    ?Game ,set,exchange ? is a youth exchange planned to take place for 9 days between 7-15 may 2015 in Moeciu de Jos ,Romania.The partnership consists of 50 youngsters and group leaders from 9 european countries Croatia,Estonia,France,Greece,Latvia,Slovakia,Spain,Turkey,Romania and includes 7 youngsters with fewer opportunities : 3 deaf youngsters from Romania helped by an interpretor and 4 youngsters from poor isolated villages from Croatia and Spain.The project take place in a context where youngsters become more and more inactive and society is threatened by by increasing of drugs and alcohol consumption with bad effects on health and social relationship.The exchange is a follow up of a strong partnership in Keyplayers network and other projects and was proposed at a project ideas? fair when almost all partners took place.The aim of the project is to promote active life style ,sports and physical activities as alternative to sedentarism and drugs and alcohol addiction.The objectives are connected with identification of risks of use of drugs and alcohol and promotion of active life style and sports as alternatives of spending free time,with expanding youth cooperation in a cultural diversity background.The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits and a visual campaign in Bran and Brasov,intercultural evenings,workshops in plenneary and groups,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,visual campaign.The final results will be flyers,posters,videoclips and a blog of the project.Impact will be felt at the level of participants through development of new competences and assimilation of new tools ,at the level of organization through raising of voluntary spirit and more trained youngsters and at the level of local communities through a higher level of civism and awareness of concrete problems of youngsters concerning drugs and acohol consumption and finding solutions to their needs through sports and active life style.The visual campaign products will be disseminated by all partners and participants and the sustainability will be provided by solidity of partnership ,extension of youth cooperation between youngsters and new initiatives and projects in frame of Erasmus +.

    “ Knock , knock,knocking at heaven’s door “ is a youth exchange planned to take place for 9 days between 12-20 march 2015 in Busteni ,Romania.The partnership consists of 45 youngsters and group leaders from 8 european countries Bulgaria,Greece,Italy,Latvia,Lithuania,Spain,Poland,Romania and includes 12 youngsters with fewer opportunities : 2 blind youngsters from Romania helped by an interpretor and 10 youngsters from poor isolated villages or unemployment from the other countries.The activities take place in a time when youth unemployment grows very much , jobs are very hard to find and the school curricula doen not exactly match the labour market request and youngsters can not find a work according to their competences and professional skills.The main aim of the project is identification of solution to assure youngsters assimilation in labour market by awareness of competences needed for getting a job and main objectives are finding the causes that determinate youth unemployment and factors that influence raise of it,identification of solution to limitate youth unemployment and provide jobs for youngsters according to their skills ,promotion of world school debate as a nonformal education method for develop key competences needed in labour market,inclusion of unemployed youngsters in mobility projects for develop their competences and promotion of good practices for a better integration of youngsters in labour market and expanding of youth cooperation in Europe.The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits in Sinaia, Bran and Brasov,intercultural evenings,workshops in plenneary and groups,a debate competition,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,visual campaign.The final results will be a blog of the project and a guide of comepetences needed to get a good job.Impact will be felt at the level of participants through development of new competences and assimilation of new tools ,at the level of organization by having more trained youngsters and at the level of local communities through a higher level of civism and awareness of solutions needed for youth unemployment and development of competences.The final results ( blog,guide ) will be disseminated by all partners and participants and the sustainability will be provided by solidity of partnership ,extension of youth cooperation between youngsters and new initiatives and projects in frame of Erasmus +.

    WHAT IF is a training course that gathers 36 participants ,5 experts and one interpretor from 17 countries from Europe.The activity week will take place in Busteni between 7-15 december 2016.The context of the project is linked with the large interest of organizations for a better quality in youth projects and with the fight for financing in new Erasmus + programme that brings together with new regulations also new risks unconsidered by managers,youth workers ,associations,youngsters.The aim of the project is to enforce the risk management capacity for youngsters,youth workers ,projects managers in oreder to increase quality of youth projects.Objectives of the project are :-identify and analize the risks that can occur in youth projects ,the factors and impact on project’s quality-provide for 36 participants from 17 countries tools specific for nonformal education for risk management ,models for risk evaluation ,avoiding and reducing-develop for youngsters,youth workers,managers new competences for risk management and dealing with conflicts-exchange of practices and increase cooperation between youth structures by developing quality projects Main activities will be be preparation,introduction,getting to know eachother,presentation of organizations and participants,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,thematic workshops,outdoor activities,intercultural evenings,cultural visits.There will be 4 thematic session based on preparatory phase research ,a session with 4 workshops to create and develop 6 ideas of projects and a main session with 4 large workshops to analize the risk that can occur during each phase of the project and to edit a risk assessment for each risk .In the end there will be compiled a guide “ What If “ with all the cases.Evaluation activities will be daily,midterm and final and will be in reflection groups and in plenary. During the project there will be activities of monitorizing,management and visibility.Methodology is based on nonformal education and will consist of games,presentations,debates,role plays,simulations , world coffee etcFinal results will be a blog of the project,the guide “ What if “and a DVD that will comprise final results,presentations,educational kits,information matherials ,photos ,results of researches and workshops.Impact of the project will be at the participants level by understanding cultural diversity,identification of risks and promotion of cooperation through quality projects.The organizations will get more trained youngsters ,new tools for a better risk management and new project ideas.Local communities will have new competent leaders who can become good managers and local and European quality projects.Disemination of results will be made by all parteners by DVD ,guide “ What if “ and the blog created by participants and the ideas from fair will ensure durability of partnership and expansion of cooperation in Erasmus +
