Since the number of illicit drug classes is growing exponentially over time, the current challenge is no longer to search substances during an investigation, but rather to provide a sort of preliminary identification of the substance as illicit, i.e., to tag it as such, especially when it is a new type of drug. Today several instruments equipped with up-to-date libraries allow for the rapid identification of drugs of abuse. However, this approach suffers from four main problems: 1) The instruments libraries are not updated regularly; 2) The instruments do not easily overcome the matrix effect; 3) NPSs are trafficked and sold in smaller doses, making their detection and identification more difficult; 4) Routine methods of analysis during forensic analysis are no longer effective in screening drugs of abuse, the parent drugs but also their metabolites, due to the lack of structural information and commercial reference materials. NARCOSIS (Non-tArgeted foRensic multidisCiplinary platfOrm for inveStigatIon of drug-related fatalitieS) will provide a set of features for fast, robust, and reliable multidisciplinary approach to harmonise forensic investigations by means of an up-to-date and updateable diagnostic platform with the following key features: 1) A set of selected orthogonal instruments operable both on-site and in laboratories (Raman/SERS, IR, HSI, HRMS) will be adapted to be used with the NARCOSIS platform; 2) Build a comparable and shareable (cross-organisation) reference spectra (meta-spectra) database for faster detection and identification of drugs of abuse; 3) Create an AI-assisted spectra management and integration toolkit for analytical measurements to support the EU Early Warning System to rapidly detect, assess and respond to NPS.

Today it is possible a new convergence between ecology, economy, new digital technologies, expectations, and social and cultural needs. Green economy and sharing economy, smart cities, and resilient cities. Until now the ways and consequences of energy substances derived from oil and from the irreversible production of material and energy waste are prevalent, the circular economy is proposed as a resilient economic system, designed and managed in order to improve the reproducibility and availability of natural resources. In 2019, the European Commission adopted a report on its action plan for the circular economy, to stimulate the transition to the circular economy. Nevertheless, much still needs to be done to enhance action at the national and global level, finding the missing link and achieving the competitive advantage that the economy circulates to EU businesses. It is, therefore, necessary to move to an overview of the supply chains that allow the reprogramming of the current methods of product design and development, management of raw materials and energy resources and end-of-life products. The principles behind the economy are first of all a cultural achievement. For example, while Germany recycles 60% of the waste, the Czech Republic does it only for 30%. A huge obstacle to thedevelopment of the circular economy future in Europe is, therefore, a cultural approach. Therefore the present project proposal arises from the need to implement an international collaboration on the circular economy sector, through the composition of a European partnership, composed by subjects with different experiences in the field of training, awareness, and scientific dissemination. The project intends to promote the exchange of good practices addressed to stakeholders as institutions for investments, companies, public bodies, and citizens interested in the topic. THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING, SEMINAR AND CYCLES OF MEETINGS DESIGNED FOR EACH OF THE TARGETS IDENTIFIED AND TO DO AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.From this process, the project intends to implement- a scientific research report- a summary ebook as a result of the exchange of the good practices at European level- a training course (JSTE) based on the creation of a didactic methodology shared by the partnership.- dissemination meetingsTHE MAIN RESULTS EUCYCLE INTENDS TO OBTAIN ARE THE FOLLOWING:1. Moroccan and Algerian Sahara provinces have economic and social interests to develop these systems since this activity is likely to supply local products with a high food value and a potential value-added for the southern areas in the major consumption basins of Northern cities. The camel sector is fully in line with the territorial and economic duality, thus contributing to the reduction of observed inequalities. In this context, CAMEL-SHIELD aims at providing management solutions adapted to local conditions to improve the adaptability of livestock systems to climate change. These solutions take into account access to resources, breeding and feeding management strategies based on available resources, herd needs and characterization of camel populations, in order to manage herd demographics and to adapt products to marketing potential. The project contributes to the valorisation of traditional and new camel products insuring food and nutrition security and opens up opportunities for the valorisation of by-products. In addition, as part of an economic globalization, the project will allow an acceleration of the local, regional or international market access for products hitherto limited to their production area by the identity dimension of products with an emotional and symbolic pre-eminence. The project proposes an inter-institutional cooperation, involving development partners, academics and different stakeholders of the whole camel sector, through an interdisciplinary approach by mobilizing expertise, skills and competences. This project gives priority to the expression of the needs of the actors and the search for cultural value shared, by the promotion of values associated with camel breeding and its production.
