Partners are 11 NGOs and informal groups form 11 countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the Netherlands and Hungary with 76 number of participants. Our aim is to improve youth entrepreneurship and train youth workers and active young people to keep youth work connected to the actual local reality, offer learning and support in becoming successful in their personal, professional and community life. Nowadays the main challenge of youth work and non-formal learning is its adaptability, to stay relevant and target group-related in themes, methods, practices and youth worker skills. In today’s fastly changing social and economic environment youth work needs to answer the high need of the X and Y generations facing unemployment, in communities of low participation and responsibility.Intervention areas:- monitoring and quality improvement - human resources management - coaching teams in the start, realisation, and evaluation of projects, initiatives and social businessObjectives:- to improve the quality and sustainability of youth projects, initiatives, and social business- to improve professional competences of youth workers- to share best practice, practical tools and skills for coaching and the conscious use of YouthPass.- to encourage dissemination and the creation of new projects within E+ The 2 project phases approach youth entrepreneurship from 2 different angles. The main line is the direct improvement of partners’ activities through structured dissemination of the TCs’ results. Partners select ongoing projects to improve which participants present, analyse and monitor as case studies. The tools practiced in the TCs are tested in this project in the dissemination phase where it is directly improved. The outcome of A1’s dissemination is evaluated and brought to A2. The training of support methods (A2) is built on the outcome of those directly involved with the projects (A1).A1 is for youth workers, volunteers, NGO managers, coordinators, peer leaders, active members directly involved in implementing projects. We share tools of human resources management, creation and monitoring. Themes: entrepreneurship in practice, tools for each project phase, dynamics of young teams. Participants practice the tools directly by working together on the case studies.A2 is for youth workers, NGO staff and trainers, mentors, coaches, counsellors, consultants, peer educators who support youth groups in creating and monitoring projects. Themes: coaching team entrepreneurship and human resource management by tools given in A1. Participants practice the tools directly by coaching each other. Methods: - structured exercises, using outdoor, dance, theatre, art, problem solving games- debriefings on learning outcomes - self-directed learning according to participants’ learning goals and YouthPass - daily reflection in groups, journal-keeping, mid-term and final evaluation- outdoor training - methods and tools explained by trainers, practiced by participants directly- facilitated discussions - information about Erasmus+ Management, promotion, communication, evaluation and dissemination activities are done parallel by each partner in their own countries. As a result project teams consciously use monitoring and evaluation tools in all project phases. Their entrepreneurship skills improve, partners’ initiatives, projects and social business run at higher quality, a more efficient and sustainable way. Coaches of youth projects acquire a set of tools to support teams’ awareness of themselves and their context and find relevant solutions, to map learning needs, design and guide a coaching process. They support team dynamics to utilize diversity as resource. Participants grow in learning to learn, social and civic competences, cultural awareness and expression, the use of YouthPass, and understanding the Erasmus+ and its opportunities for their personal and community growth.Dissemination involves partners’ colleagues and target groups dierctly, brings improvement in content and quality. Using methods learned, partners create projects to enhance local entrepreneurship and participation, social inclusion and employability of youth at-risk. They reach and involve more young people and new target groups. Participation and mobility of young people and the accessibility of non-formal competence development activities increase and the recognition of non-formal education grows. Participants create new international projects and partnerships based on common values and complementary expertise.

The main objective of PC&M is: • To introduce a different approach on coaching & mentoring fewer opportunity youngsters The main objective can be separated in six aims: • To train 32 youth workers on how to coach & mentor fewer opportunity youngsters • To let youth workers and youth organisations define their own coaching method and approach towards inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities • To improve the quality of 12 youth organisations in the way how they work with youngsters • To create agogic working methods and implement them while coaching & mentoring young people with fewer opportunities • To disseminate and spread the outcomes of PC&M through mentoring youngsters in realizing a project • To disseminate and spread coaching, mentoring and its methodologically approach' through a coaching manual PC&M improved the skills and competences of 32 youth workers and youth organisations coming from: Greece, Czech, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, and Netherlands. All participating youth workers in the training activity are working with youngsters in their community and organisation. The youth workers and youth organisations improved themselves when it comes to coach and mentor youngsters with fewer opportunities in a more effective and productive way which enables these youngsters to be engaged, challenged, motivated and invited to be included in society. The training activity happened between 10/01/2019 (arrival day) and 18/01/2019 (departure day). Training venue: Olde Vechte, Ommen, The Netherlands The main methods used in PC&M is to show and let youth workers experience/practice a variety of coaching & mentoring techniques out of which they can distill what can be implemented in the target group they work with. PC&M consisted of 4 stages: • Preparation - youth workers defined the community and target group in which they are working • Training • Post-training - learnt material and techniques in PC&M were practiced and implemented back home through coaching sessions and a workshop • Dissemination & evaluation - spreading of tangible results and evaluation of the created impact through PC&M As an outcome of PC&M there is: 1) a research which defined the own cultural map in which the youth worker and youth organisation is working 2) coaching sessions with young people with fewer opportunities in which they are engaged to participate in society 3) a workshop to let the participating youth workers train other youth workers, volunteers, members of the organisation, etc. on coaching & mentoring 4) a manual which describes 'Coaching & Mentoring' which is spread and disseminated The long-term benefits of PC&M is the quality improvement of local, national and international projects regarding youth work and specifically the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.

In other words, the training supported participants' development in different areas as a trainer (person of a trainer, group process, programme dramaturgy) as well as his/her ability to find or create job opportunities as a trainer/youth worker. By this, the trainer will be able to finance his own living, while practicing and improving his/her skills and thus providing better services for his clients - the youth, schools, NGO's and others. There were 20 participants and 4 trainers in total, from Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Czech Republic, The Netherlands and Slovakia. These were people active in the field of youth work, willing to improve their trainership skills and create programmes and activities on their own, able to work in simple English.Activitieswere based on experiential learning methodology, that means all the theory involved was supported by experience and further applying of the new knowledge in practice. Because of this, we worked with short lectures, connected activities to practices, as well as outdoor and indoor group activities, personal learning plans, individual work and lecturres by invited experts. One of the most visible oucomes of the training are personal career portfolios that participants took home with them after the training. By the process of creating them, participants learnt to accept, appreciate and ""sell"" their skills and competences as trainers and thus, become more succesful on the labor market."

This goes along side the observation of many individual “trainers” starting up their educational practice as a (professional) life path and as a source of income. Nevertheless we are convinced that projects - and therefor us as the ones implementing them with young people and our cooperation partners - often lack reflection, knowledge, awareness & consciousness about a simple but crucial question, namely how to create and shape learning in order to define & achieve impact (individual, organisational and systemic) in cooperation with the target group(s). Or - as a thesis - in order to be able to achieve (and to measure) impact we have to really understand learning. Therefore the overall project foresees a series of educational events to discuss, share, build on & focus on key topics that interest the members of this consortium (organisations) but also support active individuals in developing further their profiles as individual educators. We would like this group to become more valuable for each of us and we believe there is probably no easier way to connect people than to have them meet online & offline and work together for a common purpose. We will develop for & with the group of partners a tailor-made series of European seminars & trainings which aim to provide a concrete profile for the group but also can serve as a reference of quality as educational practitioner. The seminars & trainings will foster the profile of people & organisations and will build on your experiences and needs as educational practitioners but also develops a concrete schedule for providing an overarching horizon of developing competences in the field of (European youth) education. Finally we would like to make available academic and other knowledge that is sometimes not available to certain groups of our society because the formal system excludes certain groups. This project is an attempt in offering training to a target that would otherwise not be able to acquire this type of experience. And secondly we believe that this project, as it is operating under non-formal settings, allows for a much closer learner centered approach and thus allows for a more sustainable and lasting impact. << Activities >>This project will implement 4 residential meetings for 30 participants from all over the European Union and neighbouring partner countries including 3 transitional phases in which further facilitated research is being conducted. This project will involve 30 multipliers, youth leaders, NGO activists, educators, young entrepreneurs, social workers who would like to increase their skill in offering qualitative learning spaces for young people and being able to measure the impact professionally. This project will additionally reach 300 individuals on local level reached through local activities in T3. All activities will operate in the frame of non-formal education and include learner participation and reflection in all relevant stages of the project. << Impact >>This project intends to significantly increase the quality of learning spaces being offered by non-formal educational actors. This will increase the quality and impact of the partners of this project to reach their target group with their respective mission. Non-formal educational activities will become more professional and measurable. We would like to increase significantly understanding of impact measurement and the implementation of measuring impact in general. Local communities will see a more professional NGO activism that can truly support and inspire young people. We also expect the participating organizations to deepen their collaboration in order to implement bigger projects.
