"Project ""T4T of experiential learning"" is training co-organized by organizations from Czech republic, Slovakia, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, Netherlands and Germany active in the field experiential education. 24 participants will follow 6-day training on experiential learning in youth work. Group of participants will consist of teachers, lectors, instructors and other youth workers.The goal of this training is to build capacity of organizations and develop competences of participants in experiential education. Participants will learn about roles and competeneces of trainer, as well as about ones trainer`s style. They will practise work with group dynamics and analyze development of group in time. After the training, they will be able to choose suitable acitivity according to actual group phase. With help of dramaturgy, they will be able toto incorporate activities in longer programme with set learning goals.Methods used during the training include dramaturgy, review, supervision, work in small groups, participated learning, self directed learning, feedback and peer learning.This project will result in educational activities conducted in participating organizations using outcomes of this training.Common outcome of this project will be development of experiential learning method and implementation of the same methodology in all organizations."

"The training TRAINER AND EMPLOYABILITY aimed to use one's full potential as a trainer in a sustainable manner for the benefit of the society and oneself. In other words, the training supported participants' development in different areas as a trainer (person of a trainer, group process, programme dramaturgy) as well as his/her ability to find or create job opportunities as a trainer/youth worker. By this, the trainer will be able to finance his own living, while practicing and improving his/her skills and thus providing better services for his clients - the youth, schools, NGO's and others.There were 20 participants and 4 trainers in total, from Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Czech Republic, The Netherlands and Slovakia. These were people active in the field of youth work, willing to improve their trainership skills and create programmes and activities on their own, able to work in simple English.Activitieswere based on experiential learning methodology, that means all the theory involved was supported by experience and further applying of the new knowledge in practice. Because of this, we worked with short lectures, connected activities to practices, as well as outdoor and indoor group activities, personal learning plans, individual work and lecturres by invited experts. One of the most visible oucomes of the training are personal career portfolios that participants took home with them after the training. By the process of creating them, participants learnt to accept, appreciate and ""sell"" their skills and competences as trainers and thus, become more succesful on the labor market."

"NGO ""Pociūnėlių miestelio bendruomenė"" (Lithuania) and 5 partners from Armenia, Belorus, Georgia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and France united their forces together and with this mobility program wants to offer a training program „Reflective outdoors“ for youth workers. This trainings will be directed to the targeted reflection and discussion after a wide range of outdoor activities. Such an idea was born in seeing that work with young people not enough purposefully exploited outdoors in youth education activities.The main aim of youth workers mobility is to develop youth workers competencies which helps to facilitate evaluation/reflection after outdoor and nature activities.24 participants from 6 partner countries (4 participants from each country) will participate in this mobility program. Project partners were selected according to organization action format. One of the criteria was that the organization fulfills an active youth education activities. It was also important that the organization in its activities and work with young people used experiential methods in nature, which allows a better understanding of the relationship between people and nature, and through the unique experience in it, teaches us to conserve the surrounding environmentally, contribute to a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, and the broad-natural knowledge.This training mobility program is for youth workers who wants to improve their competencies needed to lead reflections after outdoors and nature activities. Training courses will be based on non-formal education methods, trainers will work with outdoor activities and reflection methods. Part of the planned training activities will take place under the principle of learning from experience. Active participation will be used not only as a tool, but also as an aspiration for each activity. During the training course, trainers will pay close attention to each person, all of the group and topic.During the training course, and after it is expected that the participants (youth workers) will learn, remember or will start to use more often reflection as a success tool of a personal or group development after the outdoor and nature activities. It is expected that this will become an integral part of the annex to the outdoor activities."

Todos los socios en el proyecto nos quejamos de una evidencia que vemos en nuestros centro, áreas, grupos , los jóvenes de hoy en día consumen mucho tiempo en los juegos de ordenador, televisión, internet y video. Estas actividades limitan en gran medida sus experiencias de aprendizaje.Esto no quiere decir que debamos limitar el cien por ciento el acceso a estas diversiones, pero tenemos que generar alternativas que son educativas y enriquecedoras. Gran opción para los jóvenes son las actividades al aire libre.Las actividades lúdicas que tienen lugar en el entorno natural (juegos de equipo, deportes, excursiones, talleres, deportes ...) son para los jóvenes una serie de actividades que pueden desarrollar sus habilidades para su desarrollo psicosocial.Las actividades al aire libre proporcionan una activación de los cinco sentidos: vista, oído, olfato, gusto y tacto. El medio ambiente urbano y las rutinas diarias nos impiden experiencias sensoriales variadas e interesantes para nuestro desarrollo.Pero a la vez necesitamos personas que puedan enseñar y mostrar estas cosas a los jóvenes.El curso de formación se realizó en Alicante del 15 al 22 de Septiembre de 2014, donde un grupo de 24 participantes de 8 países diferentes de europa (Lituania, España, Rumania, Turquia, Eslovaquia, República Checa, Chipre y Grecia) pudieron aprender e intercambiar experiencias. La formación estuvo dirigida a mejorar las competencias de formación de formadores, facilitadores y líderes de grupos sobre las actividades medioambientales y actividades al aire libre para poder motivar a los jóvenes con los que trabajan y adquirir competencias para proyectos o actividades medioambientales o al aire libre con jóvenes.El curso de formación estuvo basado en una educación no-formal centrada en el aprendiz de los participantes, poniendo las necesidades y capacidades de los participantes en el centro de la formación.Los participantes aprendierón actividades, juegos, talleres, dinámicas, roleplays, grandes juegos, deporte, para poder desarrollar con los jóvenes y diferentes herramientas para poder motivarlos hacer actividades al aire libre. Una amplia gama de medios de formación se aplicararon durante el curso de formación, como dramatizaciones, presentaciones, talleres, pequeños ejercicios interactivos, sesiones prácticas y videos.Todos los participantes en este proyecto se beneficiaron del proyecto. Trabajaron con otros participantes, formadores, trabajadores juveniles, monitores,ec.El proyecto tuvo un impacto en los participantes y el personal de la asociación de acogida.Creemos que mediante la participación con otros participantes y el apoyo de la organización de acogida y de los formadores obtuvieron habilidades reales y nuevas experiencias, mostrando así una buena comprensión de los problemas a los cuales después se enfrentan.Dentro del programa se realizó una sesión de proyecto futuros, por lo que la cooperación entre organizaciones en proximas convocatoria se aseguro, ya que salieron muy buenas ideas.Los resultados y materiales creados serviran para poder trabajar en las asociaciones socias con jovenes.
