The project was born on the basis of a wide area reasoning that the Institutes, supported by the stakeholders of the various territories involved, built with the main purpose of creating a permanent placement service within the institutes, which accompany the students in the entrance to labour market through an international internship and a timely certification of the skills acquired. The context in which the project proposal is born is composed of territories linked by a territorial continuity, a common history that refers to the ancient Etruria, as well as a purely tourist vocation. VET-TEEN had and reached the following objectives: 1) increase the human capital of the students and create more opportunities for job placement, allowing continuous learning from experience 2) create a real placement service with the intention of reducing the time of entry into the labour market and increase the chances of finding employment in line with the studies carried out, impacting on the containment of job mismatch phenomena 3) disseminating the use of Europass devices and the use of EQARF indicators, to promote the development of mobility in the EU and guaranteeing the readability and visibility of the qualifications and skills acquired, increasing their quality and transparency. The target group of beneficiaries was represented by the students of class III and IV of the three institutes, with the following professional specializations: Touristic Technician CAT - Construction Environment and TerritoryMaintenance and Technical AssistanceServices Commercial / Admins Finance and Marketing Socio-Sanitary Services Textiles sartorial-fashionall sharing a personal background similar for age and degree of maturity achieved and a background of professional training, while respecting the specificities of the individual areas of specialization. VET-TEEN has been structured in 3 macro-phases: 1. Preparation, which consisted of selecting the participants and carrying out the preparatory meetings. The preparation of the participants was structured in 4 meetings during the month before each departure flow. The preparation meetings dealt with topics related to risk prevention, intercultural knowledge and linguistic deepening, logistical details, etc. During the meetings, a vademecum was given to the students and they were given instructions to carry on a successful mobility, as well as as indications regarding the use of the OSL2. Implementation, which consisted of the implementation of 208 internships (out of the 215 initially planned) lasting 30 days with foreign partners, structured in 6 flows (15 / 01-16 / 02 2017 // 12 / 03-13 / 04 2017 / / 21 / 05-22 / 06 2017 // 05 / 11-06 / 12 2017 // 14 / 01-14 / 02 2018 and 25 / 02-28 / 03 2018), one more than planned in order to take advantage of the greatest number of mobility possible. 3. Evaluation / Dissemination / Follow up, from April to May 2018 as it concerns the evaluation of the project as a whole, whilst the evaluation of each single mobility flow was done during the month following the return of the students.VET-TEEN has achieved all the ambitious expected learning outcomes, both in terms of the formal sphere (linguistic skills and specific skills of the sector of professional integration) and, above all, in the field of life skills (eg learning how to be in an organizational context, which formal and informal ""codes"" must be respected, how one relates to colleagues and superiors, greater awareness of one's own attitudes and limits, acquired a autonomy in learning by doing, relational competence and self-marketing etc.). The VET-TEEN project has achieved significant impact on participating students, sending organizations and school communities, host companies and indirect target groups (families, stakeholders). The project represented a fundamental added value for the creation of a new generation of European citizens, professionals and future entrepreneurs, which implies, in the not too distant future, a greater capacity for the whole of Europe to emerge from the crisis, creating work and stimulating innovation and competitiveness."

It is worth mentioning that relations with the European partners fostered reciprocity, as all the participating transnational centres have also submitted a mobility project in which Spanish consortium has received their students. The reciprocity has enhanced the promotion of the European active citizenship. The project will be developed form the 1st of July 2017 to the 30th of June 2018. The internships has been carried out in november-december, march-april, and may-june The following activities has been structured in 5 phases: E1- Activities for communicating and spreading information to promote the students’ participation, planning tasks (including participants’ selection), establishing Learning Agreements, reviewing of ECVET documents, logistics and organization (insurance, lights and accommodation), determining contract-related issues, selecting hosting companies, tutors and accompanying teachers, setting up a common dissemination plan. E2-Preparation of the mobilities. Information Meeting, signing contracts, linguistic, cultural and professional preparation, OLS registration for students. E3- Implementation of mobilities. Follow-up, evaluation and certification of participants. Competences have been determined in the Learning Agreement, they have been evaluated using the ECVET instruments and certified using Europass. E4- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the overall project’s results. E5- Dissemination. The dissemination activities have been during all the project. In addition to the impact on the participants, the project has also benefit all the partners, by fostering European cooperation and the relationships between companies and educational centres. Both dissemination activities and the mobility experience itself has produced an impact at local, regional and national level. Other local, regional and national entities have been able to to benefit from the project’s results (even though they are not partners of the project): - Creation of a quality network that include educational centres and companies - Decrease in youth unemployment rate - Improvement of youth qualifications - Increase in VET enrolment - Creation of new collaborative networks at regional level - Widening the possibility of internationalization for other centres, and their chance to be part to other European projects - Better knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme and EU values (tolerance, equity, equality and inclusion). - Fostering the sense of European active citizenship and respect of other cultures - Possibility to create new companies and new business models - Promotion of social inclusion The project has been in accordance with the Strategy 2020, the New Skills Agenda for Europe 2016 and the Erasmus+ objectives, improving the professional development of the students, their participation as active citizens in society and and their employability inside and outside the European Labour market
