These sectors or job areas are specifically the following:- Visual arts and design. - Administration and management. - Personal image. - Information technology and communications. - Hospitality and tourism. - Cultural and community services.Consortium members were able to note that this is the group with the biggest difficulties when it comes to entry into the workforce and presents a wide range of linguistic needs, to gain experience in their professional field, to complete their practical training, receiving career guidance, to expand ICT skills (except for the professional fields of computer and communication, etc.), of which this project is fully aware of.A greater level of detail, the most acute needs showing this population are:- Lack of professional experience related to your field. - Lack of linguistic knowledge of other European languages (not including Castilian and Galician). - Shortage of ICT practice (except for professional group of computer and communication), which hurts the competitiveness of graduates. - Little awareness of European citizenship and the workforce to compete in a global market. To achieve their general objective, LUCUSMUNDI project provides the 25 participants selected according to a public and transparent organization stays for performing professional quality practices in European companies for 3 month process, in the cities of Lisbon (Portugal), Florence (Italy), Vienna (Austria), Cork (Ireland) and Belfast (United Kingdom). In each of these cities, the Consortium counts on the collaboration of a set of intermediaries and host companies that consolidate the quality of the partnership and the partners own project. In addition, the following specific objectives are addressed:- To contribute through the development of innovative actions at European level to the improvement of the quality of academic training of participants. - To provide opportunities for increasing work experience, creating competent and prepared CVs for the current business demand. - To promote the learning of European languages in order to improve language skills among participants. - To promote entrepreneurship, stimulating local employment and contributing to the development of the business of the city of Lugo. - To create synergies between public and private actors of the city of Lugo (schools, public administrations and companies) to promote youth employment and education. - To assist in the implementation of the European objectives in education, certifying academic skills throughout the Community standard agreements (ECVET) and throughout the Community.Ultimately, LUCUSMUNDI project has the active participation of important agencies in training and employment in the city of Lugo and their own European destination cities, creating a solid partnership that will support participants at all times and whose actions will the sustainability of the results of the project and its impacts beyond their strict time limits.

This project is carried out and developed by IKASLAN, an association of public public vocational training centers in the Basque Country, with the financial and personal support of the vocational training vice-council of the Basque Government, to enable students of intermediate training cycles Professional and belonging to practically all the professional families that are taught in the CAV can make a stay in different European countries doing their mandatory training in work centers. It is a continuation of the projects that we carried out since 2002 in response to the demand of public vocational training centers. We must bear in mind that sometimes the complexity of carrying out these projects discourages small and even large centers, so we decided from IKASLAN to respond to that demand. Although they showed their willingness to take part in the program 59 vocational training centers, we have added one more center, in which despite the fact that the center's direction was reluctant to the program, the same students have urged them to request the take part in the consortium so we have reached the figure of 60 partners in the consortium. This makes management more difficult due to the volume of centers, but we believe that we offer a basic service to the centers. After a theoretical-practical training in the study center, they must carry out a module of Training in Work Centers for 12 weeks and 400 hours. This module is the one that through the ERASMUS + program, IKASLAN offers 90 young people from the three provinces so that it can be developed in any EU country. Thanks to this project we have managed to send 92 middle-grade scholars or different countries in Europe. We have tried to select students from different specialties, regardless of the demand we have tried to balance the cycles that have taken part in the project. This year we have carried out statistical studies on the scholarships granted. Thus, the number of people of the female gender has been 48% of the scholarship recipients, with what we are satisfied with in terms of gender equality. Do not neglect us as we would like to maintain or improve these percentages. Regarding the specialties, 27% of the fellows are from industrial sectors, as well as the health and community service branches, with 53% of the fellows reached by both. The rest of the specialties are distributed equally among the rest of the sectors such as Agraria and personal image. In these training modules the content of the practices in terms of tasks and skills acquisition, is designed following the guidelines set by the educational authorities and will be validated after its completion and subsequent certification of aptitude. Certified by EUROPASS and the same cycle title. These tasks are reflected in the basic curricular design of the specialty and module in question. From IKASLAN it is insisted that the work and training program for the scholarship recipients be the same as that received by the students who do their training in work centers in Spain.According to the profiles of each profession and language abilities, we send the students selected by the centers of the association. The hosting partners of the different countries receive two documents that refer to the content of the training and job description. In one of them, the competences that young people must acquire are specified and in the other there is a specific description of the tasks they must perform for the acquisition of said competences. This description of the tasks has proven to be much more useful than the CVs that We send the host partners because the simple description of the degrees often does not transmit anything to the host partner since that specialty does not exist in their country and they do not know how to interpret it, much less give it content. Each scholarship holder also has a practice book in which he points out the tasks that he develops daily and that will be useful for the evaluation in his own center as well. In addition, you must communicate according to a predetermined schedule with your tutor in Spain through the moodle platform implemented in all the centers of the network. The mobility programs complement the internationalization process that the public vocational training centers are currently developing. The most notable improvements in the students upon their return have been the social ones, that is to say, to increase their theoretical and practical knowledge in different measures, the tutors of the centers transmit to us that the scholars and scholarship holders have improved in their capacities of unwind, communication and maturity..

This project is carried out and developed by an association of vocational training centers from different points in Spain, which has created its consortium, to enable students in the middle cycle of Vocational Training and belonging to practically all the professional families that are taught in Spain can make a stay in different European countries by undertaking their compulsory training in work centers. This project arises as a response to the demand of small vocational training centers as they could not and did not have the means to cope with the demand for European practices that their students demanded. It should be noted that sometimes the complexity of the implementation of these projects discourages small and even large centers, so we decided to create this consortium and respond to that demand. After a theoretical and practical training in the center of studies, they must realize a module of Training in Work Centers of 12 weeks and 400 hours. This module is the one that through the program ERASMUS +, our consortium offers to 64 young people of different provinces so that it can be developed in any country of the EU.In these training modules, the content of the practices in terms of tasks and acquisition of skills, is designed following the guidelines set by the educational authorities and will be validated after completion and subsequent certification of aptitude. Certified by EUROPASS and the same title of the cycle. These tasks are reflected in the curricular design base of the specialty and module in question. The consortium insists that the program of work and training for scholarship recipients is the same as that received by students who carry out their training in work centers in Spain.According to the profiles of each profession and language skills we send the students selected by the association's centers. The host partners of the different countries receive two documents that refer to the content of the training and description of the job. One of them specifies the competences that young people must acquire and in the other there is a specific description of the tasks they must carry out to acquire these competences, this description of the tasks has proved to be much more useful than the CVs that We send to the host partners since the simple description of the degrees often does not transmit anything to the host partner since that specialty does not exist in your country and do not know how to interpret it, much less give content. Each scholarship holder also carries an internship book in which he indicates the tasks he develops daily and that will serve for the evaluation in his own center as well. You must also communicate according to a pre-set calendar with your tutor in Spain through the moodle platform implemented in all the centers of the network. We added to this project 25 trainers and managers of vocational training as we have already mentioned in the search for European integration and improvements in training.

The LOGRO-EUROPA project was born with the idea of reducing the pressing needs of the young population of Logroño in terms of lack of experience and job opportunities, with the main objective of promoting their employment through improving their personal development possibilities and their employability levels. To do this, the Logroño City Council created a Consortium consisting of three Vocational Training schools with extensive experience in mobility projects (IES Comercio, IES Batalla de Clavijo and IES La Laboral). The project has been aimed at 30 young people between the ages of 17 and 35 years old, students of a VET course in any of the centers that make up the Consortium, either to perform the FCT abroad in Europe or as recent graduates. The professional sectors to which the project has been directed have been:- management administration: 5 participants- chemistry laboratory: 4 participants- microcomputer systems and networks: 6 participants- assistance to people in need of care: 8 participants- commercial activities: 4 participants- graphics: 2 participants- laboratory operations: 1 participantThe 30 selected participants have received an online course in the language of their internship (English or Italian) or a Portuguese course in the hosting country, in the case of students who have been in Portugal. In addition, they have completed quality internships in European companies related to their field of study for 90 days.In each of the hosting countries, the consortium had the support of a set of intermediary partners that ensured the project quality: Amadeus in Vienna (Austria), AEF in Florence (Italy), Euroyouth in Lisbon (Portugal) and Intern Europe in Belfast (United Kingdom). In relation to the specific objectives, the project:- has enabled participants to complete the process of acquiring a training of quality and has promoted the realization of effective and specialized professional internships abroad,- has fought the lack of connection between the business and educational world and their respective needs, establishing bridges and synergies,- has provided participants with an opportunity to improve a second language with a stay abroad,- has ensured a better recognition of the competences acquired by the participants in their stays abroad- has developed the capacity of entrepreneurship in the participants to create more autonomous and sustainable societies,- has made young people aware of the opportunities offered by new sources of employment. The results have also been positive:- The 30 young people have acquired professional experience in their work sector,- they have acquired transversal competences (entrepreneurship, digital competences)- they have trained their personal skills (autonomy, sense of responsibility and communication skills, among others)- they have improved a second language (English) or they have learned a new one (Italian, Portuguese or even German)- they have enjoyed social and cultural experiences in a different environment from that of the mother country. Besides its own mobility, LOGRO-EUROPA, offers as additional value, comprehensive custom program employability pathways, making employment guidance services managed by local partners available to the participants upon their return. These results are directly impacting the participant and indirectly in Logroño and the surrounding area, contributing to social and economic development in the area of operation.
