<< Objectives >>“e-ntrepreneur 2.0” is a continuation of a youth exchange “e-ntrepreneur” that took place in Agrigento in 2019. During our current pandemic situation many of us lost jobs. According to “The Guardian” “Young workers have been hit the hardest by rising unemployment during the Covid pandemic, with those under the age of 35 accounting for almost 80% of jobs lost in the past year.” Our world has changed. Virtual activities gained more importance. Not to be left behind, we feel we need to follow the change and adapt to the new world situation. But how? Should we wait until restaurants and caffees are opened again so we can get our jobs back? What if pandemic won’t be over next year? We need to take the future in our hands. Improve skills that will help us to face unemployment and live a life we want to. The main goal of e-ntrepreneur 2.0 is to tackle youth unemployment problems that occurred in the pandemic situation, inform, motivate and enable youngsters to work on that topic in their countries, as well as equip them with experience, knowledge and skills, especially digital to easily enter the labour market. The project targets youngsters who lost their jobs due to Covid, face unemployment, had bad experiences with job interviews or want to start working on youth employment projects within their organizations. The main objectives of the youth exchange are:-to reflect on unemployment situation of youth in Europe in the pandemic situation;-to develop skills (especially digital) and knowledge of youngsters in the process of getting a job;-to encourage youth’s entrepreneurship with a focus on digitalization;-to encourage the creation of future projects within the Erasmus + Programme, which will target unemployed youngsters.<< Implementation >>The main theme of the project is Youth Unemployment in the pandemic situation. This project will provide participants with the necessary skills and confidence to enable them to flourish and share their experience. Therefore, meeting their commonly misunderstood and misinterpreted needs, young people from around Europe will join and be actively encouraged to share, learn and participate.During 8 working days the participants will share opinions and ideas on unemployment and will be involved in various activities. They will learn CV and Motivation Letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, how to use activism as a way to the labour market, what Youthpass is, how to get a Europass Skills Passport, how to work with career centres, etc. “e – ntrepreneur 2.0” project will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork.2 mobilities are planned during the project duration: Preparatory Visit and Youth Exchange. Both activities will be organized in Agrigento - city in Sicilia, Italy which is characterized by one of the biggest youth unemployment rates. Partner organizations will be represented by participants and team leaders from Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain, France and Greece. There will be 7 team leaders that will take part in the Preparatory Visit and 6 participants + one leader from each country that will participate in the youth exchange. Half of the participants are youngsters with fewer opportunities.<< Results >>We are confident that in case of support for our project, we will reach significant and sustainable results. First, our youth will get valuable information and gain necessary knowledge and practical skills to transfer to peers in their local communities. We expect them to organize some workshops for small groups of young people from their hometowns and also spread the received information through their personal networks. We'll provide them support any time when needed. Second, we believe that the YE will be a further step towards building a transparent, informed and responsible European society. We hope that at the end of the project the participants will work towards specific employment projects to be implemented back home, and, as mentioned before, have the opportunity to pass on their new skills and knowledge back to their home country to help other young people.Last but not least, participants will learn CV and Motivation letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, what Youthpass is, how to create a Europass - European Skills Passport (CV and Europass Language Passport), how to work with career centres, etc. YE will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork. Each participant is supposed to teach 10 more young people back in their country.

"<< Objectives >>In the last year besides the crises of a pandemic the world has been facing, another virus that came to surface, a much dangerous virus, the virus of racial tensions, prejudices, exclusion and discrimination that has been alive for centuries and unfortunately still is. The Black Lives Matter movement was a clear indictor of that. We, as CC4U also organized lot of local actions with the title’ Diversity Talks’ around the city of the Hague especially in the underprivileged neighborhood where lots of youngsters live. They are from 1st to 3rd generation migrant families. During these talks one of the things that was evident is that many youngsters with migrant backgrounds have question about their roots, sense of belonging, identity etc. As many of the come from countries that were colonized by different European countries, colonization was definitely one of the main contributors in shaping their identity and was brought up many times. It’s also a catalyst of the dialogues we are having now about discrimination, inclusion, exclusion, migration, identity & stereotypes. We had many conversations with the NGO Felis who are organizing their own BLM movements and other Erasmus plus projects in the Dutch Colony, Curaçao, and they also acknowledged that there were many similarities between how the youth were experiencing this identity crisis and need to feel to be included yet having the feeling of not being fully accepted or understood by the societies they are living in. So, our youngsters on both sides decided to organize a 9-day YE in in Curacao. The reason why our youngsters want to organize this international Youth Exchange Project “The Colony” is because they want to discover the impact of colonization on their roots, culture and identity and break down myths and stereotypes connected with one of the most important challenge of nowadays Europe and world is facing besides the pandemic. With this youth exchange project, we will bring together youth from different European countries with colonial past, in Curacao and by using non-formal methodology, study visits and thematic workshops, create comfortable space where they can share their experiences with each other. By combining different but yet closely connected subjects, we hope to help the participants to find inspiration and creativity for feeling more included, have better intercultural understanding, understand more their identity & culture, understand migration and give them the chance to think share the final results of their work with the other participants. We truly believe that there is much hidden in those creative young minds whose opinion is still rather restrained in the public opinion as a whole. This project would be a way to boost youngsters out-of-the- box thinking and stepping into an inter-cultural dialogue with people from other nationalities. More concretely, the objectives of this Youth Exchange are:- to raise awareness about the colonization and the impact it has on our culture, identity etc.- to raise the awareness about migration- to raise the awareness of the importance of active youth participation- to challenge and practice creative thinking- to use creativity to express their opinions and thoughts- to foster peer-dialog about matters concerning youth regarding, inclusion, migration, identity, exclusion etc. and in developing processes on local, national and international level- to share knowledge, experiences, strategies, tools and ideas in order to promote inclusion & tackle discrimination- to encourage critical and analytical skills- to acquire and transfer new methods of non-formal education- to raise cultural awareness, foster inter-cultural dialogue and mutual understandingParticipating countries: France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Curacao, Portugal, Romania & the NetherlandsWhy Curacao?: There are two reasons why we decided to organize the youth exchange in Curaçao instead of the Netherlands”, one: People when they talk about colonization, they often talk about the negative aspects of it while it has brought a lot of positivity and there are colonies like Curaçao which are doing a lot of work on inclusion, youth involvement etc that should be highlighted. So stitching Felis suggested to organize the YE there as participants would benefit from this knowledge too. Other reason is that we have many youngsters with roots from Surinam & Dutch Caribbean background and they wanted the project to take place in the Dutch Caribbean as it would make them understand & relate more to the topic as it would actually take place in a current colony. In this project there are two Dutch NGO’ involved but we have specific division of tasks. CC4U will be the main applicant and coordinate the project while Stitching Felis will take care of the logistics. Youth from both sides will be actively involved in the process. In fact, this application is being written by the participants itself.<< Implementation >>The YE “ The Colony "" will be organized in in the old Otrobanda district in Willemstad Curacao from 2 to 10 November of 2021, excluding 2 travel days. At this YE we will have totally 41 people coming from 8 countries: Curacao, Croatoa, NL, Spain, France, Romania, Portugal & Italy. This number 40 includes 8 group leaders , 32 participants & 1 facilitator. Though program will be facilitated by participants themselves, the facilitator will facilitate the program in general. Participants will be places in the hostel ‘Bed & Bike’ in Willemstad Curacao. The activities will take place at the shelter of stitching Felis in in the old Otrobanda district. The shelter has its own activity room where the participants will organize the activities and besides that the venue also has many smaller breakout rooms which will be used for to work in smaller groups and for reflection. There is an open kitchen & dining from where the participants will be served all meals & where we will have the coffee breaks. There is separate event room which will be used for evening activities and intercultural evening. The timing of meals and activities of the program is indicated in an agenda, attached to this project application. The methods which will be used during the exchange will be based on Non-formal, informal and experiential learning. All the activities proposed will be interactive activities. The activities will be learner-centered following the concept of learning by doing and everything will have a holistic approach, as all the activities in non-formal education. In the beginning, they will be done activities to get to know each other the participants, team building, identify contribution, expectations and learning blocks of participants. The team building and activities to strengthen the group will be done. There will also be a visit to the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises Da Costa Gomez where the youngsters will give presentation about Erasmusplus program and will organize workshops for the students in which they will exchange knowledge and experiences regarding colonization and its impact, discrimination and how the deal with it, power of diversity, migration, our cultural identity etc. The participants will also organize a local ‘Diversity Talk’ event in Willemstad for local, people, press, politicians & professionals. In the attachment you will find the timetable that participants created.<< Results >>The end of the YE does not mean the end of the whole project. After the project, we expect to have a positive long-term impact. The participants from the applicant organization from the Netherlands will get an enormous impact from this YE. Each approved and implemented project is a great contribution to our level of professionalism. We see how we improve year by year. Erasmus + KA1 projects are a big part of our activities. We expect to improve our organizational, financial, managerial, marketing, social skills after realizing this project. We expect to make stronger partnerships with our partners and create ideas for new projects. We even aim to start thinking about the Strategic Partnership and bigger youth projects. Our 5 participants will gain something useful and valuable in each of 8 key competences, but most important of all they will be happier will become more inclusive persons, become better integrated with other cultures and they will continue practicing non-formal learning, an all-inclusive lifestyle and active citizenship after the project. As they are writing this application, they are already developing their writing skills and later as they are organizing the mobility that will help them develop organizational skills which they can use to organize more youth exchanges and youth related projects in future. This project is completely designed by youngsters themselves and all of them will organize and facilitate different aspects of the program each one having their own responsibilities while most of the tasks will shared this will result in development of organizational, facilitation and intercultural skills that will help them in many aspects of their professional life. In an increasing global world which is unfortunately still highly polarized, having intercultural & interpersonal skills is gold.Talking about our partners we mean participants of this YE, the staff of sending organizations, members of their NGOs. The partners joined this particular YE because they felt that the need of exploring the topic of colonization, migration and its relation to our identity & culture. So, after this YE our partners will promote and apply the best practices collected during this YE. Some of them are already working on these topics and organizing different activities as we mentioned in the section of ‘partnership buildup’ like BLM movements, Diversity Talks etc. about so we expect that this YE will have such big impact on them that they will be motivated to even organize more local activities to tackle racism & discrimination, create awareness about migration, organize sessions about identity and culture and especially for those with fewer opportunities. The partners themselves will also gain skills & tools which will help them to attract more people to their local actions. Also, we believe that this project will help the partners to create social value for their local communities in which they are active. We expect our participants to learn more about the topic by learning from each other but also in the process enjoy the whole process & create meaningful connections. It should be a pleasant and purposeful experience. Our participants will improve civic competences - they will get a better vision of exclusive processes in up-to-date societies; they will better understand realities and learn from these realities. They will develop interpersonal and intercultural skills - they will become more aware of other individuals and cultures, will learn some new foreign behaviors and traditions, and so on. Participants will definitely get proper digital impact, we will teach them about how to fill in the youth pass online and show them handy apps they can use for planning their dissemination activities. Our participants will become more entrepreneurial - we will challenge them to solve diverse problems, which require good management and creative thinking. They will start to manage better resources and achieve the best possible use of them. They will become better learners and teachers. Altogether we will share knowledge and acquire a new one. About several things - e.g Erasmus+ Program, social inclusion. etc. Our participants will be able to express better their culture after this YE. We expect them to improve their English and to learn some phrases in other foreign languages present at this YE Furthermore, emphasis will be put in the impact on participants with fewer opportunities, the participation of this project will not only enhance their personal and professional profiles but it will facilitate their inclusion in the society but it will also turn them into more active citizens involving their peers who are facing the same obstacles in their daily life. We hope that this will not be the only group of beneficiaries."

"The ""Young Artist Against Radicalization""[YAAR]"" It’s a youth exchange project, inspired by a common problem between the two shores of the Mediterranean:""Radicalization"". The European Commission's Eurobarometer, published on 2 August 2017, has shown that terrorism is now at the top of the list of problems that European citizens have identified as one of the challenges currently facing the EU (44% since 2016). On the other hand, the European Commission set up the Commission's Expert Group on Radicalization (HLCEG-R) in September 2017. The latter published a report on June 13, 2018, notably on the improvement of cooperation mechanisms between Member States and practitioners, and on the means necessary for a better circulation of knowledge in terms of understanding the process of radicalization. The final report consists of two parts. The first part identifies a number of recommendations in the areas of anti-propaganda, the fight against ideology and polarization of society, cooperation of prevention actors at the local level, measures in terms of education and social reintegration. And the second part describes the structures to be put in place to improve the system, such as the setting up of a Steering Board which will propose strategic priorities (orientations and actions) to the Commission in the field of prevention of radicalization. Also the setting up of a coordination structure ""Task force"" that will support and coordinate the action of the Commission in the prevention of radicalization. Particularly affected, France lived under the regime of the state of emergency, this exceptional regime adopted the evening of the attacks of November 13 led successive governments to extend it several times and remained in force 719 days, he said. officially ended on Wednesday, November 1st. In the context of the fight against terrorism, it has enabled the Ministry of the Interior to transfer powers reserved to the judicial authority. Certain special provisions allowed by this exceptional regime will nevertheless remain in force; they were transposed into common law by the bill strengthening the internal security and fight against terrorism adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, by 244 votes for and 22 against. In this context we have wanted with our partners to set up a youth exchange that brought together 44 young people, volunteers, young leaders and facilitators from 8 different countries (France, Poland, Italy, Latvia, Spain, Tunisia, and Jordan). And which took place in Tunisia on the theme of radicalization through artistic supports such as theater, cinema, painting, music, graphic express, etc. Our youth exchange were one of the cultural solutions and the use of European tools dedicated to youth under the Erasmus + program and which allowed us the use of arts education and non-formal education as a prevention tool to radicalization. Using innovative new methods and providing young people with information on European values and fundamental rights.
