    Projekt 2018-1-PL01-KA103-047768 Erasmus+ Mobilność edukacyjna w sektorze Szkolnictwa Wyższego realizowany w roku 2018/19 przez Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II obejmował realizację mobilności studentów i pracowników, zgodnie z zasadami Karty Erasmusa dla Szkolnictwa Wyższego. W ramach projektu zrealizowano łącznie 225 mobilności: 85 wyjazdów studentów na studia, 33 wyjazdy studentów na praktykę, 75 wyjazdów nauczycieli akademickich w celu prowadzenia zajęć dydaktycznych oraz 32 wyjazdy pracowników uczelni w celach szkoleniowych do uczelni i instytucji partnerskich w Krajach Programu w ramach umów międzyinstytucjonalnych z uczelniami wyższymi oraz indywidualnych porozumień. Cele projektu były zbieżne z Erasmus Policy Statement Uczelni jak i ogólną Strategią Rozwoju KUL w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia uczelni, które zakładają m.in. zintensyfikowanie mobilności studentów i pracowników m.in. poprzez zwiększanie liczby umów w ramach programów wymian i poszerzanie zakresuwspółpracy oraz promowanie większej liczby wyjazdów/przyjazdów na wydziałach/w instytutach. Głównym celem projektu była realizacja wysokiej jakości mobilności studentów i pracowników uczelni. Wpływ oraz osiągnięte rezultaty projektu to w przypadku uczestników projektu (studenci, doktoranci i pracownicy): podniesienie kwalifikacji akademickich, kompetencji językowych, zawodowych, społecznych i międzykulturowych, przyczyniających się do rozwoju osobistego, ważnych dla dostępu do pracy i dalszego uczenia się w EU i poza jej granicami, znaczne zwiększenie znajomości języków obcych, podniesienie poziomu wiedzy i znajomości innych kultur i krajów wśród uczestników, poprzez możliwość tworzenia sieci kontaktów międzynarodowych.Dodatkowo, w przypadku pracowników, rezultatem projektu było podniesienie kwalifikacji do nauczania w języku obcym, nawiązanie kontaktów naukowych/badawczych, nawiązanie i wzrost współpracy w zakresie dalszych wspólnych inicjatyw/projektów, podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji potrzebnych na danym stanowisku pracy oraz transfer wiedzy, dzielenie się rozwiązaniami i know-how. Jeśli chodzi o uczelnię to projekt przyczynił się do zwiększenia stopnia jej umiędzynarodowienia, zwiększenia renomy i prestiżu, wzmocnienia współpracy pomiędzy uczelniami w trakcie i po zakończeniu trwania projektu, podniesienia kwalifikacji pracowników, zapewnienia lepszego uznawania kompetencji zdobytych podczas okresów nauki za granicą, wzrostu świadomości wśród studentów i pracowników o możliwościach współpracy pomiędzy uczelniami i możliwościach jej finansowania w ramach programu Erasmus+ w ramach akcji 1 a także innych akcji programu, nawiązania bezpośredniej współpracy środowiska akademickiego z uczelnią niezbędnej przy opracowywaniu wspólnych międzynarodowych projektów m.in. w ramach programu Erasmus+ a także międzynarodowych projektów badawczych oraz wzmocnienia oraz zdywersyfikowania kontaktów międzynarodowych w EU. Dzięki zrealizowanemu projektowi Erasmus+, w tym działaniom promocyjno-informacyjnym i upowszechniającym jego rezultaty, uczelnia wzmocniła swoją pozycję w skali regionu, a także lokalnie jako silny ośrodek współpracy międzynarodowej. Na poziomie krajowym, uczelnia m.in. dzięki projektowi poprawiła swoją pozycję w rankingach uczelni polskich w obszarze umiędzynarodowienia uczelni. Na poziomie europejskim/międzynarodowym, projekt przyczynił się do zwiększenia atrakcyjności polskiego szkolnictwa wyższego oraz możliwości konkurowania naszej uczelni na światowym rynku szkolnictwa wyższego.

    Project 2018-1-PL01-KA107-047808 Erasmus + Higher education student and staff mobility between programme and partner countries implemented in 2018/19 by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin(Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawla II) included the implementation of student and staff mobility in line with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020. Within the project 71 mobilities in totalwere carried out, including 2 outgoing and 12 incoming Student Mobilities for Studies, 19 outgoing and 21 incoming Staff Mobilities for Teaching and 5 outgoing and 8 incoming Staff Mobilities for Training betweenprogramme and partner countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Israel, Kenya, Lebanon, Moldova, Ukraine and the USA) in the framework of inter-institutional agreements between HEIs and agreements with other host institutions. The project objectives were in line with our university’s Erasmus Policy Statement and Internationalisation Strategy, which include inter alia increased number of student and staff mobilities through a larger number of agreements within mobility programmes and broadening the scope of cooperation as well as promoting a larger number of mobilities in the faculties/institutes. The project was also in line with the objectives of the international strategies of HEIs from partner countries. The main objective of the project was the implementation of high-quality student and staff mobilities. The outcomes and the impact of the project with regard to participants (students and staff) include improved academic qualifications, professional, social and intercultural competences with a view to improving their personaldevelopment and employability in the European labour market and beyond, increased foreign language competences, increased participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts. In addition, with regard to staff, the project contributed to improved qualifications to teach in foreign languages, networking opportunities with regard to future cooperation and joint educational and research projects, improved competences linked to their professional profiles as well as knowledge and know-how transfer. With regard to universities, the project contributed to an increased level of internationalization, increased international renown, enhanced cooperation among HEIs during and after the duration of the project, improved qualifications of teaching and training staff, better recognition of competences gained through the learning periods abroad, increased awareness of students and staff of cooperation opportunities among HEIs which can be financed within the Erasmus Key Action1 and other Actions, networking opportunities with regard to future cooperation concerning joint educational and research projects as well as enhanced, diversified international contacts with partner countries from outside the European Union.Thanks to the project and promotional measures and measures to disseminate the project outcomes, universities enhanced their position at regional and local levels as a HEIs with strong international cooperation. At national level, the project contributed to improved position of the universities in the internationalization rankings of universities.Finally, at European level, the project contributed to enhanced attractiveness of higher education systems and increased competitiveness of the universities on the international higher education market.

    Project 2017-1-PL01-KA103-036386 Erasmus + Higher education student and staff mobility within programme countries implemented in 2017/18 by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawla II) included the implementation of student and staff mobility in line with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020. Within the project 185 mobilities in total were carried out, including 80 Student Mobilities for Studies, 53 Student Mobilities for Traineeships, 42 Staff Mobilities for Teaching and 10 Staff Mobilities for Training between programme countries in the framework of interinstitutional agreements between HEIs and agreements with other host institutions. The project objectives were in line with our university’s Erasmus Policy Statement and Internationalisation Strategy, which include inter alia increased number of student and staff mobilities through a larger number ofagreements within mobility programmes and broadening the scope of cooperation as well as promoting a larger number of mobilities in the faculties/institutes.The main objective of the project was the implementation of high-quality student and staff mobilities. The outcomes and the impact of the project with regard to participants (students, doctoral students and staff) include improved academic qualifications,professional, social and intercultural competences with a view to improving their personal development and employability in the Europeanlabour market and beyond, increased foreign language competences, increased participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts. In addition, with regard to staff, the project contributed to improved qualifications to teach in foreign languages, networking opportunities with regard to future cooperation and joint educational and research projects, improved competences linked to their professional profiles as well as knowledge andknow-how transfer. With regard to our university,the project contributed to an increased level of internationalization, increased international renown, enhanced cooperation among HEIs during and after the duration of the project, improved qualifications of teaching and training staff, better recognition of competences gained through the learning periods abroad, increased awareness of students and staff of cooperation opportunities among HEIs which can be financed within the Erasmus+ Key Action1 and other Actions, networking opportunities with regard to future cooperation concerning joint educational and research projects as well as enhanced, diversified international contacts within European Union.Thanks to the project and promotional measures and measures to disseminate the projectoutcomes, our university enhanced its position at regional and local levels as a HEI with strong international cooperation. At national level, the project contributed to improved position of our university in the internationalization rankings of Polish universities. Finally, at European level, the project contributed to enhanced attractiveness of Polish higher education and increased competitiveness of our university on the international higher education market.
