The European 2020 Strategy mentions the promotion of transnational cooperation as an objective of internationalization in the field of higher education and the improvement of quality in educational institutions. In this context, as stated in the Internationalization Strategy of our university; on-site internationalization and cross-border internationalization activities. Exchange programmes are the core of this strategy. In addition to quantitative progress, qualitative factors are also important in our internationalization activities. Within the Project period from 1 st of June 2017 to 31 st of May 2019 totally 143 mobilities were pğerformed. Summary the mobilities ; 15 staff ( 9 Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA) 6 Staff Mobility for Training (STT) and 128 student mobility (92 Student Mobility for Studies (SMS) and 36 Student Mobility for Placement (SMP) We performed all these mobilities with 74 university partners from 20 different EU countries totally among 178 study area and departments. Learning and Placement Mobilities have been realized in excess of the targeted number of students with the budget allocated to us. In this way, the mobilities among the students within the institution of the project were realized. During this project period, the number of partners targeted at the beginning of the project was reached quantitatively and the country reached the quality in terms of diversity.

The proposed project context consist of staff mobility bewteen programme and partner countries under International Credit Mobility. The project period was 26 months between 1 st June 2017 to 31 st July 2019, 26 . Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey and Sfax University, Tunusia worked as partners on both sides, MCBU as leading partner. The project partnership was based on Olives Production and Food Engineering about Olive products, which is a common interest areas at both universities. Two mobilities for staff tarining and one staff mobility for teaching were completed as outgoing mobility from Manisa Celal Bayar University, thus a total of 3 mobilities were realized. The teaching staff from the food engineering performed a seminar for at least 8 hours on the contents related to food engineering department at Manisa Celal Bayar University. The training mobility beneficiaries received information on olive products and food processing, marketing etc. in Tunusia and the activities and actions of Sfax University in related market. Mobilities were realized between the dates of 30 April 5 th of May 2018. Just after the mobilities done, the participants finished the beneficiary report from the link they were sent. No specific problem was mentioned in the reports. The mobilities were successfully completed. The objective of empowering and enlarging the collaboration with this university was reached in 2019 . Manisa Celal Bayar University applied for ICM programme grants with more departments and study area included. The future collaboration was ensured.

Proje süresince Öğrenci,personel hareketlilikleri gerçekleştirilmiş olup, programa talep ve katılım diğer yıllara oranla oldukça fazla olmuştur.Şubat 2016 son başvuru tarihi ile birlikte başvurusu yapılmış ve onaylanmış olan proje 1 Haziran 2016-31 Mayıs 2018 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Yükseköğrenim KA1 Bireylerin Öğrenme Hareketliliği Projesi kapsamında Öğrenci Öğrenim, Staj ve Personel Ders verme ve Eğitim Alma hareketliliklerinin verimli bir şekilde ve herkese ulaşılabilir olacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir.Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliklerin tarafımıza tahsis edilen bütçe ile hedeflenen öğrenci sayısının üstünde hareketlilik gerçekleştirilmiştir. Böylelikle projenin kurum içinde öğrenciler arasında hareketliliğin yaygınlaştırılması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu proje döneminde projenin başında hedeflenen ortak sayısına nicelik olarak ulaşılmıştır ve ülke farklılığa bakımından da nitelik olarak ulaşılmıştır. Öte yandan dil desteği sayesinde öğrencilerin İngilizce dışında bir başka AB diline olan ilgileri artırılmıştır. İnternet sayfasında bulunan bilgi paketinin içerdiği bilgiler geliştirilmiştir ve gelen öğrenci ve personelin ihtiyacına cevap verecek şekilde yeniden düzenlenmiştir.İlgili proje döneminde kalan hibe ödemeleri için gerekli evraklar ve nihai raporun yanı sıra öğrenciler için OLS 2. sınavının tamamlanması da şart koşulmuştur. Diğer projelerin geliştirilmesi için bu proje öğretici ve etkili olmuştur. Hareketlilikler, kurumlar arası deneyim aktarımını ve gelecek dönem için iyileştirilmelerin artırılmasını sağlamaktadır. Hareketliliğin giden tarafındaki katılımcıların uluslararasılaşma konusunda farkındalığının arttığı ve katılımcılar etrafındakileri de etkileyerek programın yaygınlaşmasını sağladığı gözlenmiştir. Hareketliliğin gelen tarafı yeni uygulama örneklerini inceleme ve mukayese etme fırsatı bulmaktadır. Bu da hem kurumlar arası hem de o kurumların bulunduğu ülkeler arası ilişki, anlayış ve işbirliği olanaklarını geliştirmektedir. Proje dönemi içinde yer alan partnerlere ek olarak yeni partner arayışında bulunularak çeşitli fuar katılımları (EAIE, ERACON, EURIE vb.) gerçekleştirilmiştir. Partnerlerle iyi bir diyalog sağlanabilmesi için düzenli olarak her 3-6 ayda bir news-letter atılmıştır ve gelen/giden öğrenci ve personelin ihtiyaç ve yönlendirmeleri doğrultusunda bazı okullarda bölüm anlaşmaları arttırılmıştır. Sözleşme tutarlarına belirtilen hareketlilik sayıları ile gerçekleştirilen hareketlilik sayıları her hareketlilik için arttırılmıştır.Proje etkileri bakımından üniversitemizde Erasmus Plus Programının tanınırlığı artmış, öğrenci ve personel başvurularında bir önceki yıla oranla artış yaşanmıştır. Programın yürütülmesinde kalite standartları artırılmıştır. Hareketliliğe dahil olan personellerimiz ikili işbirliklerinin artırılmasında katkıda bulunmuştur. Uzun dönemde hem ikili anlaşmaların artırılması hem de programın kalitesinin artırılması hedeflenmektedir. Gelen öğrenci sayılarındaki artış bunun bir göstergesidir. Gelen öğrencilere/personele ve giden öğrenci/personele sunulan hizmetler ve yönlendirmeler ofis desteği artırılarak sürdürülecektir.
