As the follow up of this session, our participant from Belarus initiated a collection of initiatives of WomInPower. In the beginning, it was just an initiative, but out of it already, few project ideas were born and applied (in Greece and Hungary). This is the third project based on the online brainstorming and idea collection of WomInPower. After sharing the draft project idea in the ""AnOther Peace"" group, many of our partners/colleagues saw the idea as very relevant and productive. Moreover, they expressed a significant need and motivation to participate in the project activities. The partners from Luxembourg, Armenia, Belarus and Germany created the outlines of the LTTC and attracted organisations from Italy and Portugal. In different countries the situation changes. Despite there is no country where the situation can be considered ideal to this extent, history proves that there are tools that can empower women. We understood that empowerment should be on different levels: at the individual level, to support the creation of their autonomy and economic independence, and on the social level, to promote their equal access to political, social power and the power enabling the forming of opinion. We were sure that the youth workers should start the process of empowerment and our project idea was to support them in this. After all discussions, we formulated our aim to create awareness regarding issues faced by women entrepreneurs and suggest ways to address these challenges. Accordingly, the objectives of the project were: - To promote women entrepreneurship as a tool for economic independence and gender equality; - To maintain the importance of initiatives for developing projects out of dreams; - To encourage youth workers to promote the idea of women entrepreneurship; - To equip youth educators with knowledge and skills necessary to train business planning and implementation tools. The project meets the following objectives of the KA1 activities in the field of youth work: - improve the level of key competencies and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, as well as to promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labour market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity; - foster quality improvements in youth work, in particular through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field and/or other stakeholders; - enhance the international dimension of youth activities and enhance the capacity of youth workers and organisations in their support for young people in complementarity with the European Union's external action, in particular through the promotion of mobility and cooperation between stakeholders from Programme and Partner Countries and international organisations.<< Implementation >>The project initially had three phases: The first residential meeting - training course was implemented in Luxembourg, Luxembourg, on the 23 of November- the 02 of December 2019. ""Homework"" part of the project that was implemented in the countries of the partners involved in the project. It was a period when participants implemented local activities connected with the topic of the project or started to work on their projects/or businesses. The projects were planned with the help of trainers. The second residential meeting–evaluation seminar was implemented in Yerevan, Armenia, from 2 to the 09 of October 2021. After implementing the local actions, this activity brought together participants to share the results of their experience and publish a manual for potential woman entrepreneurs to encourage and equip them professionally. The second meeting was planned to be held in April of 2020 in Armenia, but it was postponed several times because of pandemics. The project's implementation period was extended several times to avoid losing connection with the participants and keep the spirit created during the training. The trainers organised several online meetings with the group and individual ones with participants who needed more support. The first online meeting took place in spring 2020 when the evaluation meeting supposes to take place during the strictest lockdown. The next meetings were initiated by the participants and were facilitated by the team. Also, participants were very active in the project's social media groups. They were sharing their success stories and motivating each other. The Covid-19 pandemics generally influenced the project, especially the homework and evaluation meeting. Although due to the excellent cooperation of partner organisations and motivated participants, all parts were successfully implemented. The project gathered partners from 9 Program and Partner countries (Luxembourg, Armenia, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Italy, Portugal, UK and Belarus) interested in promoting young women entrepreneurship by empowering youth workers from different countries with project development and implementation competencies. The training aimed to promote gender equality, and women's economic independence gathered 30 youth leaders and workers from the countries mentioned. During the activity, participants generated social and entrepreneurial initiatives. As an outcome of the project, the team and the participants in smaller groups were developed projects with desired results, specific and measurable goals, action plans and budget as an educational model. Local initiatives followed this. The Evaluation meeting had 29 participants (because of pandemics, we had one participant less than planned). Some of them were newcomers, and some were from the first part. Dissemination of results was done via social media pages of partners and participants, local media, mailing lists, partners' networks etc. As a continuation, new projects based on women entrepreneurship promotion to apply under Erasmus + Programme in cooperation with promoters of this and other similar projects (a KA2 was developed with the ALA's Luxembourgish partner organisation FSL and was approved by the Luxembourgish NA Anefore and another KA1 is ready to apply to Latvian NA in 2022).<< Results >>The qualitative assessment with an evaluation form at the end of 2 residential meetings of the project showed that the main objectives set initially for the project can be considered to be gained. Particularly, the creation of the ebook and the network were highly appreciated by the participants to exchange best practices and mutual solidarity. Participants' planned and implemented local follow-up projects were another indicator of involvement and choice of learning methodologies. In the practical phase, most of them organized local art initiatives to make young women in their communities feel more involved in the business life of society. Participants were more convenient at the end of the project to organize more initiatives supporting the social and entrepreneurial skills of young women in their communities. During two residential activities and three online meetings, participants learned and shared knowledge and stories about the topic. On the personal level - participants changed their attitude first of all towards themselves, knowing that they're the ones who are well equipped with the skills to involve young women in their activities and motivate them. While the project aimed to make the participants multipliers of the ideas promoted by the project, we also find the ebook important. As a result of our project, most of the participants had great professional and personal achievements even during the pandemics. Participants from Latvia started a new carrier and published a book about a healthy lifestyle. Participants from Portugal crate a campaign on the importance of women's economic independence with the help of the creative industry and art. Participants from Georgia established an NGO. Two participants from Belarus created new projects and established businesses. All participants had great achievements also with the help of the project's team. The ebook (is attached to the report) contains recommendations, inspirational stories, and experiences to encourage more youth workers to be interested in the topic and integrate new tools into their professional lives."
