They find it hard to be motivated and to find connections and starting points. The find the term development education confusing and difficult to connect with.- We believe that creative processes can support the practice of youth workers.- Youth workers are often intimated and lack confidence in facilitating creative methods as they are not confident in their own creativity. Evaluation of programme delivered in collaboration between the Creativity and change programme and CIT CCAD have demonstrated an evidenced that by creating a space for youth workers to engage with the creativity and having hands on experience with creative methods significantly impacts on their confidence and motivation to work more creatively with young people- An intercultural learning setting prioritising the voice of young people is a useful place to explore the key questions around young global citizenship.Partners have all identified motivation of youth workers and young leaders to use creative methods and motivation to engage themes around global justice and global citizenship and have identified the training needs that were addressed by the project. The objectives above all contribute to the personal and professional development and employability of participants as they build skills useful in the work place.

It took place in Cork, Ireland over 6 days from Jan 3rd -10th, 2015We used creative processes to explore how they can be effective in building empathy and connectivity.
