The main program activity was held from 23.09.2017. to 01.10.2017 in the town of Solin, near city of Split. The aim of the project was to make young people aware of the importance of inclusion, helping the needy, mutual respect, acceptance of diversity, common coexistence and respect for human rights in order to reduce the ever-present alienation and distance among the young. Promotion and implementation of sports activities, creative workshops and informal education as tools that connect young people regardless of their barriers and differences have helped us achieve our goals. Additionally, the participants became promoters of European action, expanded their cultural knowledge and experience. Self-evaluation processes during the project helped in the personal development of the participants, their awareness, expansion and inclusion of people with developmental difficulties in their daily lives. Work in international teams has achieved additional cohesion between the participants and encouraged the development of feelings of communion and inclusion. The accommodation was organized in hostel Jadro in Solin. Almost all the workshops were carried out in the open to promote a more active lifestyle (spending time outdoors) within the local community (Solin, Mimice, Split). City of Solin, Radio Split, Association Zvono and Association Moje dijete supported the project from the very beginning. The project enriched 31 participants with new experience in creative and sports workshops, informal methods of working with children with disabilities, team activities and, moreover, new and more inclusive perspectives. Interactive workshops have worked on participants by developing skills such as taking the initiative, critical thinking, solving problems, and adopting a positive attitude toward the environment. Through the audio-visual workshops, there was a significant positive impact on the digital, language and cultural competences of the participants.By conducting workshops in cooperation with NGOs Moje dijete and Zvono in Solin and Mimice, the program implemented additional activities in the local community, opening doors to local residents for inclusion in workshops and getting acquainted with project goals, workshops and progress achieved.Young people, shortly after the end of the project, acted affirmatively on others in their local community, actively spreading their knowledge and involving people with disabilities in their daily lives. Using the tools newly adopted, young people have promoted the project results in their daily lives and so spread positive empathy, inclusion and development of tolerance. At the end of the project, each partner organized 2 workshops in their local community, involving people with disabilities or people with reduced opportunities, through informal workshops aimed at stimulating and improving feelings of tolerance, acceptance and inclusion. All partners have included the results and some workshops from the project in their daily work and program with young people and will implement them into future follow-up projects. The products of audio-visual workshops such as promo spot, flyer and booklet have been used in further evaluation and dissemination of project achievements and are available to all partners for continuous use through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/622819581238678/?fref = ts) and dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/v4lezhe458ercxw/AAAyR5pfzdEnXHKPd0HoUbOSa?dl=0).After the completion of ""No Limits"" project, all participants were awarded Youthpass certificate as a confirmation of acquired competences."

To achieve that, we will provide to all the participants, and particularly those most vulnerable to the above situations, with skills, knowledge and tools that enable them to reflect and become aware of change and th importance of active citizenship, to raise awareness of intercultural and interreligious dialogue, to know and to learn about other cultures and foreign languages and to implement actions that are in line with the objectives defined in the ERASMUS+ Programme and, particulary, in this project. This exchange will involve 6 young people and a leader from each participating country (Portugal, Belgium, France and Italy) and will be held from 31rd of march to 08th of april of 2018, in Lourinhã, Portugal. The project allows the participation of all the youngs between 14 and 19 years old, and there is no requirement, but it is a pre-condition for understanding basic English. The young people involved in the project will come from different cultures and different socio-economic contexts and the group will be constituted with 28 participants, 12 with less opportunities, especially with economic, social (minority, migrant, refugee) and / or professional obstacles.Through the experience of the exchange and the activities developed, namely: practical and thematic workshops, energizers, awareness raising actions, intercultural evenings, presentations, debates, games and pedagogic games, among others, participants will increase their network of contacts and develop their personal, social and professional skills. The methodologies applied in the project activities will be non-formal, using pedagogical methods: expositive, active, demonstrative and interrogative. The evaluation of the exchange we will apply quantative and quality methods. It is intended that there is an impact of the exchange at local, regional, national, European and / or international level, as the main goals to be achieved are transversal to the problems and priorities felt by the community and society in general and the results of the project will be visible through dissemination activities by young people and parters organisations. In the same way, this project allows the creation of synergies and reinforcement in cooperation between organizations for the fields of education, training and youth, being fundamental to increase and improve their capacity of action, in an innovative, attractive and appropriate way to the expectations and the needs of young people and the community. The impact and the dissemination of the exchange will be ensured through the knowledge of ERASMUS + Programme and its opportunities, as well as the various initiatives that young people will develop during the exchange and upon their return to their origin countries. For exemple, the organization of debates and exhibitions about the theme and the ERASMUS+ Programme; the distribution/divulgation of flyers/newspaper; the visualization of the promotional video of the exchange; the promotion of this kind of project and programme throught the local media (radio, newspaper) and through the testimonies and sharing of the participants with their network of contacts/community, and others. At the end of the exchange, young people will fulfill the Youthpass certificate, as a way of certifying all the skills acquired during the project, and it can be used as an instrument for their future (re)insertion in the job market. The expected long-term benefits of this project are achieved, at one hand, by promoting, with the local communities of each organization, good practices on democracy, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, tolerance, solidarity and awareness-raising for social contrasts and, at the other hand, the incentive to continue this actions about this and other issues considered as priorities in Europe."

Although it is very easy to see why sports are an important tool, it has not been mainstream and only recently coming to the fore as an strong and potent means. Especially in reaching underprivileged youngsters, sports are a very valuable tool to reach kids that are not reached in school or by classical youth work. To experiment with sports as a pedagogical tool, by twisting the rules to make a societal theme come to the fore, is to develop this methodology further. A potent example is the privilege run, where the people that are born in an advantaged condition get a head start vis-a-vis people that are born in a disadvantaged position. This is very powerful to make young people aware of certain structural positions that exist in society. The mobility that we envision, want to develop more of such games, sports and energizers. We bring together 30 young youth workers (under 30) from 4 partner organisations that are passionate about sports and challenge them to become better versions of themselves. In general, these youth workers are volunteering in youth organisation, but the bulk of them is not (yet) employed. We aim to have a balance in gender and a balance in privileged/underprivileged participants, yet all need to be eager to have a fun learning experience and grow as trainers and as persons. The objectives of the mobility are the following: The objectives of the project are the following: 1. Using sports as tool for social inclusion: Development of youth workers that conduct pedagogical games and sports that raise awareness of self and society 2. Using and promoting non-formal learning 3. Improving language skills 4. Intercultural learning and awareness 5. Giving youngsters with fewer opportunities a broader life vision (broader their horizon psychically and mentally) 6. Personal development: encourage self-growth and self-esteem 7. Societal development: encouraging active citizenship through sports 8. Create opportunities for future exchanges and mobility of young Europeans through Erasmus+. Framework of E+ 9. Boost trainer and leadership skills, as well as employability of participants During the mobility of youth workers, we will conduct a training of trainers in which the trainers develop pedagogical ‘games 4 change’ by adapting the rules of existing games, sports and/or energizers. Also, the participants will be introduced to the concept of Urban Learning Safari, which they can adapt in their own local settings. Moreover, they will learn how to disperse their activities by means of new communicated methods (VLOGS, social media, …) and are introduced to the vast opportunities that E+ has to offer them, from youth exchanges over Salto trainings to EVS experiences. The greatest impact of the mobility will be that the participants will start to make use of the methodology in their daily practices. The partners also want to create a valuable output and document the developed activities to disperse them in the own youth organisations. Given that all partner organisation have a network on various levels, they will disperse this documentation in their network. We are currently working on this documentation, but postpone the eventual output to a later date. For now, all the tools and methods have been shared online with the participants so they van go to work. In general, we hope that this mobility can add to the celebration of sports as a tool for youth work, and that it can become a catalyst for more European projects on the topic by the participating organisations and the youngsters that they reach. In these future projects, the participants can then again be advocates for the methodology.

The needs for organizing their own lives, making financial plans and developing communication with other members of society are recognized by young people as very important and necessary needs in their lives, and from this need of the young people came the Knowledge Compass project. The project will be implemented from 15.05.2018. do 14.09.2018 including all segments: preparation, implementation, evaluation and dissemination. Knowledge Compass is an interactive youth exchange in the areas of financial and life planning, tolerance, better communication and mutual respect for the youth from Croatia, Portugal, Germany and Italy. The project includes 32 participants and 4 leaders. Relationship with work, life planning and tolerance is different in some countries, so the key part of more partners is not just for the intercultural dimension but also for the exchange of experience and knowledge from the real life practices of individual partners. The special dimension of the project is the place where the program activity will be held on the island of Hvar, Jelsa, in the period from July 7, 2018 to July 15, 2018. The island as a special milieu with a significant dimension of the geographical obstacle in the modern development of young people and usually with a lack of content that young people can use in their free time and for their personal and business development. With this project, we want to connect with the local community so the workshops will be implemented in public places and in cooperation with the municipality of Jelsa and the associations Održivi otok of Jelsa and Naša dica from Stari Grad. The plan itself is divided into the following modules: (1) Financial and Social Literacy Module (Time Management, Real Ideal), (2) Team work Module (Creating Flyers, Video Spot, Power Point, Journalist Group, Mission Z, New (3) Local community modules (cooperation with the municipality of Jelsa and associations Sustainable island and Our Lady at the International Gastro Cultural Festival (4) Intercultural module (Meet Jelsa, Quiz, EU Values, Erasmus +), ( 5) Evaluation module (Youthpass, personal diary, image evaluation, outbounding and inbounding questionnaire, envelope evaluation, green red evaluation and target), (6) Entertainment Module (film and dance night, quiz, tie-game) The main goal of the project is to empower young people for their own personal and fiancial planning with knowledge and tools that can help them, as well as improve their social skills and social literacy. In this way young people will become proactive in their actions, will have an active role in their lives and processes and in the life of their local community. The acquired knowledge will be transferred by young people to other members, friends, colleagues and thus they will actively participate in the creation of a modern society within the European Union. Also during the implementation of the project youth will develop the principles of tolerance, openness, cooperation, synergy, enhance personal communication through the adoption of communication skills. They will adopt various methods of conducting workshops: brain-storming, synergistic approaches, teamwork, interactive games, discussions, presentations. It will empower processes of self-assessment and self-actualization. In short, young people will become generators of positive changes in their local communities, positive people confident, and with clearly recognized life goals. Involving young people in all steps of this project aims at fostering future co-operation and joint activities within the EU. Such targeted outcomes will also contribute to the development of partner organizations and local communities. At the dissemination stage, partners will organize at least 2 workshops (8 in total) with the aim of educating their members and the local community (schools, associations, youth centers), and implementing knowledge in the daily work of their organizations. This approach will in the long-term enable the increase of the number of young people actively participating in planning their life paths, thus raising the quality of life at the local level. The project results will be disseminated via the Facebook project group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/129213247729749/ as well as through the dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Posejdon _EU.

As such, democracy is one of the basic requirements for a healthy community development. The adoption of its principles empowers individuals and directs them towards self-actualization and proactive involvement at local, national and international level. In addition, the European Union is based on strong democratic principles and, as such, sets the foundation for building a European identity based on freedom and rights of every individual in accordance with modern democratic principles. The role of young people in the democratic process should not be neglected. They are not just a passive part of democratic societies, but an important stakeholder. Therefore, the project Demo Young represents an interactive exchange of youth within the area of education for democracy (Croatia, Portugal, Turkey and Germany). The project includes a total of 32 participants and 4 leaders. Democracy is diverse in its types, and the participation of young people from different countries is crucial, not only for the realization of the multicultural dimension of the project, but also for active exchange of experiences and knowledge. Program activity will be held in the town of Solin (and Split partially) in the period from 25.08.2016 till 02.09.2016. The Action Plan is divided into several modules: (1) Demo Education, (2) Demo Experience, (3) Demo Solidarity, (4) Demo Fun and (5) Evaluation module. The main objective of the project is to provide youth with the idea of democracy, its basic principles and the importance of proactive citizenship. We want to encourage young people to become active citizens within their own democratic societies and to take an active role in the democratic processes. In addition, we want to encourage young people to proactively participate in modern society, to develop principles of tolerance among young people as well as the principles of openness (of mind), to enhance communication by developing communication skills, to empower young people in their process of self-actualization and self-evaluation. In short, with the realization of the objectives, participants should become a sort of young ""ambassadors"" of democracy. To be able to accomplish the objectives, it is essential that young people learn about basic democratic principles and practices. Strand of the project, therefore, includes a series of workshops, games and discussions, a visits to various partners, sport, recreation, evaluation and presentation activities and an organized aid-raising activity for the social market of the town of Solin. Through the above, the young people will constantly be involved in micro-democratic processes that will directly contribute to faster adoption of democratic basis. Workshops in the program are provided for topics such as; methods of conflict resolution (Mission ""Z""), human rights and tolerance, the rights and responsibilities of democracy and freedom of speech, as well as several audio-visual workshops. Through the application of such methods young people will have the opportunity to take a different democratic role and to explore the ways of democracy and workshops such as debates and open discussions. They will have the opportunity to present and build their positions and to come up with innovative ways of action. The project envisages a visit to the town of Solin and Salona, the city of Split and the ""Mini Parliament"" of the IV. grammar school ""Marko Marulić"". In addition, the project includes participation in a number of sports and recreational activities such as sports games and hiking at ""Marjan"" in Split. Furthermore, participants will take part in the daily processes of evaluation and acquisition of Youthpass. Involving young people in this project and all of its activities will result with, besides approaching the ideas of democracy and pro-active citizenship, adoption and development of various social, language, communication and digital skills of all project participants.Such targeted learning outcomes also result in an increase in the number of young people with specific characteristics, knowledge, skills and motivation that will positively contribute to the growth and development of their organizations and local communities. We expect each partner of the project, upon return, to prepare and implement open tables, that is, democratic debates ""Yout at:h and Democracy"", which would represent the organizational efforts of project participants, and include participation of other members of their organization and local community partners such as, for example, school or other institution based on working with the youth. Such approach ensures long-term room for growth in the number of young people who decide to actively participate in democratic processes at local, national and international level.Project results avaliable at: (https://www.dropbox.com/home/Posejdon_EU)."
