"This project has been a challenge for this school since it is the first Erasmus + KA102 project in which this vocational school has taken part. This school has previously participated in projects of Higher Education, and with this project, we wanted to offer the opportunity to all students so that they can have a practical experience in companies abroad. This project has been addressed to students of IES Ángel Ganivet (IESAG) in Granada, particularly students of Medium-level Vocational Training of the two specialties of Digital Pre-press and Commerce and Marketing. The project has been implemented in Italy. A total of 15 students have been sent to Italy to carry out internships at companies. Eleven of them have completed their mobility in the city of Barcellona Pozzo do Gotto (Messina) and 4 of them in Rimini. The duration of mobility has been 10 weeks.Out of the 11 students who have gone to Barcellona Pozzo do Gotto, 7 of them have done their internship from October to December 2015 and 4 students from April to June 2016. Out of the 4 students who have gone to Rimini, 3 of them have done their internship from October to December 2016 and one student from April to June 2017.For the organisation of the project, the school has had at its disposal a team of teachers and members of the management team determined to help in every possible way. In addition, IESAG has been assisted by Associazione Artistica Culturale ""A Rocca"" and Volontarimini in Italy. These organizations have helped IESAG in everything necessary for the organization of all aspects of the project. These organizations also have experience as a host organisation in the field of European projects, so they understand very well the needs of IESAG.Before the mobility period, the school has managed the necessary documents and has organised the preparation of the participants, as well as meetings to inform them of all the necessary aspects before carrying out the mobility. The school has also handled other issues such as insurance and has bought the flights of participants. The IESAG has at all times had direct control over the project and has carried out a continuous monitoring with the participants throughout the mobility. Both Associazione Artistica Culturale ""A Rocca"" and Volontarimini have assisted in the management of basic services such as accommodation and transport. They have also facilitated contact with host organisations where students have completed their internships. This project has allowed students to have practical experience at an international level. Nowadays, this experience considerably increases the possibilities of accessing the labor market and has also allowed students the opportunity to learn another language, an ability that is considered essential for employment. The main objective of the project has been to give students a beneficial experience that will help them in their personal and professional life in the future. Through this European experience and this period of training abroad, the participants have improved their professional profile and increased their skills at a personal level, which will enable them to achieve quality employment."

"In the project ""Skills per tutti"" will participate 20 students from Intermediate Vocational Training of Salesiano School San Juan Bosco of Moron de la Frontera, in two placements, one in the school year 2015-2016 and the other in the school year 2016-2017. The project will take place in the Province of Messina (Italy) where we have an intermediary partner and several host companies that will help in the implementation of the project. Our intermediary partner ""A Rocca"" is a nonprofit cultural association with extensive experience in the management of European programs and he will be responsible for the practical and cultural issues of the project, in addition to the development and monitoring of the training programs. The project includes also some host companies where the studedents will carry out the internship. The selected VET students will be in the second year of the Intermediate Training Cycles taught in our center: Business and Administrative Management.Students will have the opportunity to do an internship in Italian companies, selected by our partner in Italy, related to their professional profile that will be recognized as part of the Section of Training at Work Centers. The training in those companies will last two months; once completed the training on Italian soil it will be supplemented in Morón to add the number of hours marked on the design of each of the two training cycles. This experience in European companies will add value to the education of our students and will allow them: - To improve their levels of professional competence by completing the training received in our Center.- To enhance the employability of students of intermediate vocational training cycles facing the labor market.- To increase their language skills by learning English, besides starting with the Italian.- To gain in maturity and personal autonomy.- To improve their interpersonal skills and ability to work in groups.- To better their knowledge of European culture and labor market opportunities at European level.Among the main needs that we highlight in terms of our students are:- Lack of work experience; most are students have never worked.- Poor knowledge of languages; because of their level of education, they lack a high level of another language.- Personal development of the participants; they will won autonomy, increasing their self-esteem and confidence.- Be open to other cultures; most of the participants lack experience abroad.- Low valuation of vocational trainings. The Salesiano School San Juan Bosco of Morón has designed an evaluation plan for the results throughout the project and even steps have been taken to measure its long-term impact. It has also been established a strategy for disseminating the results so that the impact of the project is perceived by a large number of people and social partners to ensure the sustainability of the project results in the long run."

The IES Cartuja from Granada submitted this Erasmus+ project for the internships in companies of its students and for the Training of its teachers. The mobility of the teachers consisted in study visits in order to know how the “Dual Vocational Training” is working in other European Union countries. The teachers visited educational centres teaching Dual Vocational Training, where students develop their training: part of the time in the educational centre and part of the time in the companies. The Dual Vocational Training is developed in the IES Cartuja in an experimental way, additionally, the IES Cartuja is considered a reference school in the implementation of ICT technologies and it counts on several Prizes and Honour Mentions due to the development of National and European projects. Once that they have started to teach the Dual Vocational Training, the IES Cartuja wants to share its experience with schools of other European countries and get to know and learn from their experience too. The work fields of these visits included: getting to know and visit companies, training programmes, administrative management field, monitoring strategies, etc.The IES Cartuja is convinced that for the educational improvement it is essential the existence of proceedings of evaluation and dissemination of those experiences contributing to the acquisition of competences by the students. The project consisted of two flows of 6 teachers and professionals each and with the same duration of one week. The mobility period didn’t disturb the normal running of lessons in the IES, since in that period (May and June) an important number of students were carrying out the FCT so that it was easier to replace these teachers in that period. The two flows visited two very important European countries in terms of Dual Vocational Training, such as: England and Germany. The other project action has been aimed at students of Initial Vocational Training (FPGM) of the Administrative Management specialty and to students of Basic Vocational Training of Administrative Services from the IES Cartuja. The project was developed in Italy and Portugal. The IES Cartuja sent three flows: two flows of the Initial Vocational Training with a duration of 78 days each and one flow of Basic Vocational Training with a duration of 16 days. Regarding the Initial Vocational Training, the students of the first flow carried out their internships in the city of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto while the students of the second flow in the city of Palermo. Each Initial Vocational Training flow consisted of 4 students. The students of Basic Vocational Training carried out their internships in Portugal, in the city of Lisboa. This group consisted of 3 students and an accompanying teacher for a period of 16 days.Through this European experience and this period of training abroad, participants increased their professional experience, improved their professional, social and linguistic competences and multiplied their chances of accessing a quality job.
