The Jean Monnet Chair on “European Order after the Next Generation EU” (NextGEUOrder), aims to improve the knowledge and awareness of the political, institutional, constitutional and economic challenges that the EU and its member States are facing after the NGEU approval. This enquiry will need a multidisciplinary approach among Law, Economics and Political Sciences. This proposed Jean Monnet Chair seeks: (i) to develop innovative courses on current challenges concerning the evolution of the political and constitutional order in the light of Next Generation EU; as well as to find a doctrinal pattern that would describe it; (ii) to equip students with the necessary skills to develop practical and specialised competencies transferable to the future exercise of their professions, and through a methodology based on active learning with regard to case studies; (iii) to enhance multidisciplinary research, by offering a broad overview of the interaction between constitutional law, political and economic sciences, which are necessary to students to understand the legal and political systems where they are acting as citizens. The Chair covers a wide range of topics regulated by European and National Public Law. For this reason, the Chair is addressed to students of different courses (Law and Economics). In this JMC project proposal, interdisciplinarity is enriched by the participation, in the key staff, of academics from economic, political and legal sciences. Moreover, besides the theoretical approach, the Chair guarantees a practical and case-by-case approach thanks to the engagement of key staff of European and Italian institutions directly involved with the NGEU execution and governance. Indeed, the Chair intends to develop a dialogue in critical reasoning, knowledge and different experiences on the subject matter among experts on this JMC topic. This JMC is based on teaching, research activities and its dissemination, all focused on EU order after NGEU.

The project was based on the experiences with institutions of the South Mediterranean with the same aims and purposes. It aims to achieve some strategic objectives in the area of digital technologies applied to cultural heritage. Various actions have been developed at various levels: lectures, workshop lessons, round tables, conferences and guided tours. The project participants, all doctoral students, were appropriately selected on the basis of their level of University preparation and knowledge of at least one European language. The various activities undertaken year favored active and creative participation by promoting the exchange of good practices between the two countries. The dissemination and exploitation of the facts was introduced in the museum field where experiences of good practices gained at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples were tested at the Bardo Museum in Tunis. Strengthening the relationships between the various institutions will favor the maintenance of acquired knowledge ensuring long-term benefits. The mobility project envisaged a first step of exchange of knowledge for the two countries. Specifically, this first phase will identify the areas of the disciplines related to the topic of training strategies and will focus on the use of digital technologies in the field of diagnosis and study of medieval wooden artefacts in order to promote new intervention procedures and support the training the insertion in the world of new professional figures. The first step will be followed by an exchange experiment in which the students are confronted with the different formative realities of the countries. Tunisian students will be welcomed at the UniSOB facilities in Naples, which will make available in addition to specialist libraries, technological laboratories (eg: Diagnostic Laboratory and Wooden Restoration Laboratory) and University Research Centers (Heritage 2.0. advanced in the diagnostics, cataloging and restoration of artistic and cultural heritage), also of the rooms of the guesthouse for a first logistic assistance. The students who will take part in the internships have been included through the offices of the didactic secretariat as part of the curriculum of restoration (LMR / 02) at the Sister Orsolino University. The third step involves the analysis of the requirements and the activation of strategies for the dissemination of the objectives achieved in relation to the new individual needs.

In our University the Erasmus is a successful and established experience and this year 2014-15 many students have left for various destinations with different duration. A total of 64 students spent a period of studies abroad, compared to around 100 selected, with a total of 384 months and 13 days provided. The average length of their stay is around then, on average, about 5/6 months; however there is a trend not extending the experience, to be able to take exams during the summer session in Italy. This appears to correspond to prudent attitude, aimed at reconciling yourself to a new experience and the need to avoid wasting of time and money.Regarding the traineeship we prefer to have two month's payed grant for each student i to involve a larger number of students; for the academic year 2014/15 we had 15 outbond units Concerning the incoming students it should be noted a positive trend that is gradually increasing every year the number of students who choose our University to conduct their abroad studies. The incoming students were 47 and the average duration of their period of studies was six7seven months. We could note that increase the students who decided to extend after the first semester, which shows that the good feeling in our University. Looking the origin of these students it is observed that nearly 50% of the students come from Spanish Universities, but they also represent many nations (Austria, France, Germany, Belgium, Poland) with the significant presence of Turkey. Instead regardinging the subject areas is interesting to note that these students have made specific choices in our areas of excellence, which are archeology, restoration and educational science.During the last academic year our Institution received 19 teachers coming in STA More 3 teachers arriving in STT coming mostly from Austria, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, Turkey and France, Our University had 9 mobility for STA and 3 for STT, using also part of its OS founding to increase the participation of teachers to activities of Erasmus program. Our teachers spent their mobility mainly in Austria, France, Poland, the Netherlands and Turkey to enforce relationships with partners active collaboration; moreover two mobility are directed to the United Kingdom to try to intensify the relations with this country.
