    "This project ""Goi Heziketa 2014"" aimed at 66 young students of Higher Vocational Training Centers, university students and recent graduates of the Basque Country.The proposal includes the following partners:-Confebask, As the coordinator.-Vocational Training Schools and universities, both public and private, as sending institutions.-The Department of Education of the Basque Government and the Provincial Councils as-Institutional co-financing partners.-Intermediary organizations and host organizations in different European countries.The objectives and results are achieving meet the following needs of the participants in this proposal:-Improved Practical training, to supplement the theoretical training acquired in their training center. Provide participants practical training through stays of several months in companies of Europe; enabling thus obtaining the diploma through the recognition of the stay by the module Training at Work or FCT; and / or credits agreed in the curriculum at the university. These placements have been developed for vocational students between March and June 2015; and for university students and recent graduates throughout the project eligibility period 2015 and 2016.-Improved Language skills: (Italian / Portuguese / English ... etc) Learning and / or improvement of one or more languages: general and technical knowledge concerning their professional field .-> by OLS platform-Improvement of professional skills: Participants acquire skills and abilities terminals established in the training program, which enable them to perform their profession. Developing a range of skills or skills needed for incorporation into active life.-Improved Their cultural and personal skills: This is, in many cases, the first experience and stay abroad, which means personal maturity. To live in a multicultural environment, it involves the acquisition of a spirit of adaptation to different social-cultural situations, plus a huge cultural enrichment.Confebask has been active for more than 15 years in European mobility projects with an accumulated wealth of more than 1300 placements in what students of vocational training is concerned. management by processes is used, through a continuous improvement methodology directly managed by Confebask, and applied to all our projects.A Web management tool is established, as the fundamentaal axis in the management, being the main channel of communication between partners. Through this website, the sending institutions send to Confebask their students-candidates. It is performed the selection of participants, and especially, becomes the key to monitoring and mentoring of the placements, once started placements abroad. Also, this tool is essential for economic management of the project itself led by the coordinator.Confebask as project coordinator, supported in its initial phase (October 2014 - February 2015) to the sending institutions and to their tutors, selecting the best participants and to define the skills to develop in host companies.During the placements period, it has been followed up, with the support of intermediary organizations (where they exist) and the host organizations in the country of destination, which managed the accommodation and reception of participants, and performed tasks follow-through methodology defined by Confebask: LEARNING tO LEARN.In the final phase (July-October 2015) Confebask as coordinator prepare the final evaluation of the project, for the students on Initail Vocational Training, also to the instructors (of host organizations) and tutor (of sending institutions) .For university students and recent graduates, the final evaluation realized as soon as the placements has finished.The overall project evaluation is performed in the months of May-June 2016 and after completion of all placements and in order to prepare the final report for the SEPIE."

    "This mobility consortium “Goi Heziketa” is aimed at providing mobilities for practices in companies for young students of Higher Education, of any vocational training school and universities located in the Basque Country.The present mobility consortium led by Confebask, and with a large baggage, is made up of the fundamental actors in Higher Education at Basque Country level. Furthermore, it is aligned with the priority of the Erasmus+ program ""Education-Business Alliance"", as both the educational and business sectors, arerepresented. This cooperation between these sectors, is one of the main strengths of the Basque higher education system.This new proposal includes the following partners:• Confebask as consortium coordinator.• HEIs-Higher Education Institutions in Basque Country (high level vocational training schools and universities) both public and private, as sending organisations.• The Department of Education of the Basque Government, Provincial Councils as Institutional and co-financiers partners.• Receiving organisations (host companies) and partners in Europe.The objectives and expected results are the achievement of meeting the following needs of the participants covered by this proposal:- Improvement of practical training, in addition to theoretical training gained during their training period in their training schools. Provide participants with practical training through several months-stay in businesses in Europe, thus enabling the Technician qualification through recognition of the stay by the form of Training at Work or FCT or by the Credits agreed by the tutor in the university.- Improvement of their language skills: Learning and/or improvement of one or more languages (English/Italian / French /…): general knowledge and technical information relating to their professional field.- Improvement of Professional Skills: Participants acquire skills and abilities terminals set in the training program placement module, which enable them to carry out their profession. Development of a set of capabilities or skills necessary for incorporation into the workforce.- Improvement of Cultural and Personal Skills: It is, in many cases, the first experience and stay abroad, which implies personal maturity. To live in a multicultural environment, involves the acquisition of a spirit of adaptation to different social-cultural as well as a huge cultural enrichment.Confebask has been participating for over 25 years in European mobility projects, with a baggage accumulated over 3,000 participants from both vocational and university training. A process management is used, through a methodology of continuous improvement (PDCA) managed directly by Confebask, andapplied to all our projects.The Webpage ""European projects management” is established, as the fundamental axis in the management, being the main channel of communication between partners. Through this website, the sending centers send to Confebask their students-candidates.     "This proposal “Erdi Heziketa 2015” is aimed at 22 young students, of VET of any professional training center located in the Basque Country.This new proposal includes the following partners:-Confebask as proposal's coordinator.-Vocational training schools included on the consortium, belonging to the Training Network of Centres of the Basque Country, as sending institutions.- The Department of Education of the Basque Government, Provincial Councils as Institutional and co-financiers partners.- Intermediary partners and Host organizations in Italy, Portugal and the UK.The objectives and expected results are the achievement of meeting the following needs of the participants covered by this proposal:- Improvement of practical training, in addition to theoretical training gained during their training period in their centers. Provide participants with practical training through the 3 months-stay in businesses in Italy, Portugal or the UK, thus enabling the Technician qualification through recognition of the stay by the form of Training at Work or FCT. These stays will be developed between March and June 2016.- Improvement of their language skills: Learning and/or improvement of one or more languages (Italian / Portuguese / English): general knowledge and technical information relating to their professional field.- Improvement of Professional Skills: Participants acquire skills and abilities terminals set in the training program placement module, which enable them to carry out their profession. Through this website, the training centers send to Confebask their students-candidates. It is performed the selection of participants, and especially, becomes the key to monitoring and mentoring of the stages, once started stays abroad. Also, this tool is essential for economic management of the project itself led by the coordinator.Confebask as project coordinator, supported in its initial phase (October 2015 - February 2016) including supporting sending partners and their tutors, selecting participants and identifying skills to be developed in host companies.During the stay in the country of destination (March-June 2016) the participants have been monitored and supported by an intermediary partner/ host organisation, who manageed the participants’ accommodation and arrival support, and who performed direct follow-up work through a methodology defined by Confebask as “Learning to Learn”. In the final phase (July - October 2016) Confebask proceed to the global evaluation of the project and the participants carried out by the instructor (host partner) and tutor (Professional Training sending centre).Regarding global dissemination of the project, highlighting the Awarding of diplomas to the students of VET during the course 2015/2016 have participated in the FCT in Europe through the Erasmus + program.With the presence of students who have developed the FCT in companies in the Community or in Europe, representatives of centers-whether tutors, coordinators or directors-practices, and the members of companies and different institutions and people related to vocational training, we are able to recognize each day the best development of this educational module with the synergy of the education and business worlds.The event will be held on December 1, 2016 in Bilbao, Spain, and will be inaugurated by the President of Confebask, Roberto Larrañaga and closed by Cristina Uriarte, Deputy Minister for Education of the Basque Government."

    "This Project ""Erdi Heziketa 2019"" is aimed at 30 young students of Middle Level Vocational Training of any Vocational Training Center of the 36 public and private centers, which make up our consortium and located in the Basque Country.The main characteristic of the Basque professional training is the collaboration and closeness between the vocational training centers, the Basque government and the Basque productive fabric, thanks to the role of ""bridge"" played by Confebask during the last 25 years. But, also, logically as a representative organization of Basque companies, we try to facilitate and accompany our companies in their internationalization processes. This is the main reason why, Confebask, decided in the 90s to take the leap to develop European projects, mainly mobility, with the aim of providing our companies with people with experience in companies from other European countries.This proposal, in the form of a consortium, specifically includes the following partners in a continuous manner for years:-Confebask, as a coordinating organization.-36 Professional Training Centers attached to the consortium, both public and private, belonging to the Network of Vocational Training Centers of the Basque Country, as sending centers.-The Department of Education of the Basque Government, and the Provincial Councils as institutional partners-co-financiers.- Intermediary Partners and Host Companies in Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom.The objectives and expected results are the achievement of meeting the following needs of the participants object of this proposal:-Improvement of their practical training, as a complement to the theoretical training acquired in their professional training center. Provide participants with practical training, through 3-month stays in companies in Italy, Portugal or the United Kingdom; thus making it possible to obtain the degree of Technician, through the validation of the stay by the module of Training in Companies or FCT. These stays will take place between the months of March and June of 2020.-Improvement of their linguistic competences: Learning and / or improvement of one or several languages (Italian / Portuguese / English): general and technical knowledge related to your professional field.-Improvement of professional competencies:Participants acquire terminal skills and skills established in the training program of the FCT module, which enable them to perform their profession. Development of a series of capacities or aptitudes necessary for their incorporation into active life.-Improvement of cultural and personal Competencies:It is, in many cases, the first experience and stay abroad, which means personal maturity.By living in a multicultural environment, involves the acquisition of a spirit of adaptation to different social-cultural situations, as well as a huge cultural enrichment.-To promote innovation and internationalization into VET centers.Confebask has been participating for more than 20 years in European mobility projects, with a cumulative background of more than 2000 participants as far as vocational training students are concerned. A management by processes is used, through a methodology of continuous improvement (PDCA) managed directly by Confebask, and applied to all our projects.The WEB Platform "" Professional Training Erasmus+ Grants "" is established, as a fundamental axis in the management; being the main channel of communication between partners. hrough the website, the sending centers present their candidate candidates to Confebask. It is performed for the selection of participants, and especially, becomes the key to monitoring and mentoring of the stages, once started stays abroad. Also, this tool is essential for economic management of the project itself led by the coordinator.Confebask as coordinator of the project, will support in its initial phase (October 2019 - February 2020) the shipping partners and their tutors, in the election of participants and to finish defining the competences to be developed in hosting companies.During the stays in the country of destination (March - June 2020) the follow-up will be carried out, with the sending partner and host partner in the destination country, who manages the accommodation and reception of the participants, and performs follow-up work ""in-situ"" through methodology defined by Confebask: LEARNING TO LEARN.In the final phase (July - October 2020) the overall evaluation of the project will be carried out, as well as that of the participants through the instructor (host partner) and the tutor (sending VET center)."
