In fact, it becomes an unmet need of the population which increasingly requires the use of the necessary language skills in order to do their job, for which we consider the ERASMUS + program more than effective, raising the question to the category of ""CORE VALUE "", hence the name ""ERASMUSCORES"".Specifically, the project has been coordinated by the office of Carmona Alcores Development (consortium coordinator), since it is in this town where the headquarters of the Institutes with professional training certificate cycles, are capable of granting professional certificates to students once they attend the appropriate training cycles, are located. Specifically, the Institutes participating in the project are: IES Arrabal and IES Maese Rodrigo. Another partner organisation of the Consortium was the Local Autonomous Municipal Centre Organisation of Comprehensive Training of the town of Carmona, which awards professional certificates for Training Courses by the official approval of the Town Council of Andalusia which awards certificates for the training which it gives: Public Health service to people dependent on social institutions and Public Health service to people living at home, as well the Tourism Module of the Employment Workshop. Unfortunately, none of the students were interested in participating in the programme. Taking into account the sending partners who sent students abroad to do an internship, the project areas have been as follows: Kitchen and Gastronomy, Restoration services, administrative management and machining. ERASMUSCORES has been aimed at 22 young people between 20 and 42 years old who were attending any of the training programs offered by these training centres. These 22 young people have had the opportunity to have a 3 -9 month long mobility experience (depending of the flow) in quality companies in one of the countries selected (Ireland, Italy and Portugal). This has not only been a professional experience, but it has been a life experience which enables young people to develop competencies and new social skills. To support the project consortium in the organization and monitoring of placements in the destination countries, Fomento has collaborated with intermediary members, who have extensive experience in working with these types of participants: EUROYOUTH, Lisbon (Portugal) , PARTNERSHIP INTERNATIONAL, Cork (Ireland) and AEF, Florence (Italy). Furthermore, both the coordinator (Fomento) and the OAL have made available to the participants the industrial estates which are located in Carmona, El Viso del Alcor and Mairena del Alcor: the Pilero Industrial Park and Industrial Estate Brenes and Logistics Park in Carmona, Poliviso and Santa Isabel in the second municipality and Gandúl and Trocha in Mairena del Alcor.ERASMUSCORES has used a comprehensive method of monitoring all activities of the project in all its phases through follow up emails and phone calls, and has evaluated all interested parties by means of questionnaires and formal and informal evaluative meetings."

As to the overall objective of the project has been, above all, to promote the employability of young people in Carmona and allow higher labor integration through the region thanks to an improvement in their professional qualifications through labor, social and cultural experience. To achieve this fundamental objective, the consortium established a number of specific objectives, which were:- To achieve a specialization of the participants based on their training and work experience through quality companies directly related to their professional profiles.- To improve language skills in a second European language.- To answer the labor demand of the industries served.- To encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment.- To create synergies between public and private actors in the municipalities for the promotion of youth employment and training of quality.- To promote equal opportunities for young people in rural and urban areas, between men and women and between immigrants who perform work in conditions little respecting human dignity.ERASMUSCORES II sectors have been therefore those that dealt with professional families of cycles taught at various institutions of the consortium:- Machinery, Administrative Management, Training facilities Electrotechnical equipment, Cooking and Gastronomy and Catering, among others.ERASMUSCORES was aimed at 19 young people (unfortunately a grant was nor finally covered) between 18 and 30 years old who were attending any of the training programs offered by these training centers. These 19 young people had the opportunity to have a 3 month long mobility experience in quality companies in one of the countries selected (Italy, Ireland, France and Portugal). There was established two different flows: September 2016 and February 2017. This has not only been a professional experience, but also it has been a life experience which enabled young people to develop competencies and new social skills. To support the project consortium in the organization and monitoring of placements in the destination countries, Fomento has collaborated with intermediary members, who had extensive experience in working with these types of participants: EUROYOUTH, Lisbon (Portugal) , PARTNERSHIP INTERNATIONAL, Cork (Ireland), AEF, Florence (Italy), and CAP ULYSSE, Burdeos (Francia). Besides the intermediary partners, ERASMUSCORES II counted also on host companies where participants could make their practices. These partners provided the internship to young people and offered them a training program tailored to their profile and career prospects. Besides they certified this experience through the europass and company certificate."

The town council of Guadalajara, aware of the importance of young people in the life and future of the city, stated the necessity of concentrating its efforts on them. It’s for that reason that the town council believed it indispensable to offer young people quality training which was complemented with a training stay in another country in the EU. It provided them with the necessary competencies and abilities for their personal enrichment and professional future. With this premise, the town council of Guadalajara, set-up a consortium with 3 Educative Institutions from the city so that they unified efforts in favour of the young people from the local area and worked together on this project in a collaborative way. These institutions have been: IES José Luis Sampedro, IES Buero Vallejo and IES Aguas Vivas. The Consortium created offered 19 young people between the ages of 17 and 35 years old, the possibility of undertaking a training period of 90 days in a hosting organisation in an EU country. The participants were recently qualified. All the participants undertook a linguistic training course at the destination lasting one week during the first days of the stay simultaneously with the internship. The stays have been between January and April 2016.GUADALAJARA EN EUROPA+ had the support of international organisations which helped us in the monitoring and management of the training in each one of the country’s involved in the project: United Kingdom (Belfast), Ireland (Cork), Italy (Padua and Florence) and Austria (Vienna). The main activities carried out have been:- Publicity campaign for the project- Receiving of applications- Process of selection of candidates- Preparatory meetings, linguistic training during the first week of the stay simultaneously with the practical training- January – April 2016: Period of training stays. The duration was 90 days of practical training and two trip days- Welcome reception upon the return of participants- Analysis of the evaluations of the program - Delivery of the final reportThe members of the GUADALARA EN EUROPA+ consortium have worked together. They have stayed in telephone contact and through email and they have met-up regularly in order to study the course of the project, providing solutions to possible problems and be able to apply corrective actions when it was necessary. The sending and receiving organisations have worked together in producing some of the training programs adapted to each participant. The intermediary and receiving organisations have monitored and evaluated the participants and have ensured the compliance with all of the established agreements. There has been constant contact between the International organisations and the coordinator of the project. The evaluation of the stays have included the questionnaires sent to the participants by email, the evaluations of the participants on the part of the international organisations, as well as the intern’s evaluations of the participating organisations. The impact on the participants is related to the improvement in TIC´s and linguistic knowledge, better professionalism, better social skills and cultural knowledge, etc. Additionally, in the participating organisations the impact has been positive due to the enrichment which it provides to work with European organisations, being able to learn new methods from them which they will be able to apply to their own organisations. Some of the long-term benefits will be: greater quality of the educative system, development of the entrepreneurial culture, innovation in the different sectors, development of new technologies, increase in the awareness of European citizenship etc.

For that reason, the main objective of this project is to encourage the labour insertion of the participants in this project. The project has been developed by a Consortium of partners lead by Almendralejo Town Hall together with 3 Vocational Centers which have acted as Sending Organisations to this project. These are: ES Carolina Coronado, IES Santiago Apóstol e IES Arroyo Harnina. After a Selection Process which was transparent and open to the public, the Project allowed that 35 participants (17 women and 18 men) – aged 18-43- completed a qualifying training period in Eurpean companies form different countries including Italy and Portugal. The profiles of the participants were: Auxiliary Nursery Care, Business Administration, Animation of Physical and Sport activities in natural environment, Proficiency certificate (2nd level) and Oxy-gas welding and and mig-mag welding, Basic laboratory Operations; Mechanics, Telecommunication Installation; Proficiency certificate (3rd level) on Information and Visitors Care (tourism). By implementing this Project, we have coped with the following needs:- Acquiring the knowledge, (theoretical and practical) that actual market demands and that are needed for developing their professional tasks in different countries of the EU: - Obtaining the Europass Mobility certification by the validation and recognition of the competences that participants have acquired during the training period. - Possibility to complete a variety of activities regarding both, content and difficulty, during the training period, enabling the participants to develop the skills and competences inherent to their professional profiles and obtaining the certification for those that have completed the compulsory training modules that correspond to their studies. - Developing language skills by improving Portuguese and Italian, which will increase their competitiveness when developing their professional careers. - Those students with less economic resources have received financial support so that they have been able to complete the programs, and have improved their competences minimizing at the same time the gap of opportunities with other students with more resources- Acquisition of values such as respect, tolerance and intercultural appreciation. - Students have grown up, especially those Youngers who hadn´t lived away from their background before. They have acquired greater autonomy and have learnt to overcome situations (like problems of coexistence) and to sort problems out. - Personal training, they have realized that they are able to face other realities, know other cultures and insert themselves into them. The activities that have been done were: - Preparatory phase: (Oct 15 - August 16). Draft of the proposal, Signature of the Agreement, Activity Plan. - Publishing and Dissemination of the Proposal, Selection of the Participants for each of the destination countries. - Formative sessions and informative meetings prior to each departure- Organization of the documentation according to the different flows- Mobilities: 5 different flows: Jan-Apr 17 / Mar-Jun 17 / Jul-Sept 17 / Oct-Dec 17 / Jan-Apr 18 / Apr-Jun 18. Monitoring and evaluation for each flow-Evaluation and dissemination (17- Oct 18). Throughout the project, as well as the dissemination phase. The results and impacts achieved have been:For students: Acquisition of new skills at professional and linguistic level as well as and other transversal competences such as personal development, maturity, independence, etc., acquisition of a more versatile professional profile, knowledge and use of the different applications of new technologies in the environment in which they perform their work experience, knowledge of the productive and organizational system of their sector, realisation of a quality training period that will allow them to be competitive, obtaining the EUROPASS, obtaining the corresponding vocational school degree, being differentiated when they try to enter the labour market. For the consortium: Expansion of the European work network. The Town Hall is very focused on the management of all types of European projects, because this is increasing the interest of our citizens in Europe. In the long term, the revitalization of mobility among our students will promote a new spirit and interest in training education, since they will see new training opportunities for employment, they will see the benefits that the training program has meant for those who have already participated. School absenteeism rates will be reduced too.
