The project is part of the Erasmus+ program, key Action 1- Learning Mobility for Individuals;Type of action: Mobility of learners and staff;Beneficiary organization: Valahia University of Targoviste (UVT)Place: at Valahia University of Targoviste headquarters and at the offices of the partner universities;Project's theme: realization of Erasmus Mobilities for the students and staff from Valahia University of Targoviste.Project's objectives: realization of 39 studentsʼ mobilities for study (SMS),35 mobilities for teaching (STA) and 8 mobilities for staff training (STT), in total 82 persons.Project's duration: 16 months (01.06.2015-30.09.2016)The parteners involved are universities from: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Turkey.The number of participants involved in mobility activities was: 37 students (SMS), 40 teachers (STA) and 4 staff mobilities (STT), achieving a total of 81 persons.Under the project were carried out various activities. In order to ensure an appropriate framework to realize the mobilities, were renewed the Erasmus interuniversity agreements with the partner universities. At the same time, the grants’potential beneficiaries were informed in advance about the mobilities offer by promoting it on UVT website, displaying on the faculties notice boards and through meetings organised by the Erasmus Office.The selection contest for students and teaching staff was organized, correctly and transparently, by the Erasmus Office, supported by the Erasmus responsibles from the faculties.In order to ensure a smooth progress of mobilities for students and teachers, the staff of the Erasmus Office initiated the communication with the partner universities and oversaw a serie of activities: preparation of necessary documents for students’ registration at the host University before deadline, preparing Learning Agreement/MobilityAgreement for participants and sending them to partners, made the grants calculation and the draft of financial contracts, made the payment of the grants on time, before departure in mobility, the allocation of OLS tests and licenses and tracking their use.Also, Erasmus Office and members of the UVT staff have been busy monitoring participants during and upon returning from mobility by correspondence, activity reports, visits, etc.After the studentsʼ return from the mobility, the facultiesʼ secretarial office recognizes the results obtained at the host university (grades and ECTS credits) based on the Transcript of Records issued by the partners, in accordance with the regulations approved by the uiversityʼs Senate.In order to promote the program among some potential new candidates, the Erasmus Office + encouraged/organized the dissemination of the participantsʼ experiences in mobilities, through direct communication, in the context of formal and informal meetings, Facebook, media, Erasmus Open Doors, etc.Expected results and impact:- The realization of the proposed number of mobilities in the contract signed with ANPCDEFP.- The increasing of the participantsʼ number to the Erasmus program in future years, due to the impact created by the dissemination's results .- The increasing number of graduates from Valahia University of Targoviste integrated on the Romanian and European labor market, due to the occupational competences and skills acquired during the mobility period.- Improving and modernizing the teaching techniques and curriculum, through the teachers participating in the program.

Resigning some Erasmus+ inter-university agreements with universities already partners and signing Erasmus+ inter-university agreements with new partners.2. Promoting the available mobilities for students and staff on the universityʼs web site, displaying the information to the faculties and through meetings organized by the Erasmus Office, including Erasmus Open Doors.3. Organizing the selection Contest for students and teachers, correctly and transparently, by the Erasmus Office with the support of the facultiesʼ Erasmusresponsibles.4. Organization of the mobilities for students and staff: correspondence with the partner universities, preparing the documents necessary to mobilities’ organization: forms, Learning Agreement/ Mobility Agreement, financial contracts, bank transfers made in time, before the departure in the mobility, the allocation of OLS tests and licenses and tracking their usage.5. Monitoring the participants through correspondence, reports, monitoring visits, etc.6. Recognition and validation of the results obtained at the host university (grades and ECTS credits) based on the Transcript of Records issued by the partners, in accordance with the regulations approved by the uiversityʼs Senate.7. Dissemination of the participantsʼ experiences in mobility, through direct communication in the context of formal and informal meetings, Facebook, media, etc.Expected results and impact:- The achievement of the objectives assumed by signing the financial contract with ANPCDEFP, regarding the number of the participants, following the Erasmus+ program’s rules, compliance with the Erasmus University Charter principles, etc.- The increasing and diversifying the participantsʼ number to the Erasmus program in future years, due to the impact created by the dissemination's results .- The increasing number of graduates from the Valahia University of Targoviste integrated on the labor market (internal and international), also due to occupational competences and skills acquired during to the mobility period.- Improving and modernizing the teaching techniques and curriculum, through the teachers participating in the program.
