T o add values to Erasmus+'s innovation and creativeness, and youngster will gain new methods for their youth projects.Psychodrama aims to help people to realize how creative and spontaneous they can be, and let them to serve their own purposes of life. That`s the reason why we will use psychodrama in our project as a main tool. We had aim to develop the youth`s creativeness and try to give them a reason to explore their own life.Psychodrama composes of three steps and each of them was needed to be included in any educational system of the nations and each should be understood correctly and well-internalized. These steps include warm-up, game and sharing. Every of the steps has its own points in itself. Game part cannot be fully designed without warm-up part and any group can have different types of motivation to be warmed-up. In that case, we might use different types of practices in non-formal education. Game part was a kind of discovery part; in this part the decision process should be slow, carefully-designed and delicate. Psychodrama was not a parrot fashion system, nor it is stereotypical. It is a regulation in which you need to think, create, understand, empathize and move.Psychodrama enables individuals to recognize each other, to accept their differences by internalizing, to notice their prejudices, and finally by getting rid of these prejudices to develop their concept of tolerance. To understand intercultural learning better and wider perspective, we used Psychodrama. Participants were also be able to distinguish between the cultural differences and cultural similarities on youth field to develop the fact of tolerance and respect for the differences. After this project, participants had a change to develop intercultural competence in youth work carried out to be able to work more efficiently.
