"The ""Mobility project for Higher Education between program countries"", implemented by Warsaw University of Technology in the academic year 2015/2016 under Erasmus+ program (Agreement No. 2015-1-PL01-KA103-014663), in the original version provided mobility of 332 persons (275 SMS, 26 SMP, 26 STA, 5 STT). Thanks to the additional funding from the National Agency, the number of places for studies increased to 303 (SMS) and for placements - to 29. As a result of information campaign about 600 candidates were registered and 374 people (303 SMS, 28 SMP, 35 STA, 8 STT) have left. The participants of the project were students and graduates of WUT, as well as academic and administrative staff of the University. The main goal of the project was to further improve the participants by providing courses and training visits abroad - in the case of administrative staff of the University, by completing part of the study or practice - in the case of students and graduates and by conducting a series of lectures and classes with students - in the case of academic teachers. WUT's employees also went to various conferences, seminars, partner meetings and to establish new contacts. The project also allowed participants to familiarize with the learning opportunities and requirements of other European HEIs and institutions offering training. Students who went to study gained additional knowledge in their field of specialization, but students and graduates who went to practice were acquainted with the possibilities and requirements of the European labor market. All groups of participants had the opportunity to know the realities of life in other European countries, to learn about other cultures and traditions, to meet other people. The main results of the project for all participating groups were: the acquisition of professional and linguistic competences, learning about other people, customs and cultures, gaining self-confidence and openness to new challenges, improving skills related to fields of study, better adaptation in a new environment. Regarding to staff, besides above, they point out mainly increased job satisfaction and strengthened professional contacts .By analyzing the participants' reports we find that the objectives of the project have been achieved. In the case of incoming persons, i.e. students coming to study and practice and staff coming to trainings and lectures, the results of the project are similar. Considering the statistics in this report, it is worth noting that overall guest satisfaction is around 100% (96-100%). The smaller percentage of visitors' satisfaction concerns the host institution's assistance in obtaining visa, insurance, accommodation and the availability of study programs. These are issues often taken at meetings of the Foreign Committee in the Student Government, and also at higher levels of the University authorities, which gives hope for improvement. The implementation of the project was one of the steps towards closer international cooperation, exchange of experience and knowledge of the professional and intellectual potential of our students and staff by the host institutions, and those coming to the WUT - through our University. The aim of the project was also to create opportunities for new contacts, to learn about other ways of organizing and managing, and to deepen the process of internationalization of the University. The inter-institutional agreements concluded for this project will also be implemented next years, which will ensure the continuity of the Erasmus+ program at the WUT and increasing mobility."

"The ""Mobility project for Higher Education"", implemented by Warsaw University of Technology in the academic year 2017/2018 under Erasmus+ program (Agreement No. 2017-1-PL01-KA103-036269), in the original version provided mobility of 278 persons (237 SMS, 24 SMP, 13 STA, 4 STT). Thanks to the additional funding from the National Agency, the number of places for studies increased to 294 (SMS) and for placements - to 28. As a result of information campaign, there were registered about 600 candidates and finally we have realized 386 mobilities (294 SMS, 45 SMP, 24 STA, 23 STT).The participants of the project were students and graduates of WUT, as well as academic and administrative staff of the University. The main goal of the project was to further improve the participants by providing courses and training visits abroad - in the case of administrative staff of the University, by completing part of the study or traineeship - in the case of students and graduates and by conducting a series of lectures and classes with students - in the case of academic teachers. WUT's employees also went to various trainings, seminars, partner meetings and to establish new contacts. The project also allowed participants to familiarize with the learning opportunities and requirements of other European HEIs and institutions offering training. Considering the statistics in this report, it is worth noting that overall guest satisfaction is around 100% (95,95-100%). The smaller percentage of visitors' satisfaction concerns the host institution's assistance in obtaining visa, insurance, accommodation and the availability of study programs. Visa matters, in the case of EU citizens, do not exist at all, and of non-EU citizens (if such persons visited our University), no one contacted us regarding the visa issue. Students got Letters of Acceptance from the faculty which helped them to get visa. About insurance, similarly - EU citizens came to us with an EKUZ card (health insurance) and with insurance purchased in their country, and if someone needed to buy insurance in Poland, he could always contact us and ask for help. However, no one came to our office in this matter. About accommodation - incoming students received instructions from faculty coordinators. They knew, which page to log in to apply for a place in the dorm. Students could also count on help of the student government’s members. Erasmus+ employees at WUT also provided information in this matter. Study programs are published on the faculty websites. To improve the accessibility of study programs, we planned to create a website with one catalog common for all departments, but now isn’t possible to do this. The same problem is with the on-line recruitment system for foreign students. Another step forward is to cover more faculties by a recruitment system on-line for outgoing students in the academic year 2019/2020.
