This project, which has lasted 24 months, has counted with the participation of 76 participants in total (64 intermediate-level vocational training students and 12 teacher mobility), specifically:-50 students have made training in work centers (FCT) (16 were girls) in the countries of Italy, Malta, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.-14 Newly-Graduated students have done professional internships in Italy, Malta and Portugal, 5 of these students were girls.-12 teachers Mobility from the consortium's member centers in Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.Given the need to open the horizon of young people in the City of Cadiz to other possibilities, this project has contributed to generate professional, linguistic and personal competencies towards internationalization among the youngest, marking for most of them the first opportunity to develop what they learned outside of their city, knowing other ways to do and work.At the local level, the impact of this second mobility project that took place in the city of Cadiz, has exceeded all expectations regarding the participation of Vocational Educational Centers in a common project of internationalization of their students, as it can be seen in the increase of member educational centers of the current Consortium, which has more than double of those that were part of the first Project 2015, tripling also the number of mobility of students and Newly-Graduated students (of 23 in 2015, in this project have been managed 64). Similarly, this project has involved many benefits for the participants, bringing the experience of living in a foreign country, in a new environment and in an independent way, as well as acquiring new practical knowledge, which will serve them as professional experience that later, the labor market is going to demand to them. To highlight that through this project 1 student with special educational needs had the opportunity to make a mobility in Ireland, valuing the suitability of such mobility by the pedagogical team of the center and guaranteeing a tutoring in destination customized and adapted to the needs of this student. Other aspects to highlight are that 21% of participants have improved their language skills in English, Italian and Portuguese, 30% have found work at the end of mobility, and 20% of them have received some offer of Employment in the destination country.This project has a special relevance in order to consolidate the European internationalization plan that at municipal level is setting out in a shared way from the different educational agents of the vocational training and the local administration, reviewing the Following aspects:-Provides a solid and very participatory consortium, which is part of most Educational Vocational Training Centers in the municipality. The organization is formed by the Institute of Promotion, Employment and training of the city of Cadiz (IFEF), which acts as coordinator, and seven VET in the municipality of Cadiz that teach intermediate vocational training in the city and work as Entities for sending students and teachers to different mobility to European countries.-A large number of institutions and companies from 11 different countries are involved, working through networks that were launched with other European projects such as Leonardo Da Vinci. Specifically, it has worked with 64 direct host partners and 7 intermediary partners, remembering the collaboration with the counterpart centers of Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, Malta and France.-Represents a real opportunity for the improvement of the competencies of the students and the educational community."

The selection of participants begings with the opening of the deadline to submit applications in order to participate in the mobility. September 2017: Going out of the call for training formers.November 2017:-resolution of accepted applications, with a provisional list of participants in mobility and a list of reserves. -Preparation of the participants that in addition to personal data sheets, detailing professional profile, in order to select the company (host partner) for the development of the Training period. January 2018:-resolution of requests, with a provisional list of participants in mobility and a list of reserves. -Resolution of requests for training participants. -Resolution with the assignment of a partner's host (company) to each of the participants. In case is any specific company due to a concrete personal profile, the searching of the company will be demanded to the partner. -Booking tickets for participants. Beginning of the phase of linguistic, cultural and pedagogical preparationof the participants.February 2018:-Going out of the calls for the participants to report, complete different needed documentation to carry out the mobility. -Resolution of doubts. -Beginning of the linguistic training. April, May 2018: mobilities of students and teachers.June 2018:-evaluation of the period of mobility on the basis of the reports provided by the host (business) partners and by intermediate partner. -Completion of the assessment by each of the participants reports. -Processing of Europass mobility documents of the participants. -Media campaign of the results of the project, in accordance with the assessment and the conclusions of the final report of the project provided by the sending partner. -Publication of the results on the school website as well as on its social networks. -Preparation of the final report and administrative documentation to send it to the SEPIE.TASKS IN COMMON TO OUR PARTNERS:-Sign collaboration agreements for the correct execution of the project. -Search for different companies adapted to the professional profiles of participants.-Welcoming participants and presentation, practical posts. -Manage and allocate accommodation. -Monitor and support the participants during the training period. -Assess the progress of the ongoing project and take appropriate action that may be necessary for the proper implementation of the training program. -Assess, transfer and disseminate the results obtained and to complete a certificate final of each participant. -Cooperate at all times with the sending organization. -Facilitate the return to the participants.FLOWS of PARTICIPANTS This project will develop 20 mobilities of students and 6 teachers. The destinations will be Italy, Portugal and Germany , with the difference that we are going to be carried out with counterparts from other centres of vocational training partners, although we do not rule out the use of intermediary partners if necessary.From our side, we see the need of a companion due to the profile of the candidates of the project. They are lack of experience in mobility in foreign countries with the aggravating circumstance of living in a ultra peripheral area of the EU and also because they could be minors in the mobilities.

SUPERIORE ALDINI VALERIANI - SIRANI,AYUNTAMIENTO DE CAUDETE,APLICAPROPOSTA LDAFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2016-1-ES01-KA102-023256Funder Contribution: 33,045 EUR"Our project ""CAUDETE IN EUROPE: TOGETHER WE ARE+"", gathers in a consortium of 4 partners, coordinated by Caudete City Council, different local VET institutions from the educational and training for employment sectors, all of them having the common goal of providing their recent VET graduates with an international experience through a period of traineeship in another European country, which will allow them to improve their knowledge of foreign languages as well as to develop professional and transversal skills relevant for their employability.The project also includes a staff training activity (job-shadowing) that will result in the strategic development of the organizations involved by means of coming into contact with new innovative teaching methodologies and European tools for recognition and transparency of learning outcomes such as ECVET.The activities planned to obtain the expected results are:-17 VET recent graduates mobilities, with a duration of 30 days, who will undertake a vocational training workplacement , in enterprises or other relevant organizations (local public authority) in Italy and Portugal, all of them being related to the fields of work of the students:>3 recent graduates of Intermediate VET Diploma Technician in Telecommunications Installations.>3 recent graduates of Intermediate VET Diploma Technician in Assistance to People in Need of Care.>3 recent graduates of Intermediate VET Diploma Technician in Administrative Management.>2 recent graduates of VET Training for Employment Studies leading to Professional Certificate level 2 Oxifuel Gas and MIG/MAG Welding.>4 recent graduates of VET Training for Employment Studies leading to Professional Certificate level 2 Hygiene, Depilation and Make-Up Beauty Services.>2 recent graduates of VET Training for Employment Studies leading to Professional Certificate level 2 Handling and Maintenance of Agriculture Machinery.-1 staff training mobility (job-shadowing), with a duration of 4 days, in 2 hosting organizations in Italy.The project will use Europass (Curriculum Vitae Europass, Europass Mobility Document and Europass Suplement to the Diploma or Professional Certificate) as a tool for the recognition and transparency of the learning outcomes obtained through the mobility experience.The Members of the consortium, all sending organisations, are Caudete City Council, Caudete VET Secondary School and 2 private companies which are certified training centers teaching Training For Employment VET studies leading to Professional Certificates.The European partners of the consortium are 2 VET Secondary Schools and an association of teaching staff working on innovative teaching methodologies in Italy, as well as a private intermediary partner in Portugal, 9 private companies and a public local organization, which are the hosting partners in this country.The profile of students coming from the VET Secondary School is that of over 18 years old people, without international experience and low level of foreign languages. This lack of international experience has led the consortium to apply for the grant for an accompanying teacher in the proposal budget.As to participants coming from the Training For Employment centers, it is necessary to add two characteristics to those previously mentionned: they are mostly unemployed people who are trying to come back to the labour market and/or people with problems of social exclusion. These profiles appoint our project as one tackling Equity and Inclusion issues, which are in the core of Erasmus+ Programme.The project intends that participants undertake a traineeship period in another European country. This experience will allow them to put into practice the knowledge and skills adquired through their previous VET studies and which appear detailed in Europass Suplement to the VET Diploma or Professional Certificate. Moreover, they will improve their knowledge of foreign languages and will have and international experience that will make them assume new risks and responsabilities and will result on their personal and professional development.This project has been thought as a global strategy to internationalize VET Education and Training in Caudete by means of including traineeships in companies/organisations of other European countries for recent graduates as part of the offer related to VET studies.Acting as a consortium allows the partners to profit from the knowledge and experience of the others and generates enriching synergies that woul not arise otherwise, as well as a greater and global local impact of the project.The dissemination of the project is expected to have a significant impact, beyond the partners themselves, in the province and geographical area of Caudete, with regards to organizations working on the Training for Employment sector, in which Erasmus+ Programme is still quite unknown."
