This project, which has lasted 24 months, has counted with the participation of 76 participants in total (64 intermediate-level vocational training students and 12 teacher mobility), specifically:-50 students have made training in work centers (FCT) (16 were girls) in the countries of Italy, Malta, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.-14 Newly-Graduated students have done professional internships in Italy, Malta and Portugal, 5 of these students were girls.-12 teachers Mobility from the consortium's member centers in Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.Given the need to open the horizon of young people in the City of Cadiz to other possibilities, this project has contributed to generate professional, linguistic and personal competencies towards internationalization among the youngest, marking for most of them the first opportunity to develop what they learned outside of their city, knowing other ways to do and work.At the local level, the impact of this second mobility project that took place in the city of Cadiz, has exceeded all expectations regarding the participation of Vocational Educational Centers in a common project of internationalization of their students, as it can be seen in the increase of member educational centers of the current Consortium, which has more than double of those that were part of the first Project 2015, tripling also the number of mobility of students and Newly-Graduated students (of 23 in 2015, in this project have been managed 64). Similarly, this project has involved many benefits for the participants, bringing the experience of living in a foreign country, in a new environment and in an independent way, as well as acquiring new practical knowledge, which will serve them as professional experience that later, the labor market is going to demand to them. To highlight that through this project 1 student with special educational needs had the opportunity to make a mobility in Ireland, valuing the suitability of such mobility by the pedagogical team of the center and guaranteeing a tutoring in destination customized and adapted to the needs of this student. Other aspects to highlight are that 21% of participants have improved their language skills in English, Italian and Portuguese, 30% have found work at the end of mobility, and 20% of them have received some offer of Employment in the destination country.This project has a special relevance in order to consolidate the European internationalization plan that at municipal level is setting out in a shared way from the different educational agents of the vocational training and the local administration, reviewing the Following aspects:-Provides a solid and very participatory consortium, which is part of most Educational Vocational Training Centers in the municipality. The organization is formed by the Institute of Promotion, Employment and training of the city of Cadiz (IFEF), which acts as coordinator, and seven VET in the municipality of Cadiz that teach intermediate vocational training in the city and work as Entities for sending students and teachers to different mobility to European countries.-A large number of institutions and companies from 11 different countries are involved, working through networks that were launched with other European projects such as Leonardo Da Vinci. Specifically, it has worked with 64 direct host partners and 7 intermediary partners, remembering the collaboration with the counterpart centers of Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, Malta and France.-Represents a real opportunity for the improvement of the competencies of the students and the educational community."

Similarly, this project has involved many benefits for the participants, bringing the experience of living in a foreign country, in a new environment and in an independent way, as well as acquiring new practical knowledge, which will serve them as professional experience that later, the labor market is going to demand them. Other aspect to highlight is the language. Almost a 91% of participants have improved their foreign language skills in their mobility. The results in the second language assessment shows it, as a general rule a 51,43% improve their level. According to the languages, the best results have been in Italian with a 50%, English with a 28%, Portuguese with a 5% and French with an 8%.Likewise, to stand out the experience of mobility has served to improve their practical formation and their recognition in an European level of the all participants and in definitely, to improve their employability, what is extracted from the results obtained at the end of the mobility: a 24% of them has received a job offer in destination and a 16% has got a job on the way back of the mobility. Furthermore, they have more self-confident and in their abilities after to participate in this kind of activity, they are more tolerant of other people’s values and behaviors, as well as more independent to live or travel alone.On the other hand, this project has a special relevance in order to consolidate the European internationalization plan that at municipal level is setting out in a shared way from the different educational agents of the vocational training and the local administration, reviewing the Following aspects:-Provides a solid and very participatory consortium, which is part the totality of Educational Vocational Training Centers in the municipality. Guerra (RN), ENAIP Reggio Emilia, La Cremeria, ENAIP Parma, FormaFuturo, IAL Serramazzoni.TastER gave the opportunity to 195 young people (135 students and 60 newly graduated and newly qualified) to carry out a professional internship experience in the tourism, agricultural, hotel and catering sectors, in the following destinations: London (UK), Tralee (Ireland), Bordeaux (France), Lisbon and Braga (Portugal), La Coruña and Valencia (Spain), Leipzig (Germany), Prague (Czech Rep.), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Malta.The young participants (17-20 years), selected from the VET schools and training centres of the TastER Consortium, thus had the opportunity to improve their technical, linguistic and transversal skills, in a path of growth professional and staff full of challenges and satisfactions.Typical agro-food products and rural development represent a distinctive combination for the Emilia-Romagna Region, also a partner of the National Consortium, which, thanks to this project, has been able to enhance its great heritage of traditions and agro-food production excellence, focusing on the effective effects that TastER has been able to guarantee, in terms of protection and promotion of food and wine excellences, while promoting knowledge and affirmation of the typical specialties of the area, in order to increase their diffusion, appreciation and consumption.In this way, the project has contributed to meeting the competitiveness and internationalization needs of Emilia-Romagna companies in the sector, offering young participants useful tools to grow as individuals and enter the professional level, with better prospects and with a portfolio of experiences and clear, recognizable and legible validated competences in the contexts of education, training and work.TastER was in fact able to respond to the need to increase the quality of the individual members of the Consortium and mobility, facilitating the creation of an increasingly accessible European labour market and able to guarantee the recognition of the skills and qualifications owned."

With this project, the Emilia-Romagna Region and, in particular, the Provinces of Reggio Emilia, Parma and Modena could exploit the great heritage of agri-food production traditions and excellence in this area, focusing on the effective effects that TASTE IT has guaranteed in terms of protection and promotion of the Emilia food and wine excellences, at the same time favoring the knowledge and the affirmation of the typical specialties of the territory, in order to increase their diffusion, appreciation and consumption.In this way, the project has contributed to satisfying the competitiveness and internationalization needs of the Emilia companies in the sector, offering to young participants the tools to grow as individuals and to enter the world of work with better prospects and with a portfolio of experiences and validated skills, recognizable and legible in the contexts of education, training and work."

What is more students of Marinetime School in Darłowo developed social skills and worked on their strenghts and weaknesses. This allowed them to place themselves as good quality workers on the labour market. as a result of enrolment 60 students of Matinetime School in Darłowo along with 8 accompanying persons took part in 4 mobilities, gaining and practising knowledge and skills aimed in the project. The participation allowed the students to be more atractive for future employers. At the very first beggining of the project both beneficiary and host organization established an agreement specyfing the curriculum, cultural programme and ste the duties for both sides of partnership; created ECVET document for every student. School`s representatives visited the companies, where the internships were supposed to happen and checked the accomodation. The project group developed schedules and planned work for the project, created the regulations of enrolement (taking into consideration language test, interview, frequency, vocational training result, financial situation).In November 2016 and September 2017 Participants were chosen. For every group of participants was organised special training , allowing students to prepare to join the programme. It included language training, vocational training and cultural training. Therules and regulations of project`s participation were discussed and stdents gained infomation about mobilities (15 hours per participant). The language training was conducted via teachers of English and Proffesional English. The teachers (Dorota Jastrzębska, Monika Mazepa, Justyna Grońska) practised vocabulary crutial in working enviroment using different techniques of work. The curriculum was based on eeryday life situations, problematic situations and travel vocabulary. The training was prepared for every participant. For hotel students curriculum included housekeeping, restaurant and hotel service. Classes were performed by vocational teachers (Agnieszka Mickiewicz, Urszula Kozłowska) who were monitoring the internship and their effectiveness on daily basis. Logistics students took part in vocational classes which curriculum contained werhousing and procurrement. Geography teacher ( Beata Kałużna) prepared classes to inform participants about the culture, history and interesting geographical issues of Portugal. The trainees took part in vocational internship in hotel and logistic companies acros Portugal, visited Porto, Madrid, Lisbon and Fatima, and leaned abou the history and culture of Portugal due to cultural programme. Every participant has sent a report and recived cerificates according to project`s objectives. During the internship the project was being evaluated and controlled and all the problems were corrected along with our partner. The finishing meeting was organised to sum up te project, the aims we have managed to achieve. The project was widely promoted- we created special column on schools website and in social media, a series of articles has been publised in local media- ""dziennik Bałtycki"", Obserwator lokalny"", ""Głos Koszaliński"", "" Radio Koszalin"". We have printed a leaflet about the project, to spread the information even more openly. Thanks to the project we managed to improve the reults of vocational training, students became more creative and more self - confident, they managed to overcome speaking difficulties. We created more socialy and European aware students."
