"The Erasmus+ Guide in its description of the mobility action points out that the objective of this action is to contribute to establishing EEA as well as strengthening the link between education and research and fostering the critical thinking skills of students from all disciplinesand at all levels.This goal harmonizes with AMU New Vision for years 2020-2030 which defines that AMU has the ambition of achieving high position among European academic centres in research, teaching and knowledge transfer actively joining international cooperation networks and attracting students from Poland, Europe and all over the world. AMU wants to attract students with its study programs and the quality of education. The mission and vision shows that the intention of AMU is to conclude significant agreements, contracts and cooperation between employees/students and academic communities from all over the world in the context of scholarship travels, exchange of researchers.AMU has taken up the challenge of expanding mobility with Partner Countries. Currently, AMU has over 1300 agreements with 389 foreign partners. It offers nearly 320 modules in congress languages, which in previous years benefited approximately 900 students/year, including over 500 foreign students staying at AMU under the Erasmus+ (KA103, KA107) and bilateral agreements. In the reported period 75 people benefited from Erasmus+ KA107: 30 students and 45 staff of AMU and Partner Universities: 27 students were incoming students (who came from partner country to UAM) and 3 students were outgoing students (from AMU to partner countries). When it comes to staff exchange, there was a balance in mobility: 24 staff workers came to UAM and 21 AMU employees visited partner countries. 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle students took advantage of SMS/SMP mobility, while staff members were mobile within the framework of STT, STA mobilities. On the basis of the recruitment data, it is visible that the final figures would have been much higher had it not been for the covid-19 pandemic situation.Description of implemented activities:Project activities focus on both the pre-mobility stage (""Pre-mobility"" - e.g.: establishing work stages and tasks; establishing rules and regulations for the exchange; establishing the distribution of financial resources for the tasks) and during mobility stage (""During mobility - e.g: Orientation Week for incoming students; ensuring quality educational services; integration activities; preparing and issuing appropriate documents confirming the mobility). Furtheremore a number of specific measures were taken in order to ensure the management of crisis situation related to the pandemic (preparation of student residences for functioning during the pandemic; outlining paths of action for foreigners in the case of infection/contact with an infected person; co-organisation of departures and arrivals, e.g. within the framework of cooperation with diplomatic representations; organisation of the didactic process under pandemic conditions).The selection process of mobility participants is conducted in accordance with the university's ""Principles of recruitment for mobility within the Erasmus+ programme"" available at the AMU website. There were no students and staff with special needs. The gender profile indicates a balance: 50.7% of participants were women and 49.3% were men. Results and Impact:Participation in SMS has a positive impact on the gain of competences, knowledge and skills. The experience gained should translate into a better position on the national/international labour market. This is in line with the objectives of the programme set out in Guide 2021 on ""employability, social inclusion, civic engagement"". Soft competences have been enriched through mobility. Particularly important are those that facilitate finding one's way in the labour market. Students pointed out to such elements as better planning and organising of tasks, developing ideas and putting them into practice or finding solutions in difficult situations. It is worth mentioning that these competences are particularly sought after by employers. Students emphasised that mobility facilitated perceiving the values of other cultures and tolerance, and at the same time made them feel ""more European"". As for staff mobility, the following were pointed out: language skills improvement and strengthening of professional contacts. AMU staff highlighted that they had increased their job satisfaction through the trips.Dissemination of results:The universities participating in the mobilities undertook activities aimed at achieving the objectives of the project anddissemination of its results. The most important include:- dissemination of information about the programme on the university website and social media;- meetings promoting the idea of mobility (for all interested groups);- regular meetings with students and staff;- information in university magazines;- exhibitions."

"Cele projektu: Przewodnik po programie Erasmus+ w opisie mobilności osób uczących się i kadry wskazuje na możliwości podjęcia nauki lub zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego w innym kraju przez studentów, absolwentów oraz pracowników uczelni. Cel ten współgra z Wizją UAM, przyjętą na lata 2009-2019, która wskazuje, że Uniwersytet podejmuje światowe wyzwania, wielkie projekty i wspólne inicjatywy z największymi ośrodkami akademickimi na świecie, a dążeniem Uczelni jest szczególna otwartość na wszelkie innowacje naukowo-badawcze, dydaktyczne i organizacyjne. Opracowana nowa Wizja Uczelni zakłada, że UAM osiągnie wysoką pozycję wśród europejskich ośrodków akademickich w badaniach, nauczaniu i transferze wiedzy, aktywnie włączając się w międzynarodowe sieci współpracy oraz że będzie prowadził z innymi ośrodkami w kraju i za granicą interdyscyplinarne badania naukowe o kluczowym znaczeniu dla dobra i rozwoju ludzkości. UAM podjął wyzwania poszerzenia mobilności także z państwami partnerskimi. Obecnie posiada 929 umów z 389 partnerami zagranicznymi. Oferuje blisko 320 modułów (przedmiotów) w j.kongresowych, z których skorzystało ponad 900 studentów, w tym ponad 500 zagranicznych przebywających na UAM w ramach programu Erasmus+ i umów bilateralnych.W raportowanym okresie z możliwości mobilnościowych skorzystało 731 osób: 592 studentów oraz 139 pracowników Uniwersytetu. Studenci I, II st. studiów oraz absolwenci, wyjeżdżali - odpowiednio - na studia i/lub praktyki, a pracownicy UAM realizowali mobilności w ramach wyjazdów STT i STA. Opis zrealizowanych działań: Działania związane z projektem występują na etapie zarówno przed rozpoczęciem mobilności (""Pre-mobility"": np. spotkanie robocze; ustalenie etapów pracy i zadań; ustalenie podziału środków finansowych na realizację zadań) oraz w trakcie mobilności (np.: 2xOrientation Week dla studentów przyjezdnych; zapewnienie wysokiej jakości usług edukacyjnych; działania zmierzające do integracji studentów ze środowiskiem akademickim i lokalnym, współpracę z Urzędem Miasta Poznania, działalność ESN Poznań; przygotowanie i wydanie odpowiednich dokumentów potwierdzających odbycie mobilności). Proces wyboru uczestników mobilności jest prowadzony - odpowiednio - zgodnie z uczelnianymi „Zasadami rekrutacji studentów na wyjazdy w ramach programu Erasmus+” oraz „Zasadami rekrutacji na wyjazdy kadry akademickiej” dostępnymi na stronie internetowej UAM. Organem kwalifikującym na poziomie Wydziałów są Wydziałowe Komisje Rekrutacyjne, powoływane przez Dziekana Wydziału. Szczegółowe kryteria rekrutacji są opracowywane na poszczególnych Wydziałach, co odpowiada specyfice mobilności prowadzonej przez daną jednostkę. Przykładowe kryteria rekrutacji studentów obejmują: wysoką średnią ocen z semestrów/lat studiów poprzedzający wyjazd; dobrą lub bardzo dobrą znajomość języka obcego, w którym odbywać się będą zajęcia na uczelni partnerskiej (preferowane certyfikaty lub zaświadczenia potwierdzające poziom znajomości języka obcego); działalność w: kołach naukowych, organizacjach studenckich, sekcjach sportowych; uczestnictwo w konferencjach; publikacje; nagrody i wyróżnienia otrzymane w toku studiów; inna aktywność akademicka oraz silna motywacja wzięcia udziału w wymianie i wysoka kultura osobista, zapewniające godne reprezentowanie UAM. Wśród przykładowych kryteriów kwalifikacji pracowników należy wymienić m.in. kryteria jakościowe: zaangażowanie kandydata w proces internacjonalizacji UAM; znajomość języka obcego koniecznego do skorzystania z wyjazdu zagranicznego; uzasadnienie zasadności wyjazdu dla procesu internacjonalizacji UAM; wcześniejszy udział w programie. Ocena znajomości języka obcego odbywa się poprzez formularz samooceny. Rezultaty i oddziaływanie: Udział w mobilności dla studentów I i II st. pozytywnie wpływa przyrost ich kompetencji, wiedzy i umiejętności. Zdobyte doświadczenie powinno przełożyć się na lepszą pozycję na lokalnym, regionalnym, krajowym oraz międzynarodowym rynku pracy. Prace badawcze w zagranicznym ośrodku powinny zaowocować innowacyjnymi propozycjami prac dyplomowych - w odniesieniu do studentów, oraz możliwościami składania wniosków grantowych dla pracowników. W ramach mobilności studentów oraz pracowników i nauczycieli akademickich znacznemu wzbogaceniu ulegną kompetencje miękkie. "The idea of the project was born as a result of the observations: It resulted from the situation of the young Europeans, especially related to their position on the labour market and their attitude towards the European project. Secondly, it came out of the economic crisis and the current post-crisis reality that changed the reality in the EU drastically, creating political and economic instability being an experience of millions of Europeans. Finally, it was a product on reflection on “Agenda 2020”, especially with respect to the economic development aims combined with the social orientation, as well as its national and regional emanations. All the aims, activities and preparations did result from those three elements and in each piece correspond to them. Activities implementation allowed to solve most of the issues and this is why this subject was of primary importance for the citizens of the European Union.Planned activities were properly adjusted to the designed objectives. All planned activities were realistically prepared and were entirely implementable having in mind human and material resources of the applying institution. All the planned events, as well as the way of their dissemination actions, were based on the previous experience and similar types of activities tested in the academic and non-academic environment. The main planned activities of the EU DYNAMICUS included:1. Teaching: seminars on “Entrepreneurship and employment in international business” , “International determinants of Polish socio-economic development”, “Process of economic globalization and regionalization”, “Multiculturalism in business practice”, “Innovation and creative thinking in European Union markets”, and “Cities in Europe as a Source of Economic Growth and Social Policy”. All were to be open to the wider academic audience, conducted in the form of classic academic classes, as well as practically oriented workshops, they were to be innovatively structured as normal sessions but also offered the blended learning form. 2. Deliverables: EU DYNAMICUS Web page, EU DYNAMICUS Leaflet, EU DYNAMICUS Bulletins, 3. Research: research process resulting in the book “Getting Europe back to work. Crisis (re)production and crisis overcoming in Europe”. The book was to be released as an English-language publication of 500 copies. The book was expected to have 150-200 pages and was to be made available online with open access. It was to summarize research on the issues and creating study materials for the students of our school but also of other universities.4. Events: plenary conference panels were to be organized in three following years: “European Union and its economy in the post crises environment”, “Social Europe and economic growth – towards functional and normative dimensions”, “Young Europeans, entrepreneurship and innovations – the future of the EU’s sustainable development?”; three annual sets of study visits were to be organized on “What should citizens know about social dimension of the economic development in the European Union?"" They were to include guest lecturers in secondary schools."
