Wszyscy studenci szukali miejsc pracy we własnym zakresie. To pozwoliło znacznie zwiększyć liczbę mobilności STA.Przy realizacji wszystkich typów mobilności podstawę podpisania umowy dofinansowania były skany dokumentów (learning Agreement for Studies/Traineeships; Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training) potwierdzonych przez uczelnię macierzystą i stronę przyjmują.

The planned amount of mobility was completed in 100%. 9 people participated in the exchange for 49 days. From the University of British Columbia (Canada) there was one arrival of an academic teacher to give lectures. Arrival of prof. David D. Kitts, at one of the best faculties of UR - Faculty of Food Technology, was an opportunity to exchange experiences, establish contacts promising to expand cooperation between universities, and for students an opportunity to gain knowledge under the guidance of a global expert. The quality and innovation of research, the attractiveness of Canada as a country and British Columbia as a region are the main reasons why the University of Agriculture in Krakow is making efforts to develop cooperation with this unit. Cooperation with Russian Federation has been successfully continued for many years and augurs well for the future. Continuing the collaboration with the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education North-Eastern Federal University named After M.K. Ammosov in Yakutsk is among key priorities for the University of Agriculture in Krakow. ERASMUS + Program in the first place provided a basis for the exchange of students and employees from both institutions. This action immediately improves the education quality and stimulates development of teaching methods in both countries owing to shared experiences. It leads to an adjustment of the study programmes and enables potential continuation of studies at the third cycle owing to the quality of education in compliance with a country outside the European Union. Considering the agricultural sciences, the cooperation of Poland and Russian Federation is of key importance for the development of modern economies in both countries and increase in the scientific potential. It is difficult to consider modern world agriculture without the Russian Federation as the dominant shareholder in this area. The region of the Russian Federation with which we have started the collaboration offers good perspectives for the future because of the Russian institutions conducting advanced research and providing opportunities to extend contact to North Korea and neighbouring countries. Planned mobility numbers were fully realized. 10 participants including 3 students and 7 academic teachers participated in the exchange. 2 students came from the Russian Federation to Agricultural University in Krakow for a total of 111 days and 2 teachers came for 7 days each and taught 8 hours each. On our part, one student went to Yakutsk for 150 days, whereas two teachers and two administrative officers immediately involved in the project administration went to Russia for 7 days each. All mobilities were realized following the procedures of the programme. At the University of Agriculture the recruitment was conducted in the disciplines planned in the project. The participants qualification process involved submission of the required document to the partner institution for confirmation. Prior to the beginning of mobility both partners (sending and receiving institutions) learned the contents of submitted documents and accepted it. Incoming students from the Russian institution had an opportunity to use full university structure, were offered accommodation in student residences and were encouraged to participate in student and cultural life together with AUK students. The offer was presented by the International Relations Office. The incoming students received student cards and full student rights. The first result of the project worth mentioning is the fact that one of the students returned to our university for full time Master Studies.Concerning teacher mobilities: incoming teachers were offered assistance in booking hotels, were acquainted with the university structure and educational offer. Our guests from Yakutsk had an opportunity to present their university at student scientific organizations’ session and student culture days. After signing a financial agreement, the beneficiaries received their ERASMUS grants according to the previously accepted rates. All participants were obliged to submit the on-line survey. We have realized all planned mobilities. The cooperation between the University of Agriculture in Krakow and Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education North-Eastern Federal University named After M.K. Ammosov in Yakutsk proceeded smoothly. The project participants in both countries revealed high competences, both linguistic and organizational. The implemented project met a great approval of both academic communities in Poland and Russia.
