Young people are present on social networks without knowing how to behave, what details about life they can share and with whom they can hang. With this training course we opened the topic, gave skills and knowledge to youth workers or leaders how to prevent young people from digital violence and how to raise awareness in their local community about this issue. It was a 5 days training course that gathered 30 youth workers and leaders from Europe. The main aim of the training was to gain skills and knowledge how to prevent young people from digital violence. The training was from the 23 rd of March till the 29th of March in Belgrade, Serbia. Countries that participated in project are: Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Albania, Russia, Romania, Lithuania, Turkey, Estonia, FYRO Macedonia, UK, Norway, Germany and Serbia.Methodology used in the training was based on non formal education. We believe that non formal methodologies will get people more interactive and give them space to express themselves. The variety of methods have been used such as team work, individual work, team building games, energizers, exercise, fish bowl, presentation and open discussions. Participants also could propose some activity if they think that can improve the joint work. Video as a way of rising awareness on digital violence was present to the participants and all of them were directly involved by making a short video during the training. Results that we wanted to reach and that have firstly impact on participants and their local communities were to raise awareness about digital violence and how to safe themselves. There will be 15 follow up-events in each organization. That will bring project to the communities and also involve community in first informing and then acting with the topic digital violence. On the international level with this training we fostered cooperation and brought an European dimension in a non EU country. 30 participants gained skills and knowledge how to work with young people under the topic digital violence and sent a message by video to the rest of Europe about what is digital violence and how to prevent.

A short description of the project activities: Main activity was mobility of youth workers, lasted 9 days. It was organized in town Sabac, Republic of Serbia. After return to their homes each partner participated in finalisation of the toolkit, manual and web site and participants organized different local initiatives in 7 countries involved in the project (Albania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Germany, Serbia, Italy and FYR Macedonia). These deliverables were produced and published: T-kit has been produced to help development of educational programmes for young people including those with fewer opportunities on the topic of competence development for professional future.Web site has been designed to collect and publish all the material produced during the main activity.Manual has been produced on how to make a herb spiral garden, green house and chemical free cosmetics. The impact on the target groups or other groups affected by the project: Partners believe that young people who participate in youth work activities and different type of non-formal learning gain various competences and skills. These competences help them in different aspects of their lives, professional and personal. The most vulnerable young people are often not easy to reach and to integrate into the community. They are facing a number of different insecurities in their lives at the same time, for example: unemployment, discrimination and isolation; or inadequate housing, and inconsistent education and training. Youth workers of all partners support young people, including those with fewer opportunities, in variety of types of youth work activities (workshops, voluntary work, training, leisure time activities, etc.) In partners’ individual work we recognized a variety of methods and tools to support young people’s learning for employment competence obtain and integration into community of youth with fewer opportunities. Employers in our countries value and seek to employ young people who possess different competences, skills and knowledge, for ex. communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, sense of initiative, and entrepreneurial skills, digital skills, etc. Young people and youth workers need to be more aware of the skills and competences they receive in non-formal learning and to be able to show them to local employers in each country when applying for a job. Project responded to clearly identified youth workers’ development needs and learning outcomes that were recognized by participated partners. While exploring the concept of social business participants were looking for the ways how to activate and integrate youth with fewer opportunities in the community life. Learning outcomes were shared widely with different bodies, institutions, organizations and public for further use.

Project consists of 3 main activities: a training course and 2 youth exchanges. Each activity will last 8 working days. Training will be hosted by Italian partner, 1st youth exchange will be hosted by German partner and 2nd youth exchange will be hosted by Serbian partner. Each youth exchange will be followed by local initiatives organized by young people. The project idea originates from Partner building activity held in Banja Luka (Bosnia) in July 2014. In project design workshop we spoke a lot about position of young people with fewer opportunities in the community life in order to increase their active role in the society. We followed to work on this project idea during a Seminar that took place in Oybin (Germany) in September 2014 where thisapplication form was finalised together with most of the partners. We are partners from 9 European countries and we are members of ORA network. ORA network has been registered in Germany. By this project we wanted to stimulate youth workers to develop knowledge, competences and skills for outreaching young people with fewer opportunities, to establish common standards in youth work among the partners and to inspire participants to takeactive role in organizing the initiatives. In order to better realize activities and to respond to needs of young people we conducted a need analysis at the beginning of the project implementation. On line questionnaire was prepared by the team of youth workers and promoted by all the partners aimed to reach as much as possible young people from their local communities. This helped us to prepare upcoming activities during the training course in Italy and to explore new field/s of intervention during exchanges. Workshops chosen were Gardening/Nutrition Education, Renewable Energy Sources, Environmental Educational Path, Sustainable Construction and Preparation of a mobile carrier for the Berlin Carnival. All the workshops were introduced and realised during the training course in Italy in order to prepare both organisers and operators to better develop the identified tools for the youth exchanges. In Oybin youth exchange (Germany) Gardening/Nutrition Education, Sustainable Construction andPreparation of a mobile carrier for the Berlin Carnival took place and in Krupanj (Serbia) Gardening /Nutrition Education, Renewable Energy Sources and Environmental Educational Path. The choice of where to realise the workshops was given by the peculiarity and characteristic of each local environment and context. Thanks to this project ORA Network included 92 persons among youth workers, youth leaders, young people aged between 18 and 30, trainers, experts and support staff. Most of the young people involved in the project came from conditions of exclusion because unemployed or with low level ofeducation or from difficult family contexts, etc. All the 15 partner organisations of ORA Network from 9 different European countries contributed in the project implementation.Partners continuously worked on building a stronger relationship in the field of youth work, on social inclusion and participation of young people. Sustainable development and environmental protection were innovative tools close to interests of young people to express their creativity and to be environmentally friendly at the same time. We consider these tools effective because they are easily understandable and working sessions were not only focusing on knowledge and skills but on fostering mutual understanding and changing the attitudes. The methodology used in the project was built entirely on non-formal methods: learning by doing, sharing, peer education, Observe Rethink Act. We consider these tools effective because they are easily understandable and working sessions (in TC so called Training Path and in YEs so called Workshops) will not only be focusing on knowledge and skills but on fostering mutual understanding and changing the attitudes. All the methods and tools were prepared and tested during the project implementation and partners prepared publication avaialble on internet and in hard copy for further use.The project had a very positive impact in each local community in terms of practical outcomes but also in the increasing number of young people engaged in activities which promote sustainable development and environmental protection as tools and integration of society’s most fragile members to contribute to the creation of sustainable communities. This impact was quite evident also in the communities and in the partner organisations that didn’t host activities. We are sure that in the long term perspective projects like this one will contribute to national and international policyreforms and will have a systematic impact on education, training and youth.Partner countries: Italy, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, UK, Belgium, Albania and Germany."

At these project actions realties of inhabitant’s are difficult. The rate of unemployment is more than 50%. A high rate of people is from a foreign background. Volunteers where supporting art and culture methodology project activities, escorted our youth exchanges and had took part at the activities on our public events and of in youth centres, family centres as well as youth participation offices in the quarter.Volunteers had using culture and art as way of communication and expressing opinion, help to develop idea in to the project, create initiative and give information to young people about current and future project and also about Erasmus+ and EVS project possibilities. Main topics of this project action were antidiscrimination, solidarity, tolerance mutual understanding, youth participation and participation in general, social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities from our district, political education, especially topics of democracy, anti racism and social exclusion. We were also focused to encourage our volunteers to find their place in the team. In one hand we wanted that volunteers support our daily work but on the other hand we want them to fulfil them self and their own ideas. Participants of both project actions had local language classes. This was helping them to integrate more in to the community as well as to improve their level of German language and communicate on it with project actions target groups (young people who are using services of youth and family centres as well as the pedagogical staff persons involved in work of HOs).At these project actions we wanted to raise importance of intercultural dialogue among youth, promote European values, European citizenship and mobility possibilities among youngsters in Germany and wider.
