The programme, promoted by the Foundation, has been suitable to contribute to the socio-economic development of the city by improving the employability of young people who have participated, helping to alleviate the high rate of youth unemployment, little or no work experience, the limited knowledge and use of a second language, the low level of self-employment, the scarcity of knowledge and use of ICT, the lack of social, intercultural and cross-cutting skills and the lack of maturity so observed in most of the students members in the target group of this type of programs. The general objective of the program has been to promote the employment of 20 young people through work placements in companies in Europe (Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Austria) as integrating this practical training in their vocational training degree. Among the specific objectives, we highlight:- development of training placements for 20 VET students from Valencia educational centers, - improve the language skills of the participants,- improve a range of key skills through work experience in a foreign country: maturity, skills, social, communication, adaptability and flexibility to change, autonomy, trust, confidence, initiative and innovation, among others,- complete the training pathway of the participants with a labor guidance provided by employment technicians of the Foundation,- promote entrepreneurship in the city of Valencia in professional sectors covered by the Project. These objectives have been fulfilled in most cases and we have seen how the interest in acquiring language skills and having the possibility to carry out training practices abroad has increased, opening the perspectives of the students and their schools towards Europe. The profile of the 20 participants that have participants in this programme, has been:- young people of the second year of the VET courses of Escuela Profesional Xavier, IES Gonzalo Anaya y Centro Comenius,- young people belonging to the following professional sectors studied in the schools of the Consortium: of commercial activities, telecommunications installations, video DJ and sound, maintenance installations and administrative management,- young people aged between 18 and 22 years old. In addition to the specific technical-professional competences of the mentioned sectors, the participants have acquired a series of transversal competences related to the following areas:- Improvement of social and communication skills- Improvement of intercultural skills- Increase of autonomy, confidence, flexibility, adaptability and reaction- Increase of motivation towards entrepreneurship- Improvement of language skillsIn the hosting countries, we counted on with the support of intermediary organizations that helped the Foundation in terms of logistics and practical matters and in what refers to the follow-up of the participants during their stays:.-Accademia Europea di Firenze, in Florence Florencia (Italy)-Xena, in Padua (Italy)-Euroyouth, in Lisbon (Portugal)-Partnership International, in Tralee (Ireland) and-Amadeus, in Viena (Austria)As regards as the evaluation of the training programme, a series of tools have been used that have allowed us to evaluate the degree of achievement of the objectives set initially:-evaluation on the linguistic preparation in Lisbon by the participants and by the teacher of the school,-evaluation on the placement in the company through different questionnaires by the participant and an evaluative report of the supervisor of each company,-evaluation on the stay programme through the Mobility Tool + online tool completed by the participants at the end of their stays.Taking into account the good results achieved with the mobilities, in general, by the students, the impact at local and provincial level is highly positive.

Due to the interest shown by several Educational Centers, a Consortium was formed, in which ONECO was the applying entity, and the Schools were the sending organizations. The Association was finally made up by ONECO, Secondary Schools Alcaria, Miguel de Mañara, Miguel de, Cervantes, Gerena and Vistazul and the Authorized Center for Sports Education, Carlos Espigares. All SeVET sending partners were in agreement of the importance of the internationalization of their education and of the realization of internships which could increase the value of their School’s theoretical training. For this purpose a work group was created, composed of by one tutor from each school and the programme coordinator in ONECO, as beneficiary institution.SeVET participants had to be young students from Seville Province, aged between 18 and 35 years old, studying their last year, counting on these internships abroad as part of their VET module, or recent graduates who had obtained their degree within the 12 months prior to the last days of the mobility. Preference was given to those candidates who didn't have previous experience in their professional sector. The professional sectors included in the proposal were:- Administration- Aesthetic- Horse riding- Trade- Microcomputer systems and networksThe number of scholarships awarded, 7, was much lower than requested, so, after a meeting with the members of the Consortium, it was decided that, taking into account the profiles of the participants, all the candidates would be send to the same destination: Portugal, and the grants would be distributed, by Schools, in the following way:- IES Alcaria - 2 internships- C.A.E.D Carlos Espigares - 2 internships- I.E.S. Miguel de Mañara - 1 internship- I.E.S. Miguel de Cervantes - 1 internship- IES Gerena - 1 internshipI.E.S. Vistazul, considering the low number of grants approved, in favour of other members of the Consortium, resigned to send students with the SeVET programme, since they had other similar scholarships provided by a local public entity.7 selected participants were able to enjoy an initiation course in Portuguese and 83 days of internships in host organizations in their respective professional areas. As a result of the wonderful experience for all parties involved in this project, schools involved in SeVET have participated in successive Erasmus + mobility KA102 calls, something that seems to ensure the internationalization of the institutions of the Consortium.

They have acquired greater autonomy and have learnt to overcome situations (like problems of coexistence) and to sort problems out. - Personal training, they have realized that they are able to face other realities, know other cultures and insert themselves into them. The activities that have been done were: - Preparatory phase: (Oct 15 - August 16).
