The project Jóvenes de Almendralejo is the result of our concern for the difficult working situation of our youngsters, either students and recent graduates, which is increased by the lack of businesses in our town. For that reason, the main objective of this project is to encourage the labour insertion of the participants in this project. The project has been developed by a Consortium of partners lead by Almendralejo Town Hall together with 3 Vocational Centers which have acted as Sending Organisations to this project. These are: ES Carolina Coronado, IES Santiago Apóstol e IES Arroyo Harnina. "The consortium coordinated by CRIF ""Las Acacias"" (Madrid Regional Centre for Innovation and Teacher Training) presents the project ""Vocational Training in the European Labor Space. Third Edition"", together with eight Vocational Training Schools of public ownership from the Community of Madrid. All of them teach officially credited vocational education and training (EFP). The beneficiaries of the training mobilities will be 22 teachers who develop their teaching work in these vocational education centres or in CRIF ""Las Acacias"".The positive impact of previous editions has resulted in the incorporation of three new interested VET schools to the consortium. Those who had already participated expand their desire for European cooperation to new professional families or new participants. The objectives include the desire to internationalize VET schools and the scientific, technological and cultural updating based on the demands of European companies in order to adapt the teaching activity for a better and greater employability of the students of VET.For this reason, the proposed host partners are referrals and specialists in the productive sector related to the VET studies of each teacher and will provide the necessary training through participation in their work environment. The experience and practices developed during mobilities will be reflected tangibly and effectively in the classroom.List of planned mobilities:- School____________________ VET Studies________________________________ Host Countries_______ Number of Teachers:- CRIF ""Las Acacias"" Informatics Germany 1- IES Julio Verne Informatics Slovenia 2- IES Humanejos Transport and Vehicle Maintenance Germany 2- IES Moratalaz Health Care France 1- IES Moratalaz Health Care Italy 1- IES Juan de la Cierva Mechanical Manufacturing Sweden 3- IES Islas Filipinas Graphic Arts Germany 2- IES Felipe Trigo Electronics Germany 3- IES Felipe Trigo Transport and Vehicle Maintenance Italy 2- IES El Lago Administration and Management France 4- IES Narcís Monturiol Electronics Italy 1The dissemination of didactic materials resulting from the training mobilities will be available to other teachers through the Virtual Library of FP: ""http://aulavirtual2.educa.madrid.org/course/ View.php? The activities of the Consortium will also be disseminated through the digital media of each participating VET school."

"As a follow up of the first edition, the Regional Centre for Innovation and training ""Las Acacias”,, hereinafter CRIF “ Las Acacias, proposed public schools of the Madrid region , which offer credited courses in Vocational Training, VET, the participation in this second edition of our project. The main objective of the project still remained creating opportunities that improve cooperation between companies and Vocational Training schools in Europe . Mobilities have allowed teachers to come into contact with the actual working environment of their sector. Beneficiary teachers have been integrated into different companies and have been performing tasks that go beyond “job shadowing”. We have had 6 schools and 22 mobilities carried out within the project In this edition the following professional families have been covered:Hotel Management and Tourism (10 teachers, with the participation of all the specialties of the sector) Mechanical Manufacturing (3 teachers, with two spezializations covered); Electronics (2 teachers covering two of the four different spezializations); Health Care (4 teachers, covering three of the four spezializations); Food Industries (2 teachers participating from the two spezializations of the sector) Marketing and Commerce ( 1 teacher covering one of the two spezializations) of the sector)The activities carried out by the beneficiary teachers have been, given their professional profiles most varied. For example: Hotel Management and Tourism teachers participated in the supervision of rooms cleaning and carried out tasks at the reception as well; The first day Mechanical Manufacturing teachers were given the necessary safety clothing allowing them to collaborate, for example, in the assembling of equipment for the Plasma Transferred Arc Line.Teachers of Electronics have had the opportunity of studying the machining and automation processes for the preparation and final packaging of the product.Health Care teachers have worked on the use of autoanalyzers, for example the Qwalys 3, for the rapid typing of blood groups.Teachers of the Food Industries sector have analyzed the complete process ranging from extraction of raw material (cork) to obtain the finished product (packaging lids). The Marketing and Commerce teacher has participated performing tasks in the customer service and in storing products processes. All mobilities have been very well appreciated by the participants, which showed real enthusiasm almost in the 100% of cases. Teachers valued very positively the possibility of strengthening ties with the host company. They stand out, in addition, that they have got new contacts in the majority of cases. From these contacts, the possibility of sending students to perform the training module in the workplace has come up . This has been significant in the case of one of the teachers of IES Moratalaz, who signed a new agreement during their mobility so that the host company will receive its health students in the coming course. This aspect is really remarkable because it increases the chances of employability of students, one of the objectives of this project in the long run.Another important impact of the project involves the improvement of the daily teaching practice with the updating of the contents of the modules. As an example the case of Amorin & Irmãos , the host partner for IES “Escuela de la Vid” should be noted: they have offered to carry out a practical lesson in the very same IES on the special ""helix"" method for bottling of wines (white and rosé). The material provided within this mobility, such as videos, has already been used by the school during this course. We also highlight the participation in this edition of members of the school management team among them: several heads of studies (IES Escuela del vino, IES Moratalaz, IES Juan de la Cierva) and the headmaster of the IES Jules Verne. We value this participation very positively since the conviction of the school management teams is essential for the motivation of teachers. Moreover, if they have a positive experience they will probably foster the participation of the staff in European projects. As far as dissemination we travelled to the community of Castilla - La Mancha wher we visited the authorities in charge of teacher training and the school IES” Universidad laboral” (the most important VT school in this community) both in Toledo. Teachers and mamagement team were really interested in our consortium project and are evaluating to carry out their own perform their own in order to encourage their staff to participate more actively in the Erasmus+projects. We have put at their disposal all the documents and resources we have in this regard, and showed our willingness to answer any questions they may have."
