographic and economic problems;- extending the partnership network and exchanging good practices to involve young people, especially those with fewer opportunities in youth initiatives supported by youth programs or other assistance programs;- promotion of the most important European values and the Erasmus + program.<< Implementation >>Project participants are mostly people with fewer opportunities between the ages of 18 and 23. 49 participants from Italy, Spain, Greece, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary will participate in the youth exchange. What the participants have in common is a small access to non-formal education, participate in international mobility, to engage in many aspects of social life, and in particular lack of empowerment to take a leadership role. Two main mobilities will take place during the whole project – preparatory visit and youth exchange. The youth exchange will be attended by 7 participants from each country. Activities included in the youth exchange program are based on work in national and international groups, debates, open discussions, role playing, brainstorming, information sessions, study visits, direct contact with the local community, exchange of experiences, negotiations, intercultural evening, energizers, teamwork, presentations, simulations, various evaluation methods (weather map, etc.), time dedicated to individual and group reflection, outdoor activities, learning by doing. One of the most important points is learning with project method.<< Results >>The project will stimulate young people's activity in solving local community problems in a digital way, increase their skills and self-confidence in playing the role of local leaders, and strengthen the potential of international organizations (project partners) at both local and international level. The experience gained as part of the workshop will increase the participants' confidence level and knowledge about using the project method. What is more, their awareness of the occurrence of similar social problems in other countries will increase, which will affect reaching for solutions used in partner countries. We plan to create a strong network of international cooperation for the future between organizations that operate in the same field and use the same methods and tools, combining knowledge and experience acquired empirically. The multiplier effect will be ensured by sharing project experiences in partner countries, firstly because experience will be passed on by participants to colleagues who in turn have the opportunity to adapt the results obtained during the project to local reality." The European Commission's Eurobarometer, published on 2 August 2017, has shown that terrorism is now at the top of the list of problems that European citizens have identified as one of the challenges currently facing the EU (44% since 2016). On the other hand, the European Commission set up the Commission's Expert Group on Radicalization (HLCEG-R) in September 2017. The latter published a report on June 13, 2018, notably on the improvement of cooperation mechanisms between Member States and practitioners, and on the means necessary for a better circulation of knowledge in terms of understanding the process of radicalization. The final report consists of two parts. The first part identifies a number of recommendations in the areas of anti-propaganda, the fight against ideology and polarization of society, cooperation of prevention actors at the local level, measures in terms of education and social reintegration. And the second part describes the structures to be put in place to improve the system, such as the setting up of a Steering Board which will propose strategic priorities (orientations and actions) to the Commission in the field of prevention of radicalization. Also the setting up of a coordination structure ""Task force"" that will support and coordinate the action of the Commission in the prevention of radicalization. Particularly affected, France lived under the regime of the state of emergency, this exceptional regime adopted the evening of the attacks of November 13 led successive governments to extend it several times and remained in force 719 days, he said. officially ended on Wednesday, November 1st. In the context of the fight against terrorism, it has enabled the Ministry of the Interior to transfer powers reserved to the judicial authority. Certain special provisions allowed by this exceptional regime will nevertheless remain in force; they were transposed into common law by the bill strengthening the internal security and fight against terrorism adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, by 244 votes for and 22 against. In this context we have wanted with our partners to set up a youth exchange that brought together 44 young people, volunteers, young leaders and facilitators from 8 different countries (France, Poland, Italy, Latvia, Spain, Tunisia, and Jordan). And which took place in Tunisia on the theme of radicalization through artistic supports such as theater, cinema, painting, music, graphic express, etc. Our youth exchange were one of the cultural solutions and the use of European tools dedicated to youth under the Erasmus + program and which allowed us the use of arts education and non-formal education as a prevention tool to radicalization. Using innovative new methods and providing young people with information on European values and fundamental rights. Our youth exchange had the following objectives: - Raising awareness about radicalization and creating a learning space through non-formal education, an open sharing space, mixed cultures and different environments for young people through innovative and creative tools. - The use of arts education and non-formal education and the sharing of good practices as a prevention tool and fight against radicalization. - Create an international platform for organizations to share their experiences and the use of art as a tool for fighting and preventing radicalization. - Better understand the opportunities of the Erasmus + program and non-formal education to promote European values of tolerance, understanding and respect for human rights. Our project provided very valuable learning experiences for young people, and bring them to a unique experience, providing them with tools and inputs that could help them be more aware of themselves, their skills. During the 07 days, the participants of our exchange were leaded to do so many activities such as games, role plays, simulation, visits, debates, artistic creativity workshops, field trips, evaluation and self-evaluation. They were experimented with the lease of non-formal education methods and discussed with the facilitator the improvement of their knowledge and skills. Explored a sensitive subject such as radicalization through several methods such as self-discovery, methods of integration, methods of creativity, and individual experiences." ""Media and critical thinking against racism and xenophobia"" was introduced as a dual mobility project, a training seminar followed by a youth exchange. During the selection results, the national agency only approved the second part of the project and that was the youth exchange. We carried out a youth exchange, from November 11 to 20, 2021 (travel day included), this mobility was carried out at the Nabeul youth complex, in partnership with the Tunisian Ministry of Youth and Sports and brought together 50 young people from 8 different countries namely (France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Latvia, Tunisia, Morocco, and Lebanon). This youth exchange was designed and dedicated to young people from (France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Latvia, Tunisia, Morocco, and Lebanon), interested in the prevention of radicalization, in an artistic approach, offering them the opportunity to exchange ideas and points of view, to work together and to express themselves through non-formal education and art. For 8 days, participants will face different challenges, meet new people with different backgrounds while sharing skills and developing new skills, but above all discovering another reality through their stay in Tunisia. At the end of this learning journey, these newly acquired skills will form a building block to create possibilities and explore new chances when they return home. This activity aims to:- Raising awareness about radicalization and creating a space for learning through non-formal education, a space for open sharing, mixed cultures and different backgrounds for young people through media and creative tools.- The use of media education and non-formal education and the sharing of good practices as a tool for preventing and combating radicalization.- Create an international platform for organizations to share their experiences and the use of the media as a tool in the fight and prevention against radicalisation.- Better understand the opportunities of the Erasmus + program and non-formal education to promote the European values of tolerance, understanding and respect for human rights.<< Implementation >>Our exchange project has allowed us to use non-formal education as a tool to raise awareness of radicalization, racism, xenophobia and extremism. Using innovative new methods and educating participants about European values and fundamental rights, they tried to find solutions to European challenges that also applied to their local communities.Facilitators and partner organizations helped young participants to gather information and practices, different perspectives on how to express themselves through storytelling, new media, blogging, active citizenship, how it could help them in their personal image and create a career in the sector and field of art, theater, role play; videos, citizen journalism...After intense discussions with our partners, we were able to plan the activities offered to participants during the exchange in Tunisia. In a chronological order to ensure the learning process of the participants, we have planned:- knowledge games, icebreaker games, city discovery games, cooperation games.- presentation of the Erasmus+ youthpass program-weekly evaluation- workshop on radicalization.- workshop on the concept of radicalization and violent radicalization in the form of role plays- intercultural evening.- workshop on radicalization, and on the fight against stereotypes and prejudices- visit to the regional sports youth commission of Nabeul- visit the town hall of Nabeul and meet with the mayor of Nabeul and different leaders.- Visit and interaction with members of the Beni Khiar youth center- Intermediate evaluation- interaction with young members of the nabeul youth complex- Visit and workshops and interaction with members of the menzil temim youth center - cinema, theater, painting, music, express graphics, citizen journalist workshops etc...- Weekly evaluation.- workshops on cinema, theatre, painting, sculpture, express graphics, citizen journalists, etc.- Presentation of products for cinema, theatre, painting, music, express graphics, citizen journalists, etc.- future cooperation development sessions- sessions, final evaluation. Our project was dedicated to young people between the ages of 18 and 30, whether students, volunteers, young workers or artists interested in human rights and art as a tool in the media to prevent it and confront radicalization, fight against stereotypes and prejudices. Our youth exchange brought together 50 participants from 08 different countries with cultural, social and economic differences. The common point is that, in all the countries participating in this project, the problems related to radicalization took place because of traditions, religions and beliefs, as well as the use of the media, including radio, television, newspapers and magazines. The project took into account the needs of the participants identified at the local level by emphasizing the understanding of radicalization, violent radicalization, and the human rights approach.the leading groups were experienced and presented different skills such as team management, theater, cinema, painting and blogging, they took it upon themselves to help the young people, together with the facilitators, in order to maximize the process of learning and to better share knowledge during the exchange.Regarding the participants, we had excellent participants who had different backgrounds: artists, fine arts students, human rights activists and bloggers, and we had the opportunity to discover and develop new methods of expression and fruitful communication strategies for their personal development as well as for their NGOs and to improve their Contribution in future projects within their NGOs.<< Results >>Our project had an impact on the following target groups, which we identified with our partners:- Other organizations and their representatives- Local authorities in the communities concerned- media representatives- Participants (18-30 years old) from the communities concerned- The partners- Other organizations working with young people, other than those directly involved in the project, from partner countries or other countries, through access to available information on the implementation and results of our project, at the following our dissemination actions. The project sparked curiosity and determination to get involved in Erasmus+ opportunities by informing them about funding opportunities. For many NGOs, a concrete example that such a project could be implemented under Erasmus+. Young people active in Tunisian organizations, clubs and youth centers have been affected by the effects of our project. They were interested in continuing the same type of education and writing their own projects, ensuring that this mobility was perfectly feasible.- Representatives of local authorities such as the mayor of the city and the leaders of the Tunisian Ministry of Youth and Sport, who have been informed of this project. They saw a concrete example of the use of European funds for cooperation in the youth field. Such a cooperation model used by NGOs could also be used for twinnings between different municipalities, for cultural exchanges or for drafting projects funded by other sources in the future.-The representatives of the media of the communities where the project has been visible thanks to the news thanks to which the diffusion will develop. They were able to highlight the importance of cultural exchanges and openness in raising public awareness.-Participants from communities where the project has been visible. The curiosity aroused led us to spread more information about Erasmus+ and how to participate in these exchanges.- The impact on the organizations of the partners varies according to the specificities of each of them, the community and the country of origin, but is composed of a series of general benchmarks, namely:- improve visibility and promote a good image, especially in the home community (following the commitment to an issue that affects the community).-create links with other organizations of the project in case of development of new partnerships (potential development of new Erasmus + projects with some of the partners)- the qualitative increase in human resources, in the light of the experience acquired by the coordinators of each partner and the group leaders (the know-how acquired by the group leaders will strengthen the organizational capacity of the partner)- attract new volunteers thanks to the enthusiasm and curiosity of the young participants prepared and supported in the project- develop partnerships with different authorities at the local, regional, national level within the communities (collaborations for other international and local projects)The impact of the project at local, national and international levels is becoming as significant and wide-ranging as we would have imagined as we have increased the visibility of the Erasmus+ program among the citizens of the city of Nabeul and started to build contacts with other institutions and professionals or with non-profit / governmental organizations.-we managed to create educational videos (which are also used as a dissemination tool) that will be used long after this project and by many people because they will be available for free online. The multiplier effect is considered one of the most important advantages of our mobility.
