<< Objectives >>The project “See U Potential” is all partner organisations’ answer to the reality of local youngsters we can see in our surroundings and in ourselves. The main goal is to raise young people’s self-awareness and self-empower them so that they feel confident enough to take a social action in their local communities. All partners - youth organisations and NGOs from Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain - have observed that young people lack knowledge, skills and tools to search their inner motivations, they do not know how to find or use tools that can help them achieve their goals and are sometimes lost in their values and dreams. As a result, they do not take active part in their local communities and do not get involved into social action. The team gathered observations and insights from our organisations and, by using the problem-solution tree method, we found common needs of ours that we will address with this project. The main objective of this project is to raise participants’ self-awareness and to help them to boost their potential so that they can use it in order to do something for their community and achieve their personal and social goals. We want to support participants in finding their huge potential that they sometimes are not able to see yet and to encourage them to voice their opinion and take action along with their social values. By implementing this project, we expect to support them in this self-discovery and boosting of their own potential, as well as empower them to become proactive members of the society. We aim to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realise their inner motivation and potential that will make it possible for them to achieve their dreams or realise new ones - with a focus on their social aspirations to help others.Through NFE activities, reflections and recognition of the learning process, we expect to achieve the project objectives, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will boost participants’ awareness of various cultures and different perspectives on even deepest topics.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement a Youth Exchange which will be hosted by the Spanish hosting organisation UPlanet in Mollina, Spain, in July 2022, with 3 other organisations as partners: Omnia Onlus (Italy), EduEra (Slovakia) and YoWo Poland (Poland). Due to our experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where we learnt how to efficiently cooperate online, we are not planning an Advance Planning Visit and we will proceed with all preparation online with equal and active involvement of all partners just as during the development process of this project. In the project, we will involve in total 26 participants from 4 different European countries (Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain) with at least 12 participants with fewer opportunities. We will have 6 participants from each country (5 young people and 1 group leader). We will have two organisations with more participants (7 participants from Spain and Poland) in order to better coordinate the whole activity because the project facilitators are from these organisations.Participants already involved in the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are youngsters from our local communities interested in the topic of searching for one's own potential, raising self-awareness and setting personal and social effective goals, as well as lacking motivation or self-confidence in taking a proactive role in their local communities. When composing the group, we took into consideration: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project during the whole duration, gender balance with respect to various gender identities, age: 18-25 y/o.Out of 26, at least 12 participants are participants with fewer opportunities (at least 3 per country), facing economic, social, geographical and cultural obstacles. We want to include them in the project on the same basis as all others, providing additional support, so that they can take part as any other participant.<< Results >>This project main aim is to help participants to boost their personal potential which will result in their more active participation in the society therefore the expected results are the following ones, depending on the dimension:Participants- Encouraging participants to make introspection and raise self-awareness.- Facilitating participants to identify their personal ambitions, goals, values and strengths.- Facilitating participants to identify their social ambitions, goals, values and competences that they can use to do something for their local communities.- Facilitating participants to compare and conciliate their personal and social goals.- Increasing English skills.- Increase social skills through communicating with other participants.- Being more mature emotionally after leaving their comfort zones.- Being more tolerant with people from different backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.- Bringing them closer to the nature and making them understand the importance of relating to it properly.- Raising European values such as democracy or diversity and feeling more European.- Reaching close people to participants and influencing them through the experience the participants will have to get involved in other activities.Partner associations- Strengthening cooperation among organisations Europe-wide- New possible projects from the network developed on this one- Opening new fields of work- Getting more involvement from sent participants to the project into the organisations activities.Regarding the different geographical dimensions, our expected results are the following ones:LOCAL & REGIONAL LEVEL- Raising awareness of international projects, specifically Erasmus+ through the implementation of the project- Raising acceptance to people from other parts of Europe- Feeling closer to other Europeans- Social, economical or environmental development coming from more motivated youngsters. This expected impact is in the local communities the participants come from.- Encouraging future European mobility opportunities by creating future partnerships and empowering local institutions (school and NGO Bosque Urbano) to get involved into EU opportunities through Erasmus+ programmeNATIONAL LEVEL- Raising intercultural tolerance.- Raising international connections.- Feeling closer to other European countries- Impacting the culture by raising awareness about the importance of self-awareness.EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL LEVEL- Reinforcing international cooperation among partner organisations and reinforcing their relationships for new projects.- Creating a stronger social network in Europe- Having a more active population in different topics in Europe- Increasing the will of creating Erasmus + projects among participants- Promoting Erasmus+ programme Europe-wide

<< Objectives >>The project “Feel U Potential” is all partner organisations’ answer to the reality of local youngsters we can see in our surroundings and in ourselves. The main goal is to raise young people’s self-awareness and self-empower them so that they feel confident enough to take social action in -mainly- their local communities. All partners - youth organisations and NGOs from Italy, Estonia, Poland and Spain - have observed that a lot of young people lack knowledge, skills and tools to search their inner motivations, values and beliefs. They do not know how to find or use tools that can help them take action that is going to make them feel better themselves and are sometimes lost in their values and dreams, leaving all of them in very abstract dimensions. As a result, they do not take active part in their local communities and do not get involved in social action. Which leads to personal frustration and lack of motivated and inspired social workers. The team gathered observations and insights from our organisations and personal realities and, by using the problem-solution tree model, we found common needs of ours that we want tol address with this project. The main objective of this project is to raise participants’ self-awareness and to help them to boost their potential so that they can use it in order to do something for their community and achieve their personal and social goals. Being more specific, we want to use tools such as the Iceberg of personality, the Transtheoretical model of human behaviour change, the SMART goals model or the Comfort Zone model for two main goals. Firstly, for the participants to have a wider understanding of their personal situation and to be able to take better decisions according to their personalities, capabilities and context. Second of all, having a space where this models can be exposed, talked and discussed with many other people. Given this context, participants will be able to learn from all the backgrounds of other participants in a safe-space that will encourage both sharing and learning. We want to support participants in finding their huge potential that they sometimes are not able to see yet and to encourage them to voice their opinion and take action along with their social values. By implementing this project, we expect to support them in this self-discovery and boost their own potential, as well as having them empower them to become more proactive members of the society. We aim to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realise their inner motivation and potential that will make it possible for them to achieve their objectives or define new ones - with a focus on their social aspirations to help others.Through NFE activities, reflections and recognition of the learning process, we expect to achieve the project objectives, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will boost participants’ awareness of various cultures and different perspectives on even deepest topics.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement a Youth Exchange which will be hosted by the Spanish hosting organisation UPlanet in Algarrobo Costa, Málaga, Spain, between 10-15/07/2023 with 3 other organisations as partners: Partner UP (Estonia), Youth Solidarity Travellers (Italy) and YoWo Poland (Poland). Due to our experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where we learnt how to efficiently cooperate online, we are not planning an Advance Planning Visit and we will proceed with all preparation online with UPlanet leading and coordinating the efforts of all the stakeholders involved to successfully achieve all the goals of the project. In the project, we will involve in total 25 participants from 4 different European countries (Italy, Estonia, Poland and Spain).Participants already involved in the development of the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are youngsters from our local communities interested in the topic of searching for one's own potential, raising self-awareness and setting personal and social effective goals, as well as lacking motivation or self-confidence in taking a proactive role in their local communities. When composing the group, we took into consideration: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project during the whole duration, gender balance with respect to various gender identities, age: 18-25 y/o. Participants were chosen also regarding their previous experience in Erasmus + projects, giving priority to those who never took part in one or who took in just a few. Thanks to this requirement, we aim to spread Erasmus + values and possibilities in more young people. Regarding linguistic skills, a high English level is not a requirement. Nevertheless, we will bring participants that have, at least a basic communication level in order to follow the activities and to really get engaged with the group.Out of 25, at least 12 participants are participants with fewer opportunities (at least 3 per country), facing economic, social, geographical and cultural obstacles. We want to include them in the project on the same conditions as all the others, providing additional support only in case they need it or ask for it, so that they can engage as any other participant, trying to avoid both, positive and negative discriminations.<< Results >>This project's main aim is to help participants to boost their personal self-awareness and align it into how they can serve others in the social dimension. Through the implementation of this project, we expect participants to be encouraged to start an introspective journey of getting to know their social and personal values.. Once this goal is achieved, we expect participants to find the task of identifying themselves and fixing personal and social goals. Once these goals are achieved, one of the main expected outcomes is that participants will get engaged into social activities in their local communities once after the activity. Mainly through their sending organisations due to the facility to reach them out, but also with the potential to identify other fields and organisations that can be interesting for them according to their values and beliefs. Ultimately, we see the possibility of some participants taking on some social projects by themselves or possibly using the networks developed during the project. At the same time, through the very format of the activity, participants will develop their communicative skills through talking with youngsters from other countries and having the necessity to also organise themselves with youngsters from their own country. Potentially, we expect that participants will grow personally through the challenge the new social exchange of the activity presents to them. In the last point, since the participants will share daily life with people from different countries, backgrounds, mother tongues, etc, we expect them to raise their tolerance to people from different origins. One of the key pillars of the success of European societies is the right to associate. Usually, the more freedom to create associations, the more citizens take part in social-related decision-making processes. This contributes to the general development of the society. Many of our participants will experience this social dimension from the first time and, since we will see it from the inside, we expect them to raise awareness of the positive impact social initiatives can provoke in different communities.Mainly, these are values spread out all over the EU that we consider very important to promote during the project. The last point regarding individuals, we expect to impact people close to the participants indirectly(through media, talking, etc), potentially impacting them through the participants in the same fields but with different intensity.Regarding partner associations, one of the main goals is to promote the partner organisations activity, giving them possibilities to develop themselves in the Erasmus+ field and, ultimately, strengthening cooperation among the organisations taking part in the project. For the national partners, they will also have the opportunity to get to know the Erasmus + Programme and the workflow within it, which could end up in developing synergies and new projects afterwards.Last but not least, all these goals will be achieved in 3 different dimensions simultaneously..Local through engaging local partners such as Bosque Urbano or UPlanet. National, through engaging participants and the facilitator from different parts of the countries. And finally international, through impacting International partners and participants.

<< Objectives >>With the project “Connecting Across Diversity” we want to bring a new approach to youth work that fosters both compassion and efficiency to support mutual understanding, as the opposite to radicalisation that we see happening in our societies and which can be affecting the young generation.Nowadays, there are many urgent topics such as climate change, contemporary world´s authoritarian politics and migration that are dividing the world into groups whose opinions differ and thus violence arises. Last years also brought the topic of handling the crisis connected to COVID-19 pandemics, which has become something that can easily divide people into groups fighting against each other because of the difference of approaches and opinions. In these stressful and uncertain times, we believe there is a need to search for common ground among different groups, even if their opinions differ, even if they are standing on different sides, as young people are more likely to radicalise themselves in favour of certain topics and against different ones. We believe we can hardly create a better world when we avoid meeting people from different societal “bubbles” with different worldviews. The avoidance is a simple short-term solution but in the long-term we would like to offer the Nonviolent communication approach to have the ability of building bridges between different groups and connecting across diversity. The objectives of the project are: - To bring to youth workers an understanding of basic principles of Nonviolent communication and benefits of using it in different contexts and especially in youth work, as a tool fostering peacebuilding and mutual understanding.- To expand the capacity of participating youth workers in recognising and naming their needs and feelings, as well as to understand needs and feelings of others and name them in an understandable way.- To support youth workers in orientation in difficult communication situations and conflicts, equipping them with tools and techniques that they will be able to apply in their own contexts and deal with conflicts in a constructive way- To support well-being of youth workers through their own ability to recognize their needs and act upon them- To practice empathy, presence and active listening in conversations with others- To create an international network of NVC practitioners in youth work that is able to support each other in a long-term context<< Implementation >>This project includes a training course of eight days, happening from the 23rd to the 30th January 2023 in Poland, in the centre Tu i Teraz (Nowe Kawkowo) . There is going to be 28 participants coming from 9 different countries: Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Spain, Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia, Portugal and Hungary.Main target group of the project are youth workers, social workers, trainers, volunteers,..and generally people who work with young people. They are coming from the NGO sector, where often the financial conditions are such that they couldn't afford to pay for commercial training in Nonviolent communication. We are targeting potential participants, who are aware of the need for new tools and methods in order to execute their work effectively and with impact. Priority goes to those who work directly with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds (minorities, youngsters with education problems, from incomplete families, unemployed, etc.) and are therefore facing difficult communication situations on a daily basis. They might also be dealing with hate speech from the public, as the status of NGOs is sometimes controversial, by pointing out difficult topics. This target group will be reached through our partner organisations who are going to contact local organisations who might not be aware of educational opportunities within Erasmus+.<< Results >>By participating in this project, the participating youth workers will develop their own reportory of communication skills that will enable them to work with their target groups in a more effective way. They will be able to handle conflicts, misunderstanding and different opinions, bringing empathy and understanding into these situations. They will expand their communication skills, ability to work with teams, understand their own needs and feelings and clearly express requests on what they want. Both in their personal and professional lives, they will become ambassadors of compassionate communication. The participants will become more aware of the method of Nonviolent communication, its origins and founder, principles and basic frame, as well as its world-wide context. They will become more interconnected with other youth workers around Europe, and raise awareness of possible collaborations and mutual support they are able to offer to each other, even if they are in different countries. Participating organisations will enlarge their capacities in working with youth and gain opportunities in cooperating with other NGOs on the international level, the network will become more interconnected and the awareness of European learning opportunities will grow. Both on the local and international level, the project will support spreading the values of non-violence, tolerance and respect to differences, thus preventing radicalisation of youth.

<< Objectives >>The project will support creative and innovative developments in youth work. It is based on research that clearly shows the strong impact that blue spaces can have on the healthy development on young people. The training course trains youth workers how to embrace nature and especially blue spaces as a source of inspiration and healing for young people who are experiencing stress as a result of anxiety, depression and loss. In a post-pandemic scenario, youth workers are encountering more and more young people who are finding it difficult to cope with the pressures of life. This training course will offer the tools and a methodology that can be used to support them. The training activity will take the youth workers on a journey of discovery through full immersion. They will experience the impact of blue spaces in hands-on activities. This will impact their confidence in their competence to use these environments for the benefit of young people who are passing through difficult times.<< Implementation >>Indoor experiential sessions will help the participants understand their connection with water and the feelings aroused by water. This will in turn be linked with the experiences of young people who are passing through troubled times. The outdoor activities will take the participants into a full-immersion-in-nature experience. There are activities close to the sea, on the sea and in the sea. Some moments experience the changing light of day, the different sounds related to blue space environments, intense activity and being one with the water.A toolkit that was developed during a KA2 project dealing with similar themes will be freely shared with all participants and organizations. There will be 25 participants. They are youth workers many of whom work with young people with fewer opportunities.<< Results >>The youth workers who will participate are expected to be highly impacted by the training course. They will not only learn about the innovative methodology, but they will also experience the full impact themselves. They are expected to be very energized and inspired to share their experience and use what they learned in their work with young people and in their personal lives. The organizations will have a team of youth workers that is well prepared and supported to work effectively with young people who are passing through difficult times. They will be better able to offer supporting services to young people. They will also have a toolkit that they can share and work with. The young people, who will be the final beneficiaries, will find supporting youth workers and methodologies that can accompany them for a healthier life. When they engage in the programme, they will reap the benefit of being close to nature in blue spaces and experiencing the health benefits of the environment physically, mentally and spiritually.

"<< Objectives >>The ""Be Ocean My Friend"" project is the response of all partner organizations to the reality of the level of pollution of the seabed, beaches, and lack of environmental awareness, which local young people will soon have to face in their communities. The main objective of the project is to raise awareness about seabed pollution and its consequences. All partners, youth organizations, and NGOs from Italy, Malta, Poland, Estonia, and Spain have observed that young people lack the knowledge, skills, and tools to know and face the environmental problems they have, to a greater or lesser extent, in their communities, and in their lives. As a result, they do not actively participate in their local communities and do not engage in social action that could have a positive consequence in the environmental field. The team gathered observations and knowledge from our partner organizations and, by using the troubleshooting tree method, we found the common needs that we will address with this project. The specific objectives of this project are to increase the awareness of young people about their influence on environmental and seabed pollution, to help them express the problems of their communities, to know more fundamentally the origin, to help the participants to express themselves publicly with greater security, to open their minds to other topics of interest and to create alliances with people from different places, ideas, and cultures. Support participants in the pursuit of their enormous potential that they are sometimes not yet able to see and encourage them to express their opinion and take action alongside their social values. By implementing this project, it is hoped to support them on this learning path not only environmental but also personal, boost their own potential, as well as empower them to become proactive members of society. Our goal is to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realize their internal motivation and potential that will allow them to be more aware of nature, the environment, their own influence on it and to disseminate what they have learned, a social, realistic approach adapted to the changing times we live.Through dynamic activities in nature, personal reflections, and recognition of the learning process, it is hoped to achieve the objectives of the project, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will increase the awareness of the participants about diverse cultures and different perspectives on the theme of the project and other interests. which they will share between themselves and the facilitators themselves.<< Implementation >>All the activities that are organized will be around environmental awareness and pollution of the seabed. The location of the project will be used so that the activities are mostly outside, on beaches, natural park, and camping, which has sufficient facilities to organize group activities and informative talks.Activities will be carried out among the participants that will help them to know their names, to establish a relationship more easily, to get to know each other personally, to break the ice, to integrate into the same group, and to know their cultures.During the stay of the participants, beach cleaning activities will be carried out, through games and different dynamics that help them to strengthen knowledge and improve the union as a group. These activities will be led by the national NGO Clean Ocean Project, which specialized in the topic. On behalf of the delegation of Ecologists in Action in Níjar, talks will be held on the environment and existing problems not only in the area but at the regional or European level. Finally, there will be water activities on the coast, where a specialized diving course will organize a common diving course with a snorkel mask and teach first-hand the problem of pollution of the seabed.A Youth Exchange is in the process of being implemented that will be organized by the Spanish host organization UPlanet in Mollina, Spain, in May 2022, with 3 other organizations as partners. Due to the experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where organizations learned to cooperate efficiently online, you are not planning an advance planning visit and will proceed with all preparation online with the equal and active participation of all partners as well as during the development process of this project. In the project, we will involve a total of 30 participants from 5 different European countries (Italy, Malta, Poland, Estonia, and Spain). We will have 6 participants from each country (5 young people and 1 group leader). The participants already involved in the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are young people who are in the circle of partner associations in charge of sending them. The participants will also be interested in the subject, it will be expected that they have general prior knowledge and have the motivation and desire to learn about the environment and pollution of the seabed. In addition, it is intended that the selected participants from each country have initiative and interest in creating personal projects, in cooperation or for other organizations, related to the subject, so we look for participants who have the proactive capacity or who wish to improve in this aspect. The reason for this is that what they learn in the youth exchange is reverted in their local communities, in a simple, enjoyable way that creates awareness in their closest circles. When composing the group, it was taken into account: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project throughout the duration, gender balance with respect to the various gender identities, and age, mainly from 25-30 years, although there will be participants in the 18-25 section. Older participants will be able to bring both knowledge and experience, while younger participants will bring freshness, dynamism, and motivation, which will help them in their personal growth.Among the 30 participants, at least 40% (minimum 12 participants, between 2 and 3 per country), will be selected taking into account if they are in a situation of social, economic, cultural, or geographical vulnerability, so we will rely on the answers to the forms that will be sent for selection. The aim is to include them in the project on the same basis as everyone else, providing additional support, so that they can participate like any other participant. Thus, we will ensure that the activity supposes a motivation in their lives to grow and develop, and thus fight against any situation of inequality that these participants face.<< Results >>The main objective of this project is to get the participants to learn basic and fundamental concepts about the environment, the main problems, causes, and consequences of pollution and to enhance their awareness about the care of beaches, natural parks, and seabeds, resulting in active participation in their community in this subject, whose magnitude will vary depending on the dimension:Participants- Transmit sufficient knowledge to make them aware of their negative influence on natural parks, beaches, and seabeds.- Encourage participants to introspect and increase self-awareness about their influence on the environment.- To make it easier for participants to identify the origins and consequences of the ecological problems of their regions, regardless of their magnitude.- Facilitate the development of rapid and effective actions that can positively influence the maintenance, prevention, and correction of environmental problems that are within their reach.- Attribute organizational and project management skills to encourage the creation of environmental action groups.- Facilitate the comparison and reconciliation of their personal and social objectives with the care of the environment.- Increase communication skills in English.- Increase social skills through communication with other participants.- Be more emotionally mature after leaving their comfort zones.- Be more tolerant of people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures.- Bring them closer to nature and make them understand the importance of properly relating to it.- Raise European values such as democracy or diversity and achieve an increase in European identity as a community.- Bring people closer to the participants and influence them through the experience that the participants will have to get involved in other activities.Associated associations- Strengthen cooperation between organizations across Europe.- Obtain new possible projects of the network developed in this field.- Opening of new work camps where we can continue working.- Obtain greater participation of the participants sent to the project in the activities of the organization.- Help other associations to gain experience in creating projects and sending participants to other countries.- Provide the source of knowledge necessary to encourage the creation of environmental projects by the participating associations. As for the different geographical dimensions, our expected results are as follows:LOCAL AND REGIONAL LEVEL- Awareness of international projects, specifically Erasmus+ through the implementation of the project.- Increase the acceptance of people from other parts of Europe.- Feel closer to other Europeans.- Social, economic, or environmental development from more motivated young people. This expected impact will be on the local communities from which the participants come.- Foster future European mobility opportunities by creating future partnerships and empowering local institutions (Ecologists in Action and clean Ocean Project) to engage in EU opportunities through the Erasmus+ program.NATIONAL LEVEL- Raise intercultural tolerance.- Elevate international connections.- Feel closer to other European countries.- Impact culture by raising awareness about the importance of caring for beaches and seabeds.EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL- Strengthen international cooperation between partner organizations and strengthen their relationships for new projects.- Create a stronger social network in Europe.- Have a more active population on different topics in Europe.- Increase the willingness to create Erasmus + projects on environmental issues among the participants.- Promotion of the Erasmus+ program throughout Europe, through the dissemination of its vision, mission, and values."
