Our main goal is for them to get familiarised with the gastronomy of the hosting countries. The mobilities will last 3 week for both specialties already mentioned. For the students of services , we chose Portugal as the hosting country for its tradition in the world of the vineyard. For the students of bakery and confectionery we chose Turkey due to the traditional Turkish confectionery. Last but not least, another of the goals is the internationalization of the different european cultures in contact.

Turismo Madeira,Casa LataFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2015-1-ES01-KA102-013270Funder Contribution: 122,818 EUR"We launch this project because we want to develop the following STRATEGIC AXES OF THE PLAN OF INTERNATIONALIZATION OF OUR CENTRE:• Formulation of projects of international cooperation.• Academic mobility.• Incorporate the academic community to internationalization.• Education abroad.• Flexibility of the curriculum.• Teaching qualification.• Projection of human talent in multicultural contexts.• Strengthening of the foreign language as a contribution to the academic mobility towards intercultural environments.• Promoting among teachers ""Teaching"" in English, as well as the accreditation in foreign languages.CONTEXT:A1.- First-year students to stay for 2 weeks in the United Kingdom: two flows of 10 students each:5.5 million Tourists have culinary motivation as one of the main reasons to visit Spain, according to data made public in the I European Congress on Tourism and Gastronomy. Taking into account that one more year the Tourist Observatory of the Valencian Community confirms that our community received approximately 5 million foreign tourists last year (together with Andalusia, the two autonomous regions with a greater average stay) and being the United Kingdom the main market of origin with an expenditure on catering services above the average (17.1)has made understand the Central Administration, the autonomous, as well as the hospitality sector that gastronomy is one of the main claims and attractions when planning a trip, and gastronomic experience perceived by tourists greatly influences the final perception of the destination.A3.-Second year students in training in work centres TWC’S (2 months and 3 weeks) and newly graduates (3 months) in France, Portugal:Sustainable and lasting employment, the performances of a job suitable to the abilities acquired by young people, and ultimately, provide that they have the opportunity to develop their skills in a European labour market freely and outside their place of origin, are some of the objectives that integrate European priorities.DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE TYPES OF MOBILITY TO STUDENTS AND TEACHERS:-STUDENTSFollowing the guidelines compiled by the EDP approved by Faculty of professors in September 2014, and in line with the objectives already in the first mobility for teachers project approved ""Gastronomic Profile of our Prior Market"": English tourists, which are summarized in this way:We want this 2 week stay to be preparatory and decision-making so the student can choose responsibly, perform the training module in work centres TWC’S workplace (2nd year) in a European country, experience that we consider fundamental to the future of students and today is an election that represents neither 1% of the students of our Centre; We continue as a fundamental objective of this application:a – Our aim is that the training module in work centres TWC’S (in the form of stage, TWC’S , or as training for the graduates) can become a normal practice among the students of the Centre and the dynamics to be integrated into the process of teaching and learning as part of the curriculum.b- That students have the opportunity to choose responsibly to spend a training period abroad, through a prior stage supervised by teachers. In this way we propose two initiatives aimed at two profiles of students in the Medium degree of Hospitality Studies:A1 - to first-year students: 2 weeks at a European centre stage. (Host Centre:’ West Lothian College’ in the United Kingdom)A3 - to second year students and graduates: realization of the training module in work centres- TWC’S- (2 months and 3 weeks), as well as a period of 3 months for newly graduated students (United Kingdom, France and Portugal; in tourist-catering companies).-TEACHERS A2, teaching in a host centre, West Lothian College, 1 week.Profile of the participants: English teachers of Hospitality and Tourism.Currently, the permanent training that the teachers at the Valencia Community have, it is developed in the geographical area of the same, and does not provide for this type of projects within the permanent teacher training.JUSTIFICATION OF HOST DESTINATIONSThe linguistic objective is present in the United Kingdom and France destinations. In the case of PORTUGAL the aim is that students of the Centre to develop the capacities acquired during the duration of their academic studies, and at the same time have the opportunity to be in contact with European environment without that language barrier."

The participants will be 16. The school wants to use the skills, competences and knowledge learnt at the course to train the staff involved in the development of innovative and revolutionary features to increase the attractiveness of VET. The project is also supported by an innovative management philosophy that is set on the concept of organizational happiness, intimately connected with the well-being of people, who live, a great part of their lives, in the school organization. This concept will be used as foundation to the sustainability and prosperity of the cluster of schools that bears its action in values such as responsibility, compromise, sharing, solidarity and empathy. Therefore, and having the above mentioned background, this school organization has identified a group of needed improvements, framed in the following intervention areas: attractiveness of VET and guidance and counselling.Hence, the general goal will be enabling specialized training in these areas to a group of people that show motivation, availability, flexibility and compromise in sharing the knowledge in a later internal training. The employed methodology will emphasize research/action, which appraises the teacher as a researcher of his/her own practice, someone who reflects on, his/her actions ramping up to structuring changes. These will be evaluated by resorting to a skills/competences core that will set a goals reference to all the intervening actors. With this intervention plan, we intend to improve the processes of transformational leaderships , the school results and people’s knowledge in this school organization on the medium and long term , so that this knowledge will become useful , can and will be used and improved, building up a swirling evolution."
