One reason is that the socially diverse, and thus also geographically dispersed demands and vulnerabilities of potentially affected groups do not appear as a well-structured input at any stage of the policy-making process. Therefore, TANDEM will test an innovative transdisciplinary approach in five different case studies in Spain, Belgium, Finland, Poland and Austria that address controversial transition policies in energy and mobility affecting urban and rural populations. The TANDEM project aims to design a methodology allowing policy makers to create and implement inclusive and just transition pathways by involving potentially affected citizens, public authorities, the private sector and other relevant stakeholders. It relies on combination of accessible and complementary methods: deliberative visioning build on art-based approaches, system mapping, assessment and appraisal methods. These methods constitute the backbone of a series of three deliberation panels with citizens. In these panels TANDEM invites participants to create their visions, perspectives and narratives on just transition policies and to define their own criteria and interventions. This deliberation process will guide a systemic impact assessment that will inform individual appraisals of the interventions. Public authorities will be involved at the beginning and end of each panel to provide insights on political, social and economic factors that should be taken into consideration. Furthermore, private companies will be invited to participate through interviews and surveys. TANDEM will thus develop a transdisciplinary approach to identify and analyse emerging inequalities of low-carbon transition policies, as well as to co-design socially fair and effective alternative transition pathways with stakeholders.

Each partner will send 4 participants and 1 group leader.Starting from the problem of lack of culture geared towards sustainable consumption and production among young people, identified at the level of our community and partners,we propose to develop the ACT4SCP project on circular economy that aims to empower young people to be aware of sustainable consumption and production, to experience and apply sustainable consumption and production behavior, and to understand what it means. This project is aimed at young people who want to develop their ecological design abilities, paying special attention to the principles and practices of developing the life cycle of products and ecological design to meet sustainable development goals. The objectives of the project are:OS1. Information on the importance of sustainable production and consumption for decision-makers and the interested public.OS2. Educating 40 young people in the field of sustainable consumption in the circular economy, introducing new methods for developing sustainable consumption for 10 days.OS3. Developing entrepreneurship for 40 young people for 10 days in circular economy.Through this project, 40 young people from 8 countries will participate in youth exchange as a result of using the environment as a means of learning, by using participants' approach, involvement and youth dynamics in the process.Among the topics addressed are: - the exchange of good practices in the field of consumption and sustainable production; - finding solutions to environmental issues by using eco-design as the main tools in eco-innovative business; - analyzing how globalization affects sustainable consumption and production on the basis of intercultural learning and social inclusion policies for young people. The ACT4SCP project team is made up of professional leaders with experience in youth training and develops eco-innovative entrepreneurship based on the needs of young people to identify with the environment. With the daily activity plan, we will try to achieve our goals and achieve everything we have set out (study visits to see good practice models, outdoor activities, peer education, workshops etc.) in order to create awareness, improve international collaboration, and inform as many people as possible to have a multiplier effect that contributes to the learning and learning process using different methods.<< Activities >>Project activities are carried out through four study visits to analyze good practices on sustainable behavior through six workshops that include case studies and practical applications of specific concepts and the development of an eco-innovative and sustainable business plan, discussions , debates and brainstorming on project themes to identify the problems identified in each community and to find solutions together. Emphasis will be placed on sustainable consumption and production behavior, re-design, eco-innovative entrepreneurship and circular economy practices. In order to achieve a more productive work environment, we will have knowledge exercises, we will set together the rules of the group, team-building exercises, organizing intercultural evenings to deepen the traditions and culture of each participating country. In the Zero Waste Living Practice Workshop, the methodology underpinning the principles of the six ""R"" (Responsibility, Reuse, Recycling, Reduction, Refusal and Rot) in reducing food waste and the effect these actions have on the population, reaping the shelf life of the food. This workshop aims at empowering the consumer behavior. We plan to identify good and bad practices when working with disadvantaged communities related to waste management as they reflect the consumption behavior of a community. The visit from the Food Bank of Cluj-Napoca will emphasize the impact that they have in the local community, the way they involve local people in their actions and the level of interest of this community in getting involved in social actions.By visiting Pata Rat, which represents the non-compliant landfill on the outskirts of Cluj-Napoca, we want to emphasize the existence of bad practice models. The responsible consumer practices workshop will present the best and most practical application of a sustainable consumption and the ways in which communities can apply these behaviors. Discussions focus on the possible difficulties that can be encountered in the process of educating a community, because in many countries awareness of the population begins with information campaigns to change national culture. Case studies will be presented with success stories of communities that are an example of sustainable consumption and production. For the recyclable woodworking workshop, an expert in this field who has a woodworking company will come to share his experience in working with wood, creating new things and working with this material in a way more accessible to the international group of young people. The workshop will start with a short presentation, and then the participants will try to do something lonely with the wood samples or other materials they will have. For the textile recycling workshop, a qualified person will show participants how to work with textiles. By working on textile items will encourage confidence in their work and the opportunity to create something custom, valuing their ideas and translate them into handicrafts. Furthermore, the workshop called Art, encourage the creation of recyclable materials collected from the local community with the freedom to improvise and use their imagination by using all what they think would help from the waste collected.Plastics recycling workshop and 3D printing plastic dedicated to learning working methods with recyclable plastic, using the right tools to fully explore the whole material to create something new and useful. A qualified person will come to talk with the participants about the implications of working with plastics. In order to create a business plan, methods and tools will be used to develop a business idea through 6Rs with sustainable production, ways of promoting a business idea and selling online products through recycling, reuse and reduction ( innovation through the use of other secondary materials) and with reference to eco-entrepreneurship. It will take into account the criteria of circularity business, eco-entrepreneurship, sustainable production, including re-design and business impact on sustainable consumption to determine the most sustainable business of the set.<< Impact >>The project aims to contribute to the empowerment of young people by developing the responsible consumption behavior and entrepreneurial skills of young participants by involving them in workshops and crafts and participating in sessions devoted to developing a business in the field of sustainable production and creative recycling. The impact the project will have much to do with the emphasis on the practical side of learning activities by making products from recycled materials through workshops. We encourage active involvement of all young people in all proposed activities, stimulating their initiative and creativity. We propose that this project will have an impact on 3000 people from Romania, urban and rural areas, and we will also focus on the university environment.Indicators of project results:- Educating young people in the sense of circular economy, responsible and accountable them, and at the same time cultivating their eco-entrepreneurial spirit and the behavior of sustainable consumption.- The 40 target group of the participants (people who are aged between 18-30 years, without racial or gender discrimination) have learned to rebuild useful items to protect the environment from various materials that are considered as waste according to the production system.- 6 workshops where plastic, wood, textiles, Zero Waste Living practices on reducing food waste, sustainable consumption and production practices and re-design.- 1 exhibition with objects made in workshops of recycled, reused and refurbished materials.- 4 work visits for observing good practices and bad practices, showing young people the ways of managing waste, selective waste collection, and practices to reduce food waste, sustainable consumption and production practices and re-design. These visits will take place at the Food Bank of Cluj-Napoca, WeRecycle, Scientifica, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca 3D Printing Laboratory.- 2 appearances in the media, in Romania, to present the project and its results."
