We focus on new arrivals, but also people who have gone far beyond the labour market. These students were given the opportunity to succeed in a mission, gain the feeling that they are good enough and the most important of all they are worth investing in. Internship through Erasmus + can be a decisive merit and in some cases the only merit in their CV.Utbildning Nord has many vocational training programs and want to take advantage of the special expertise available in other European countries. With the help of our already established partners in Ireland, Italy, Malta and Poland and a new partners in Belgium, we have been able to organize relevant activities for students and staff. 16 VET students completed four weeks of workplace-based training/participated in training at school and 9 teachers/staff completed four days of shadowing/observation at schools/companies.Activity for staffIn Belgium, there were opportunities for staff to see how vocational training for adults is arranged and three teachers (CNC, electrician and vehicle) conducted shadowing at the Emmaüsinstituut @ 2 school in Aalter, Belgium. In addition to shadowing at school, they participated in cultural activities and visited companies in their professions.To gain insight into how vocational training is organized in Italy and gain knowledge of Italian construction technology, two teachers conducted shading / observations at schools and companies in Bergamo, Italy. They participated in cultural events and visited companies for possible future internships.To study the digital methods and techniques available and used in schools and companies, one vocational teacher and three other staff participated in shading / observations in Cork, Ireland. They participated in cultural activities and visited companies for possible internships.Activities for seven staff, planned for spring 2020 in Poland, Ireland and the Netherlands could not be carried out due to the pandemic.Activity for studentsThrough the project, one refrigeration fitter student was able to practice his knowledge in refrigeration technology at a company in Aalter, Belgium. One student in vehicle training, was able to practice his skills in vehicle repair by participating in training at St. John's Central College in Cork, Ireland. One cooking student did his internship in Valetta, Malta and four in Bergamo, Italy. In both countries, students gained insight into the country's food culture, learned new methods and how to cook dishes specific to the country. One plumbing student practiced in Bergamo, Italy and two students in flooring in Valetta, Malta. They received training in the country's working methods and techniques as well as insight into the work culture. Students were trained to use their professional skills in a new context and to communicate in another language.Five students in IT technology gained increased skills in systems administration and programming and one carpentry student gained broader knowledge in wood technology by participating in training at St. John's Central College in Cork, Ireland. They also learned about Irish culture and the Irish language.Activities for 14 students, planned for spring 2020, in Belgium, Italy and Poland could not be carried out due to the pandemic.The project expanded the international network with new partners and new companies. Students trained their abilities in a new context and improved employability through international experience. All participants increased their ability to communicate in English and gained better knowledge of the recipient countries' languages, culture and working methods."

ECVET and EUROPASS - To Improve in the participants intercultural awareness of active international citizenship, responding to social, linguistic and cultural diversity - To Improve the attractiveness of VET to be selected as the first option by students and families as well as the prestige of the educational VET schools of the consortium The project gave the opportunity to 42 VET Teachers of Administration, IT and Hospitality; and ran for 15 months ( from July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019) to allow 31 to do teaching or jobshadowing in European VET schools and 11 to do internships in European companies. The insterships were made in different flows: four to Italy, one to Latvia, one to Croatia, two to Romania, one to Belgium, one to Poland and one to the United Kingdom. The partners of the national consortium were 16 public institutes of vocational training. The international consortium consisted of public European VET schools, companies, European network of vocational training. With some of VET schools, reciprocity was established. The main activities that were carried by all partners were: -Preparation of the mobility: selection of participants, initial evaluation of their competences, previous training of the participants, logistical and contractual aspects, coordination ... -Trainsership in companies or VET schools -Monitoring: The evolution of the participants was monitored through the means established in the project. -Evaluation of the participants. The competences acquired during the project were certified with Europass, a company certificate and a certificate from the regional Ministry of Education. -Evaluation of the project in a quantitative and qualitative way -Dissemination. It was carried out during all the project by all partners In addition to the impact on the participants, the project has had impact on the partner organizations fostering European cooperation between companies and VET schools and has created an impact at local, regional and national level to other institutions that, although they have not participated in the project , have been benefited from the results. As a result of the participation of the VET teachers in the project, the educational community has been benefited from the knowledge that the VET teachers acquire, the communication and collaboration among the VET schools of the consortium , companies and the Teachers' Association. It has allowed us to establish a long-term internationalization strategy that has improved the quality of teaching tailored to the Industry 4.0 and the priorities of the ET2020 and the Eramsmus + program, and it is in line with the 20 principles of the European pillar of social rights and the employment and education strategies defined by the Spanish goverment to promote growth, job creation and social cohesion.

That is why the apprenticeship, which stems from the same values is an answer to the needs for the sector in terms of human resources.European mobilities enable to optimize the training of the young, future business managers, but also the actors of the apprenticeship, but improve (construction bizarre) the European visibility of the Auvergne- Rhône Alpes territory which is enclosed too. The CRMA which represents trades of the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes Region, is answering to the call of projects “Erasmus+” regarding mobility grants in favour of apprentices holders of a V and IV level diploma, of trainers and companies training masters for all the Auvergne- Rhône Alpes area and in dialogue with all partners.The consortium constituted during the application process and composed of training centers, CMA and other partners has allowed the achievement of:- 50 grants for apprentices in the process of training of short duration- 17grants for guides (trainers in training center)- 6 grants for post graduated from 1 month to 8 months.- 6 grants for staff training abroad for à duration of 5 to 6 days,- 1 grant for managers for à duration of 5 daysIndeed, such an approach is supported by the members of its consortium and the Regional Council of Auvergne Rhône Alpes and APCMAAll the members of this group are eager to set up a unique and coherent action in favour of European mobility in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes area (for apprentices, trainers/training masters and young graduated).In this organization each member will have a part to play : The CRMA : Applies for mobility grants, manages the project (financially and administratively), conducts the regional platform, look for European partners, cofinancings, …The CFA (training centres) : heighten apprentices awareness and prepare people’s minds (families and companies), write and negociate educational contents with European partners, manage logistics, welcome partners, follow and assess apprentices course …The other partners like the Regional Council of Auvergne Rhône Alpes : set up visits of contact to find partners, share its expert evaluation of courses, specific educational contents, help in financing projects …There are several aims in this project - Increase the number of mobility grants beneficiaries ,- Improve the employability of the apprentices and the young graduates,- Acquire techniques and know how to make,- Increase their knowledge of a country language and culture,- Know the systems of training and educational methods or of management, in particular for trainers and/or masters of companies.As for the final results, they are also numerous and of different kinds : For the public beneficiaries as apprentices our post-graduated, the goal is to : - Follow their studies,- Improve the results of exams,- Integrate the European company of welcome as a salary,- Be quickly hired by the training company, As far as the sending companies are concerned the aim is to : - Develop the courses of mobility for their apprentices and for themselves, - Participate more actively in mobility projects of CFA (vocational training centers),- Accept longer mobilities for their apprentices.As for the CFA (vocational training center) : - Set up more mobility projects,- Attract more young people in their establishment.As for the CRMA (Chamber of trades Auvergne -Rhône Alpes) : - Lead and coordinate the project in its entirety by assuming its mutualization,- Welcome more partners in the regional platform and in particular the National Education Vocational Training Centre,Finally, when it comes to the territory, the purpose is to be recognized as an active and voluntarist territory regarding European mobility.Such a project that gathers all the partners dealing with apprenticeship will enable to highlight the sector of work study programs which make sure that 8 apprentices out of 10 will find a jobThe health crisis has a serious impact on the progress of the program and thus many mobility projects have not been able to achieve.

The Confederation of Craftsmen of Bergamo is the Hosting Organization of the Mobility represents also the businesses of the bakery sector). The action consists of 1 FLOW lasting 1 WEEK (4-10/11/2018). PARTICIPANTS are trainers/members of the Trade Union, professional bakers who, due to their knowledge and experience, they are also engaged as trainers in seminars and workshops implemented by the Trade Union, as well as in the training of the personnel of the business they work in. Also, experienced trainers engaged in training seminars of the Trade Union will participate in the Mobility. In conclusion all participants are trainers of the Trade Union. Among the main goals of the Trade Union is the development of the sector's businesses through collective promotion actions and the technical and business training of its members. Bakery has changed in recent years. Mass production, frozen yeasts, introduction of new technologies at any stage of cooking, new materials that take into account healthy eating habits. In Greece, crafts bread is considered by both consumers and the state as an essential good while it continuous to be strongly associated with our culture. As concerns to the bakery, the trend so in Greece as well as in Europe is towards organic bakery wares, products for specific purposes (e.g. breakfast), bread made of flour from stone mills, bread made of ancient types of flour or oats, breads specifically for gluten-tolerant breads and low glycemic index breads. This means that professionals in the sector need to be prepared to adapt to these trends and to create a link between bread and health. All above generate specific educational needs for the members of the Trade Union: -familiarisation with modern trends and with technological developments -knowledge and skills on needs analysis and training of adults -getting acquainted with new products & raw materials -Linking quality to health and hygiene, HACCP -systematization/organization of the information and training that the members of the Trade Union need in relation to the objectives, the agenda & the methodologies. The objectives of the project are: -getting acquainted & familiarisation with modern trends and with technological developments -knowledge and skills on needs analysis and training of adults -getting acquainted with new products & raw materials -Linking quality to health and hygiene, HACCP -systematization/organization of the information and training that the members of the Trade Union need in relation to the objectives, the agenda & the methodologies -networking with EU actors, creating synergies and co-operation in the implementation of joint projects. That is why apprenticeship, is an answer to the needs for the sector in terms of resources human beings.The European mobility allows to optimize the training of the young apprentices, also future leaders of companies, and actors of the learning. The European mobility allows to improve the European visibility of the territory from Auvergne which is enclosed.The CRMAA, which represents the sector of craft jobs at the regional level, decided to answer the call for projects « Erasmus ». This project represents Scholarships mobility for the young apprentices ( Level V and IV) and graduates, ( Level V,IV and III), for the trainers and the apprentice masters in a company for the whole territory from Auvergne and this in according with all the partners.The project allowed the realization of 68 scholarships of mobility.- 47 during the training period- 9 scholarships from 2months to 12 months abroad for post graduate- 11 scholarships for trainers and one attendant.It is, indeed, sustained in its step by interprofessional, buildingship and agricultural training centres of the 4 Auvergne departments, as well as the Regional Council of Auvergne and APCMA.The common will of all these partners is to set up an action in favour of a unique, coherent and not competitive on Auvergne area, European mobility (of apprentices, trainers/training masters and young graduated).The objectives of the project were reached :- Increase the number of beneficiaries of scholarships of mobility (30 departures a year before 2014),- Improve the employability of the apprentices and the young graduates,- Acquire techniques and knowledges,- Deepen the knowledge of a language, a culture, a country,- Adapt itself to different work environments,- Discover other systems of training, educational methods or management different for the trainers and masters of apprenticeship.The obtained results are satisfactory.- For beneficiaries, apprentices and post graduates they can :-improve their autonomy and self-confidence, - having reduced their fear of the unknown, many apprentices have never traveled abroad, - have enriched intellectually fasting by the discovery of a European territory and its inhabitants and develop his curiosity,.- Continues their studies,- Improve the results at the exam,- Integrate the host company as employee,- Have a better employability on the French labour market. For the Training Center :- Set up more numerous projects of mobility,- Improve Educational methods,-develop tools already used for mobility European and creation for the CFA of a database to reduce the preparation time for the next stays - communicate experiences to other apprentices to promote other projects - strengthening partnerships between CFA, companies and vocational at the European level, - federate the teaching around an innovative project team to strengthen links with apprentices and companies.For the CRMAA- Drive and coordinate the project in its entirety by accepting its mutualization,- Welcome more partners within the regional platform in particular the Training Centers of apprentices of the French National Education Recognize the territory as being an active, voluntarist territory regarding European mobility.The project of the consortium and its functioning made envious persons.Indeed, establishments of traditional trainings, (no apprenticeship), unfortunate candidates, for the call for projects of 2014 were widely inspired by our consortium for their candidacy) for the period 2015/2016.
