    Context:- There has been a long lasting cooperation between UAH and UNS (Serbia) for more than 17 years, and with SPBU (Russia) for more than 12 years, within the university network “Campus-Europae” (now named EUF – European University Foundation), with exchange of students and excellent academic contacts established during those periods, particularly in the areas of Engineering and Architecture with UNS, and Humanities with SPBU.- There has been also many previous collaborations with the university HSE in Moscow in the area of Economics.- There has been an intensive cooperation between the Faculty of Economics in UAH and the Georgian universities of this project during the last years, with the objective of creating a double degree in Master level with some of them.- UAH has collaborated recently with the universities in Armenia and Azerbaijan, in projects of Capacity Building.- UAH has also good previous relations the university UAE in Morocco, with frequent exchange of teachers.- UAH maintains relations with the university UNB in Canada since long ago in the areas of engineering and computing, and with the 3 Israeli universities in this project.Objectives:- To increase, diversify and intensify cooperation between the universities, by giving students and staff members an opportunity to take part in a financed mobility.- To establish common programmes for longer term and to create mobility windows for students between the study programs where student exchanges are most intense.- To intensify academic contacts via staff exchanges and therefore foster exchange of knowledge and experience between both institutions.- To provide realistic venues for extended collaborative initiatives, like Capacity Building projects, research academic cooperation and any other ideas/initiatives that both sides are willing to work on.Type/profile of participants:- Students of Bachelor, Master and PhD levels in the area of Economics&Business with the Georgian universities, and in multiple study areas with the other partner universities.- Academic and administrative staff in any study area.Activities realized:- Mobilities with 25 universities of 9 countries, realized mainly during the academic course 2019-20, before the crisis of Covid-19 in March-2020. Only a few mobilities were realized in academic year 2020-21.- Mobilities for students with 5 months, which have been realized mainly during the 2 semesters of academic year 2019/20.- Mobilities for staff with 5 days duration and 2 days for travel, in any moment of the academic year, mainly from September-2019 until March-2020.- Promotional activities (info days, presentations of Erasmus+, sessions where students presented home their university, promotion of Erasmus+ exchange possibilities beyond the EU countries).Results and impact:- 99 mobilities successfully carried out, out of 152 available (65%).- 43 mobilities initially accepted were finally cancelled due to Covid-19. Before Covid we had a total of 142 participants (93% of available ones, and we expected to reach 100%).- Staff mobilities: 2 (Serbia) + 4 (Georgia) + 2 (Russia) + 2 (Armenia) + 1 (Azerbaijan) + 3 (Israel) + 2 (UAH) = 16 altogether.- Student mobilities: 8 (Serbia) + 8 (Russia) + 9 (Georgia) + 9 (Armenia) + 9 (Azerbaijan) + 4 (Morocco) + 4 (Belarus) + 3 (Canada) + 3 (Israel) + 26 (UAH) = 83 altogether.- Internal procedures were improved for internal administrative management of the KA107 and force majeure situations, which allows them to be now much more efficient.- A new excellent online platform has been developed and improved, where all mobile participants can be registered together with their main mobility documents.- Participation in events organised by the Erasmus+ National Agency has produced a considerable expansion of cooperation beyond the EU.- Capacity Building initiatives have become considerably more visible and have been activated largely (several applications for call 2019 with UAH as a partner institution), and there are intentions to prepare and submit new CB projects for the following call.Long term benefits:- Continuation of existing and newly established contacts between UAH and the partner universities, with academics highly motivated in widening and diversifying cooperation patterns.- Increasing interest from the UAH academic staff to cooperate beyond the EU and to open ever new ways and patterns for this cooperation, and not only with the countries of this project.- Realistic and stable venue for the staff of the 26 partner universities to increase cooperation with Spain and Europe.- Concrete negotiations and in-depth analysis of the possibilities to establish some common degrees with results that will be visible soon.
