Mobility project conducted by the CES Y FP 1º de Mayo (Fundación José María de Llanos). This school of Secondary Education and Vocational Training is located in the neighborhood of Entrevías-El pozo del tío Raimundo (Madrid ), one of the most depressed areas of the city .The project targets 14 students of Vocational Training from 4 professional profiles present in our center:- Electromechanical vehicle .- Kitchen and cooking .- Telecommunications.- Administrative .The mobilities will be held in Italy and will last 13 weeks.The students will be selected based on criteria such as academic competence , professional competence, personal growth or proficiency. Before the training period will conduct a linguistic and cultural preparation and specific vocational preparation.Besides staying in a workplace cultural and leisure plan will be designed for students to complete their training at times that are not in the job.This must be an experience that may lead to not only greater student professional preparation but also provided him to address its challenges in a more confident and autonomous way. Has to increase their employability and their conception of European citizen and Democrat has to come out stronger .For our school will be a step in the development of a European training plan that includes mobility training for students and teachers as well as strategic partnerships that add value to a comprehensive quality training.

The EPAR MOVE 2 project has allowed the international development of the EPAR (started with EPAR MOVE) to be extended, allowing it to go beyond its horizons, making it a school distinguished by the guarantee of an excellent offer and the good interpersonal relationships it promotes By providing a healthy growth space for students and professional satisfaction among the school staff.Through this project it was possible to send in mobility for curricular and extracurricular internships:• 7 graduates of 11th grade, from the courses of: Management - Human Resources and Tourism Variants• 10 recent graduates from the following courses: Reception, Tourism and Psychosocial Support• 3 students of the 2nd cycle of studies of the courses of Learning of the Multimedia course• 8 staff: Professor of Portuguese, Coordinator of the course of Reception, Coordinator of the course of Tourism, Coordinator of the Multimedia Course; Coordinator of the Management Course - Human Resource Variant, Coordinator of the Learning courses, teacher of mathematics and Pedagogical DirectorThe destinations for the internships were: Spain (Seville), United Kingdom (Derry), Malta (Mosta), Ireland (Cork).The destinations for the job-shadowing program were: Spain (San Sebastián and Madrid), France (Collonges-sous-Salève), United Kingdom (Essex), Greece (Glyfadas) and Sweden (Mjölby)The objectives of the project were as follows:- To create training and personal development opportunities for EPAR students and alumni at European level with a view to their employability and their affirmation and integration- Strengthen the EPAR educational project in the creation of networks and actions aimed at training professionals and citizens with equal opportunities, regardless of ethnicity, nationality, age, gender or geographical origin- To lay the foundations for networks at European level for a greater dialogue and relationship between Vocational Training and the Labor MarketAfter completing this project we can say that it was a great success for both the EPAR and the students. The results achieved were as follows:Students- Consolidated CVs- Higher level of employability- Fluency in foreign languages- Domain of specific ICT and software- Know how to be and be in a social and work context- Notion of the importance of lifelong learning and participation in international mobility projects- Creation of networks of social and professional contacts- Adoption of healthy habits and behaviors- Strengthening European valuesTeachers- Knowledge of new teaching-learning methods and new management skills and innovative pedagogical practices- Feeling of professional and personal appreciation- Knowledge of new methodologies of relationship between school-business and family- Experimentation of methodologies different from those applied in Portugal, especially at the level of work with students with higher rates of school failureEducational community:- Creation of new partnerships at international level- Faculty and non-teaching staff with greater interest and willingness to continue to improve and to know other ways of educating and training- Reducing failure rates and dropping out of school- Students with more structured life plans in relation to the future, international mobility has become for many a goal to materialize- Adoption of new, improved or adapted working methods in the organization of the educational project- EPAR participation in new international projects- Use of ICT as a working and relationship tool between partners and working communities

"José María Llanos-Mobility One is open to teachers of the school CES y FP 1º de Mayo for training and observe good practice in the context of compulsory secondary education project. Our school belongs to José María Llanos founded a charitable and educational foundation located in the neighborhood of Entrevías-El pozo del tío Raimundo on the outskirts of the city of Madrid. A context depressed with a great school failure and unemployment indices well above the city average .In this first edition , 4 teachers ( two specialists in English and 2 members of the management team or specific groups of improvement) will conduct mobility to UK schools and participate in a course in educational improvement ( the course is called: "" Innovation and creativity in teaching"" ) .To develop the project as we partner in the UK firm Tellus group training, which will be our mainstay in the management of accommodation , travel, training course, visit schools ...With this project we intend to primarily :- Increase the language training from our participating teachers.- Enhance your creativity in teaching .- Enter in your daily practice innovative learning achieved in the project.- Make better use of technological means of information and communication.- Improve organizational and pedagogical aspects of our own center.- Get more involved in the Plan for European development center in these and subsequent experiences .We hope that this project involves more teacher training and resulted in an improvement in the teaching and learning of the whole teaching process. It must also provide a boost to the organizational system of the center. But in the long term , our main interest is the application of these improvements involve greater academic , professional and personal performance of our students ."
