The internships carried out within the project, in fact, have all been recognized as an alternation experience by the participating schools and have constituted a good practice, also at managerial and administrative level, for the alternation experiences in Italian companies.- in the same way the use of the ECVET instruments was further consolidated, with particular reference to the credit recognition process (in respect of the autonomy of the single schools) and of making the competences transparent in terms of UC and LO.- on the front of the participating students, as mentioned, very important progress was made in the area of transversal skills, on which a specific training action had been activated before the start (team building), ie:motivation, adaptability / problem solving, virtuous group dynamics, pro activity, communication skills and interaction in the workplace, self-esteem, creating relationships and integrating with the inhabitants of the different localities, mutual trust and fairness- in particular the ability to create relationships with the local context has undoubtedly favored the achievement of the last objective, namely that of increasing awareness of the sense of belonging to the European Union and of Europe as a common space within which to spend both as workers and entrepreneurs as citizens."

In fact, although Made in Italy is recognized internationally in the most diverse sectors, Italian SMEs are still among the least internationalized, both because of the limited economic and financial resources to be invested and due to an inadequate supply of trained and competent human capital .To this was added the need, shared by the national consortium of the project, to train young people who are able to face the challenges of the labor market and manage the professional and relational complexity of ""life in the company"".With the realization of the MOVE4TRADE 2 project, it was intended to contribute to responding to these needs, offering participants the opportunity to improve their employment potential through the acquisition of a set of skills useful to support business processes. internationalization of the companies in the territories involved thanks to a professionalising experience in various European destinations: UK (London and Bristol), Ireland (Tralee), France (Bordeaux), Germany (Leipzig), Spain (La Coruña and Valencia), Portugal (Lisbon and Braga), Netherlands (Amsterdam). The project, carried out between December 2018 and January 2020, was promoted by the Scaruffi-Levi-Tricolore Institute of Reggio Emilia, which established a national consortium distributed between the territories of Reggio Emilia, Arezzo, Siena, Grosseto and Verona, involving other 15 economic-commercial schools, local authorities, training agencies and representatives of the economic world. The participants involved, 132 students of the 4th year and 50 recent graduates, were able to carry out an experience of training and professionalizing mobility, respectively of 35 and 92 days, in international learning environments, which allowed them to equip themselves with a mix of interdisciplinary and interconnected skills: linguistic, communicative and relational soft skills, intercultural skills, e-skills and transversal managerial, managerial and organizational skills, but also specialized skills directly related to internationalization, such as knowledge and evaluation of foreign markets, the use of international contracts, the execution of customs and tax obligations, the strategic planning of foreign investments."
