In addition, the project will influence the culture, tradition and methods of organizing the work of the host country and support the mobility of young workers in the labor market. The implementation of the project also influenced the increase of opportunities for young people, especially those from difficult social environments, and increased their mobility in the field of job seeking. An internship at renowned European-level restaurants has allowed students to broaden their experience in the future profession, gain knowledge about European customer service systems and deepen their knowledge of the industry's English language. The implementation of the project allowed the participants to benefit from the professional experience of the Portuguese partner and thus enabled the extension of substantive knowledge in the field of operation of the catering industry in the partner country. Participation in foreign practice has created an opportunity to compare educational methods in Portugal and Poland and match them to the requirements of the employer. The project responded to the needs of reducing unemployment among people learning in the profession of cook and nutrition techniques and catering services and the labor market requiring high qualifications and professional skills from graduates, and above all, high-level experience.
