    Youth exchange ‘SAY NO TO HATE SPEECH’ was hosted by Swedish organization ‘Västra Götalands Debattförening’ in Sikhall Camping, Sweden. The youth exchange connected 10 youth organizations from following countries: Sweden, UK, Turkey, Romania, Estonia, Spain, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland and Bulgaria. Every national team had 5 participants and 1 group leader, including 2 participants with fewer opportunities. Date of project was 1-10 September 2019.Main goal of youth exchange ‘SAY NO TO HATE SPEECH’ was to address hate speech and to empower the participants to stand against online and offline hate speech. This goal was reached through various non-formal based activities design in line with the following project objectives: - to strengthen competencies of the participants to effectively use various media, including social one, as tools for awareness raising;- to increase competencies of the participants and participating organizations to fight offline and online hate speech in their communities;- to create plans for local events addressing hate speech in participant’s communities and a series of video messages on hate speech;- to develop communication, teamwork, leadership skills of the participants in intercultural settings;- to raise awareness, especially among young people, on the issue offline and online hate speech and hate crime , its forms and consequences; - to support creating new contacts among the participants and their organizations and developing new projects ideas that could be implemented with the support of Erasmus + Programme; - to raise knowledge of the participants and the organizations on Erasmus + Programme and especially encourage the participants to take part in mobility activities.Overall, the project met settled objectives. It responded on the challenge of raising online and offline hate speech across participating countries. It increased knowledge of the participants on the topic and it provided them an opportunity to develop their competences to stand up against hate speech. Moreover, the project provided the participants an opportunity to increase their knowledge of Erasmus + Programme and to develop new project ideas reflecting the challenges across participating countries. Interactive non-formal education methods in a multicultural context, as well as practical activities (fitness, Zumba, dancehall, traditional dances, etc.), have been used for this purpose, through which young people could learn by experimenting.Objectives of SHAKE4LIFE:1) YE has increased awareness of the beneficial effects of dance as a physical recreation tool for the 60 young participants and the development of competences for 16 months through active involvement in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the project.2) YE has gathered 60 young people in 5 practical learning activities that are related to dance (fitness, Zumba, dancehall competition, traditional dance, contemporary dance), during the implementation.3) YE has informed 60 young people from the 3 communities of the project partners about the importance of practicing dance as a physical activity, as well as about the dangers of sedentarism, through 3 local events organized by the young participants, with the support of partner organizations. At each event also the Erasmus+ Programme has promoted.4) YE has developed of 4 tools for promoting an active lifestyle on social media: YouTube channel (with promotional videos, the target is 10000 people.5) YE has created of 1 international cooperation network for new initiatives, with a core consisting of the 3 partner organizations, which attracted 20 entities (NGOs, municipalities, schools, etc) during the project timeline.<< Implementation >>SHAKE4LIFE was an international youth exchange from 6 countries: Sweden, Turkey, Romania, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Hungary. It was 7-19 july 2021, istanbul, Turkey. The location of the implementation was Istanbul, a well-known good place in Turkey. Implementation of project has consisted 60 young people.SHAKE4LIFE was the field of non-formal education and it contained various roles to obtain desired results from the implementation. There roles were chosen by young people and have transposed into practical activities with the help of the project team. Thus, we divided the methods according to their role:1) INTEGRATIVE: We have improved the dynamics between participants and stimulated group cohesion with the name and knowledge games; team-building activities (Mission Impossible, Make your choice! Broomsticks, Hot Potatoes). We have worked in mixed and national groups (presentations, research, production of promotional clips).2) CREATIVE: We have developed the artistic sense and inventiveness and diverse other things such as, freedom of expression, interactive presentations, dance sessions as manifestation of creativity, creating motivational clips, artistic presentations and manifestations from cultural evenings.3) INTERCULTURAL LEARNING: We have handled prejudices and stereotypes about other cultures (In a positive way, young people understood other cultures and traditions without any prejudices). We have visited Silivri and Istanbul and spent free time as well as discovered local culture.4) EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING (learning by doing): We have put the participants outside of their comfort zone through new situations for them. We have prepared dance workshops (various styles and intensities) with the individual and team choreography. Later on, we did interviews in Silivri and Istanbul with the local people.5) REFLECTION: We have encouraged young people to express their thoughts and we provided constructive feedback, such as, daily reflection, intermediate and final evaluation, as well as, the beginning and end sessions have dedicated to understand Youth pass.<< Results >>SHAKE4LIFE have influenced the young participants and developed competences (knowledge, skills, attitudes) that responded to the needs identified by our team in advance:- Participants have increased awareness of how healthy / unhealthy is one's own lifestyle and what changes can be made.- Participants have got new information about the elements of a healthy lifestyle and how dance can be used as a recreational activity to bring benefits in daily life.- Participants have identified of problems in communities related to physical inactivity and manifestation of civic spirit by seeking solutions.- Participants have developed the capacity to work in a team with different people and an efficient dialogue with them.

    << Objectives >>We want to get to know more about situation of water protection and management in other European countries, focusing on protection of seas, lakes, rivers and coastal beaches. There is increasing demand by citizens and environmental organizations for cleaner water and sustainable projects of its management and protection. The other aim of this youth exchange is to develop skills and experience in social campaigning. We will have the opportunity for self-development in all the stages of campaign: preparation, implementation, evaluation and reflection. This is relevant skill nowadays for young people since it helps to break up barriers for public performance, public speaking, group and team work, leading and planning, debriefing and evaluating results. Besides this, we will also have an international experience, get to know other cultures and traditions better, break stereotypes and promote common understanding, multicultural dialogue and activism of young people on local, regional, national and international level. We want to connect both topics we are interested in and combine them together to find a way for better future of us and the Earth. << Activities >>Type of activity; KA1Youth ExchangeVenue; Istanbul, Turkey Planned dates: 10-18 June 2019Countries involved; Sweden, Turkey, Estonia, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.Save Nature is the youth exchange of young people and youth leaders coming from 8 different countries with a need to speak loud and act for better future when it comes about environment. We are aware that European Commission has made water protection one of the priorities of its work and that role of citizens of Europe is crucial to achieve objectives made by the Commission. We will use non formal methods such as: brainstorming, discussions, mind-maps, energizers, ice-breakers, team-building, using art, pantomime and theatre, road tables, group work, group and individual reflections, preparing promoting materials (flyers, postcards, posters, memes, graphics),making a speech and presenting in front of the group, doing desk-research, preparing and implementing campaigns, doing Infographics, planning follow-ups, facilitating intercultural nights, organising photo sessions, visiting local sustainable business and meeting local activists and stakeholders.Youth because it aims to:1. enhance inter-cultural awareness of participants and promote solidarity and active youth participation;2. improve and strengthen the knowledge, skills and behaviours of participants to support, foster and promote environment protection and sustainable management;3. provide a safe space to establish an effective intercultural learning and dialogue between its participants as well as to explore the connection between the lack of intercultural understanding and the emergence of stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination;4. improve the inter-cultural and social skills of young people and youth leaders as well as their competences to manage and work with diversity in all its forms;5. encourage youth to active participation in socio-ecology life on local, national and European level and empower them to be agents of change in the society;6. create pro-active attitudes towards water, coastal and beaches protection;7. promote Erasmus+ Programme as a tool to work on ecological issues and development of soft skills of young people, opportunity for reaching and enabling active participation of disadvantaged groups of people and possibility for youngsters to take the action. << Impact >>Project will contribute towards achievement of: 1)the overall objectives and benchmarks of the “Renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field; 2)the main aims of “Strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training”; 3)promotion of European values in accordance with Article 2 of the Treaty on the European Union. The project will also contribute towards achievement of specific objectives of Key Action 1 in the field of youth by: ensuring promotion of participation in democratic life in Europe, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue; improving key competences and skills of young people; fostering quality improvements in youth work through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field and/or other stakeholders; encouraging active participation in reforms on local, regional and national level.

    << Objectives >>The aim of “Non-Formal Education” is to make non-formal education methods more popular among the NGO representatives that are working with young people and encourage them to think of, create and use new such methods in their day-to-day activities. The objectives that will help reach fully our aim are:-Stimulate the interaction between the 50 youth workers participating to the activities by providing them space to share experiences, knowledge and learn in a constructive way from the trainers, as well as from each other-Equipping the 50 youth workers with 5 types of non-formal tools (integrative, creative, for intercultural learning, open space and study visit) through a structured programme, thus transferring them valuable know-how-Create a brochure with non-formal education methods designed by the participants, to be spread in schools, youth centers, NGOs, etc of their home communities-Fostering cooperation between the 10 NGOs partnering for this training course by setting up online common resources (official blog, Facebook group) and also future project sketches for future applications<< Activities >>Our mobility is an international training course for youth workers taking place in Gothenburg, Sweden, between 2-10 April 2021, for a total of 9 working days. There will be 2 travel days: 1 and 11 April 2021. The training will reunite 50 participants representing 10 different organizations from programme countries: Sweden, Turkey, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Portugal, Macedonia, Romania, Poland and Spain. Each partner organization will send 5 participants, selected among its own youth workers. Our organization, as host, will include a group of 5 persons: 3 participants to the activities, 1 trainers and 1 facilitators. The facilitators will also be working as support staff on various logistical matters (accommodation, travel arrangements, materials, etc).The methodology used, as previously mentioned at other chapters and in the activity timeline, comprises the following:-Integrative methods: There will be team building (Spider Net, Lemons) and trust building (X and Y) exercises, get to know each other activities, name games, group work for the method design and for the new project ideas-Creative methods: There will be sessions that stimulate the artistic sense Human statues, Babel tower) and the participants’ self-discovery through art (The Onion)-Intercultural learning (ICL): There will be 2 culture simulation exercises (Albatros, The Derdians) and one session for breaking stereotypes and prejudices (The little men)-Open space: There will be a session giving freedom to the participants to show their skills to the others (Multi-show) and a more structured discussion session (World Café)<< Impact >>Our training course will allow the participants to develop a variety of competences, which may vary according to their professional development so far, personalities, as well as level of commitment and involvement during the activities.
