"The ""ERASMUS + ARTISANAT PAYS DE LA LOIRE"" project is supported by the Chamber of trades and Craftsmanship of Pays de la Loire (CMA PDL). It concerns four sending organizations : the CMA PDL, the CFA of the hairdressing and aesthetics of Loire-Atlantique, the CFA of the hairdressing of Sarthe and the CFA Martello of the trades of electricity of Loire-Atlantique. The CMA PDL manages 5 Apprentice Training Centers (CFA), spread over 6 sites in Pays de la Loire : Ste-Luce-sur-Loire (44), St-Nazaire (44), Angers (49), Laval (53), Le Mans (72) and La Roche-sur-Yon (85). The project was mainly consisted in organizing mobility for apprentices in craft trades and for young graduates coming out of one of the CFA of the consortium. Total : - 96 apprentices went on mobility of Group on short stays of two weeks, - 77 young graduates, vocational trainees, benefited from individual mobility stays long post-learning of 6 months. During this period of mobility, young people have done an internship in a home business. Short stays have been supervised by 23 coaches, staff of the CFA.Short mobilities benefited apprentices aged from 17 to 23 years, 56% were boys. They were all in employment contract at the time of mobility and registered, in one of the CFA of the consortium, in level 5 training (CAP, MC) or 4 (Bac Pro, BP). Projects concerned trades mouth (bakery, pastry, chocolate), catering, personal care (hair and aesthetics), auto mechanic, electricity and art trades.Long mobility in company (1 to 6 months) have benefited young (aged 19 to 29 years) graduates, 44% were women. Projects concerned trades mouth (bakery, pastry, chocolate), personal care (hair and aesthetics), art trades, tertiary BTS and auto mechanics. Most had already left short mobility or staying discovery during their training. This type of mobility has involved mainly young holders of a diploma level 4 or 5. Mobility (short and long) allowed apprentices and young graduates to enhance their professional and linguistic, technical skills to encourage their personal development, to impove their ability to employment for the students of the vocational training and to develop European citizenship. Some graduates plan even work abroad or in an international context. The mobility of staff concerned 4 projects (3 teachers and 1 referent mobility). These mobilities have allowed staff to experiment and develop new learning practices and teaching methods, share their knowledge and skills with others, learn from good practices observed abroad, gain relevant practical skills for their current job and their professional development, meet companies, masters of training and visit companies where youth were on probation. The strength of our project is to be made of a small group of sending partners with the same vocation : the training of apprentices in craft trades, on a limited territory. Our project ""ERASMUS + ARTISANAT PAYS DE LA LOIRE"" is based on the regional hub of mobility, carried by the CMA PDL. Energies have been Federated around a common regional project and in this way everyone was able to enjoy the experience and the network of partners from others. A few projects have been implemented in common : a group stay in Flensburg under our twinning with the German CMA. Networking helped encourage the greatest number of youth mobility. The scope of our partner Destination Europe has expanded to 5 CFA of the CMA PDL, which train for careers in food and this allowed us to send 50 young interns graduates of professional training in internship in an United Kingdom company. Impact sought by the consortium was the valuation of the learning sector in the craft trades. The goal was to make mobility accessible to all, and to attract young people with high potential. The CMA PDL wants to register as a major player in European mobility in the countries of Pays de la Loire."
